Worth the extra cash. Great hotel!

Overall I have nothing bad to say about the hotel except when we arrived at almost 5:20pm and checked in, our room was not clean and ready. We had to check our bags in and go find a place to eat to kill some time before we could get into our room.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay with them again.

Very conveniently located to downtown attractions. Too bad hotel personnel were snotty and unfriendly. Probably 10 rooms in hotel booked that weekend and I must have interrupted front desk personnel twice while they were texting on their cell. Pathetic and unprofessional.

We were in town for a Cardinals game and this place was in the PERFECT location. Staff was friendly and curteous and the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!

Hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, awesome bathroom, located in close proximity to stores, the arch, restuarants, downtown bars and directly across the street from The Cardinals stadiun (3rd base). Hotel was undergoin some construction downstairs but it didi not effect anything. There was also some construction outside along the street, not their […] fault. I enjoyed my stay with the family. The Westin in St. Louis is a beautiful hotel with a great location across from the ballpark. The restaurant was undergoing renovations when we stayed and was supposed to open the next day, however it was far from opening. Probably the reason, we received a great rate. There was a wedding going on that night in one of the ballrooms. The desk clerk put […] everyone on the 2nd floor as the hotel was relatively empty. We we not part of the wedding party, nor were we asked. The band was on the floor below causing us to endure the noise until they quit. When we called the desk, we were told there was nothing they could do. The next morning the clerk told us it was because we were in the wedding party. I travel to St. Louis often and have stayed at perhaps 6 or 8 hotels. This hotel cannot be beat for beautiful decor, large luxurious bathrooms, and comfort. I happened to get a very good price on the room, and --at least the weekend that I stayed--self-parking was free. Only down side was that the restaurant was closed for remodeling, and the temporary […] restaurant on site closed early. No problem, though, because of many sports bars/restaurants close to the hotel. Wow! I will stay here every time I can snag a good price! Devamı

The hotel is beautiful! However, it is a little confusing as to where the front desk is when you walk in and even still when I found it, I had to ask if that was where I check in. Other than that, our room was beautiful and the bathrooms are GORGEOUS!!! Our view was of a parking garage which kind of stunk but we could see a little tiny piece of the […] Arch in the corner...lol. The staff was very friendly. We went to a St. Louis Blues hockey game at the Scottrade Center which was only about a 10-15 minute walk. Perfect location. We got a great rate on Hotels.com plus FREE parking which is right across the street. Great place to stay downtown. However, we considered staying there again this summer for a St. Louis Cardinals game and the price is doubled because Busch Stadium is right across the street. Devamı

The St. Louis Westin met all of my expectations. The service all around was excellent as expected. The Clark Street Grill was closed for renovations while we were there. The makeshift bar and restaurant in one of the executive meeting rooms was great. My wife and I speak fluent Russian. Our server that night was from Ukraine--his name was Valera--and […] it was his first night at the job and it was a treat to speak Russian with him. He did a great job and made our stay memorable. Staff was friendly and bed was VERY comfortable. Street parking was available, which was a nice cost saver. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Would stay again! Great for all sport venues in St. Louis. Only a block away from the arch.

This is just across the street form the Cardinal's Ballpark. Excellent rooms and location, but at night you do have to be careful around downtown St Louis. We had a great room and would go again anytime.

Went this past weekend for Mardi Gras, and it was an excellent location, right next to the baseball stadium-- walking distance from the start of the parade. Central Location between Soulard and the Landing (places to party oveer the weekend) The room was excellent, the washroom was AMAZING! and the room was sooooo comfortable! Perfect location for Mardi Gras or a Cardinals game. The on-site restaurant serves gourmet quality food. Rooms are huge and immaculate. This is truly 4 star lodging. My only complaint is that room service had an hour wait Friday night. Sure, they were swamped with Mardi Gras patrons, but they should have anticipated that. We have stayed at the Westin downtown St louis on many occasions. This hotel has always been great. Beds cannot be matched. We even bought some of the same bedding to make our bed at home like the bed at the Westin. Rooms are always spotless. Central location is great.

