Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mt. Holly - Mount Holly

Breakfast was great. The kids loved the food, big plus. The room was clean, as well as the hotel. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. There was free wi-fi. Swimming pool and fitness room. Hotel staff was friendly and quick to help with any request. The stay was comfortable, even with 2 kids.

I stayed here during our visit to six flags. It was very nice overall. The room was clean. The hotel was a bit hot, but I just turned on the AC in my room. The breakfast was very good. The pool room was ok, but there was such an echo, it was very loud. I would recommend this hotel to someone else. A little farther from 6 flags than I had thought, but […] that was my fault for not checking better. I would stay here again. Good quality for the price! Devamı

The spa was broken - I had asked about the spa when making the decision where to stay. There was no working spa. The carpets in the room could use a good cleaning. The wireless was not working the first night we stayed in the hotel. Other than these issues, it was fine.

The visit was disappointing from the moment I stepped foot on the premises. I had to wait for someone to come to the check-in desk as there was no one present when I arrived and no bell or alarm to ring to indicate assistance was needed. The room offered was clean and neat to my satisfaction until I noticed the next day an infestation of ants coming […] out of the tissue box in the bathroom. I was horrified. When I went to complain at the front desk, once again no one was available. After a few minutes of waiting, I decided to retreat to my room and prepare for checkout. I missed breakfast that morning because I was never told it was complimentary with the stay. I just so happened to see an employee cleaning up when I passed through the halls. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in the past (not this one) and have been pleased so I am hoping this was an isolated incident. However, this experience left me highly disappointed and I would not recommend booking at this particular location. Devamı

satisfied with our stay even with breakfast we were impressed with the pancake machine wish i had one i like that it is near the bus terminal

Overall stay was ok, (pool was very nice) but little things were disappointing. Promised full breakfast until 9:30, went down at a little after 9 on a Sunday, everything was gone (actually hotel staff and their kids took everything with them), even juice machine was turned off. Every time I asked for pool towels, or coffee, or etc (got whatever I asked […] for but always had to ask), the people working the desk were talking on their cell phones and acted like I was interrupting them. Overall ok, just not what I expected from an Holiday Inn branded hotel. Devamı

This hotel is in need of repair. The furniture in our room was falling apart. The people were friendly, but I would not stay here again.

The staff in this hotel is very helpful & kind.I only have 1 comment about the breakfast,I hope that they will have variations on what they serve because if you will stay for more than 1 night you will not enjoy the same oily breakfast.Hope they have veggies & fruits.

Overall, the hotel was adequate. It was kind of out dated. The breakfast was very good. The service was okay-nothing stellar. Everyone did their job, but no one that went above and beyond my expectations. I liked that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The room had plenty of space for our pack-n-play that we brought along for our 1 year old. […] It was a decent hotel for a good price. Devamı

My friend and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway and chose this location because it was a good meeting point between NY and Washington, DC. The problems started with the check-in. There was one person at the desk and it took about 30 minutes to get our key with difficulty between hotels.com and their computer system. Then we were charged for […] the room even though we pre-paid through hotels.com. As we enter the hallway on the 3rd floor, there was a stench of smoke. However, upon entering the room, the room smelled fresh. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, there was no closet and the refrigerator looked like it had pet hair in it, even though no pets were allowed. And the refrigerator was not cold. The air conditioner was extremely loud, the workout room is a joke and has outdated equipment, and the pool looked more like a jacuzzi, which reeked of chlorine. Also, the toilet was so tall that our feet barely reached the floor, and I'm 5'11''. Children will definitely need assistance getting on it. The bathroom counter was also extremely tall as well. The free breakfast did not look advertising, either. On a positive note, there is very little outside noise despite being close to the highway. They also had plenty of cable stations to choose from, far more than any other hotel we’ve been in. It's in a safe neighborhood close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Additionally, there is a Park-n-Ride to NY directly across the street for anyone who does not want to drive to this location that appeared to only operate on weekdays. This hotel is comfortable and cheap enough for a quick stay, but if you will be more than one day, we would not recommend it. We generally like Holiday Inn Express Hotels, but this one did not meet our expectations. Devamı

The room was clean and very comfortable, but the breakfast was very poor, no vegetables, horrible coffee and plastic dishes.

I GOT THE SMOKING ROOM AND IT WAS HORRIBLE, STUNK LIKE OLD NASTY CIGARETTES ALL NIGHT. THE HOTEL WAS NICE, GREAT SERVICE, NICE POOL, GOOD BREAKFAST....JUST NO MORE SMOKING ROOMS FOR ME.

Had a wedding to go to and decided on this hotel for location and value. The room and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be a little nicer, kinda bland, but overall great experience. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a night at this hotel when we were checking the area where my boyfriend will be stationed next. The man at the front desk was very accommodating, and the hotel was very peaceful. The room was clean and it was exactly what I had reserved.

Upon arriving, the desk clerk wasn't very enthusiastic. When I entered the hall to our room, which was non-smoking, it wreaked of cigarette smoke! Within 5 minutes of entering the room, I wiped everything that my almost 4 year old could touch with Lysol disinfecting spray. To my disgust, the towel was brown! Ewww!! Surprisingly enough, the beds were […] comfy. At least we got a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. But the jacuzzi was in the pool...a section when you first get in. Never saw that before. Whatever. Can't say I would stay there again, but I suppose it could have been worse. Devamı
