Extended Stay Deluxe San Jose - Airport - San Jose

Seemingly everything is good with this hotel.the one thing that was awful aS that cooking smell permeates the air circulation. I had to get up in the night to open up a window and breathe fresh air. Will not stay here again.

When i got there, the front desk person had to go prepare my room. So he had me wait there a good 15 minutes. Who does that? Aren't the rooms supposed to be already prepared and cleaned earlier in the day? I knew something wasn't right about that. Anyway, so I finally got to my room, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Mind you this was a non-smoking […] room. Inside the room, there was no pot to cook with, which is kind of important in an extended stay type place. Also, ion the second night, a fire alarm went off, and we had to evacuate the building for a good 30 minutes. The fire department never showed up That makes me feel safe. LOL. If you want to pay more and get less this is place is it. Rooms are small and in need of work, you have to pay extra for wi-fi, when there is a local McD's near buy with free wi-fi. I would not stay here again.

Extended stay was very cozy felt like home with kitchen and all emenities great and friendly staff I will surely visit again!

The ladies at the hotel were lovely. Especially the one I met when I checked in at 1am after a long flight. She even gave me $2 to get water out of the vending machine. There is no ATM. There is a very basic breakfast that I would not recommend. I had an evening flight that day so I asked if I could stay in my room for the rest of the day (of course […] I would have paid for it!) but the very rude male manager told me I had to get out in 15 minutes. Could not care less about it. There is no food available, only a vending machine with drinks and small snacks. It it obvious that I will NEVER stay here again. Devamı

Hotel was fine but nothing great. For price would look elsewhere.

The whole place including corridors, elevator was smelling Asian Food and there was no let up until I checked out.

The hotel is in a very, very good quiet location between the 880 and the 101 about 1 mile from the airport with lots of free parking. This hotel is really focused on the long term rental community rather than the “few nights’ business traveler. As such, you only get the room cleaned once a week; which to some it not a big deal but to other could be […] a turn off. The rooms were well laid out, large and clean but showed some wear. Since all the rooms have kitchens, sometimes you could smell other guest cooking odors, especially around dinner; not a big deal if you like the smell of curry but again might be a turn off to some. Breakfast was ok but had no “healthy choices” such as fresh fruit or yogurt so if you wanted those, you had to get them yourself but having a fridge and microwave in room overcomes this. At check in, you will be charged a fee of $5.00 for internet for your stay, not a lot of money but definitely makes the internet “not free”. If I had to stay here for a week or month it would be a good choice but not for a day or two. Devamı