I had the premium king suite and it was comfy. Only one window. No bathtub. Standing shower only with double heads. The room itself is cozy and the bathroom was beautiful. Check in was at 4pm and check out was at noon. Very easy both ways. Room service expensive. Because of the location of the hotel parking is a pain. $20 just for overnight parking. […] Bed was comfortable. Nice TV, couch, desk and fridge in room. I would go back and would recommend. Devamı

Got a great rate on this site, asked for a room with a good view and ended up with a view of the Arch and the stadium. Very pleased with the room. Very spacious and elegant bathroom. I want to come back during baseball season, hopefully get a decent rate then.

But our particular room was very small. I wondered if they gave us the smallest room they had because we bought it from Hotels.com. You have to wonder. I am relatively thin and it was hard to fit in parts of the room.

Such a great location. We had a huge, comfortable room with super comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

At the Westin chain and let me just say I was extremely pleased. I'm an extremely picky and particular person, wait I'm a Virgo. No complaints at all, for the price. Well done hotels.com, and Westin!!!!

Great place to stay. Highly recommended..

We love the hotel. The vacant lots nearby aren't great for a neighborhood, but they don't stop us from staying there. The rooms are beautiful and very user-friendly. My one complaint this time is about the mattress. I was not very comfortable, and I have not had that complaint before. Possibly that mattress needs to be replaced (room 456). I had a blast.

We just decided to get away for the weekend and glad we chose the westin for our stay. It is a little bit away from things downtown if you are not going to a baseball game, but it's still easy enough to get a quick cab ride over there. Hotel and room were both in great shape! The only reason I gave the overall rating a 4 is because of the $19 self parking […] fee. Seemed kind of high, but it is what it is. Devamı

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Made a great weekend get away spot for a couple. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the restaurant hostess and waitress during breakfast. They took a very long time to seat us and take our order, and did not seem happy or friendly. Everything else was great.

After a mistake on the date of reservation, the first night of my honeymoon looked to be on the streets of St. Louis. Only two days prior to the event when I finally noticed my mishap I called the hotel in a frenzy of which whom calmly accommodated my issue with a quick solution despite the time of year being between Christmas and New Years. Not only […] this but they exceeded all expectation with upgraded room upon arrival at the hotel. They took my disaster and turned into one of my new brides favorite experiences, wonderful service. No complaints - but the (self) parking is $20/day, expensive.

Everything from parking to the room was beyond expected. I got a great deal through Hotels.com and though that it might only be for a standard room. We received the Deluxe King room with all the perks. The room, bed, and bathroom were huge. The hotel is feet from Busch Stadium and highways. Customer service was excellent. What a remarkable stay, great service from the moment we arrived. Took my luggage to my room and even asked if my pet needed a bed. The room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, with nice crisp sheets and warm covers. The bathroom is very high end with a fabulous oversized soaking tub. The hotel serves Starbucks coffee, with the […] convenience of making it by the cup in your room. I was disappointed the internet is not included and is an extra price for connectivity. Very nice hotel in the downtown area to stay in. Very clean. Only draw back is you have to pay extra for internet and parking. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

That was the most beautiful hotel room ever, and this is coming from a flight attendant! Bathroom was marble, huge, and luxurious. The bed was THE BEST EVER!!!

Nice hotel, fair price for the room. What I did not like is the high charges for everything. $32 for a cheeseburger from room service without any drinks! $3 for a small bottle of water.

The hotel stay was wonderful, we took our mentoring group of teens to the hotel for a leadership mentoring outing. We were treated greated. Even the parking attendant was very kind. We did not use Westin parking too expensive. But the attendant was a friendly greeter and allowed me to park while I checked in, then we parked on the street. The only thing […] that needs to be changed is parking should be free. Hopefully the hotel will consider that. Westin if not already will become the number 1 hotel.
