I chose this hotel based on location to a first appointment. Big apartment-sized rooms overlooking a park. Everything (including internet) met expectations, but NO ELEVATORS in the building. The location is perfect for tourists. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel is only 10 rooms, which we loved. It feels more like you are staying in an old mansion than a hotel. The shower was awesome-good water pressure and very steamy. The staff was very friendly and helpful in planning our activities and recommending restaurants. The breakfast […] (included) was delicious. It was a full breakfast off the menu with fruit, bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. The staff was very helpful in figuring our our electrical converters (we brought the wrong ones). They delivered one to our room at no charge. We stayed a day longer than our reservation, which they were very accomodating and gave us a great rate. The only negative was that we were on the north side of the hotel, and didn't have a view. Also, there were 4 flights of stairs to walk up, as we were on the top floor. Not a problem for us, but you may want to contact the hotel ahead if you have trouble with stairs. Devamı

We arrived late on Friday evening so our allocated room (210) had been changed to a much smaller room. Room 208. On 4th floor so after lift to 2nd floor you have to take three flights of stairs. Very nice staff! I highly recommend this hotel!

Once you get past the off-site parking the Cliff Townhouse was INCREDIBLE. Great location, 1 block from Grafton St. and less than 10 mins walk to Temple Bar. St. Stephen's Green is right across the street and a beautiful place to go for a walk or to sit and enjoy a coffee. Thei hotel is perfectlylocated for evertyhing in Dublin, centrally located to Graftonb Street Shopping Area, Dawson street for nightlife and the centre of the city for sightseeing. Not good for business use; no iron in room, no breakfast till 8am - too long after I needed to leave for work. Unpractical room keys to carry. Quite cold. But good for non business stay

The Cliff House is a beautiful and charming hotel. The staff was so polite and welcoming. The bed was enormous and the view from the open windows to The Stephens Green and the city road was wonderful. Perfect spot for a stay in dublin, food amazing and easily best breakfast in dublin city!

I usually stay in the Conrad but it was full so was pleased to be staying at the Cliff Townhouse. The only drawback was that there was no desk to do work or gym. On a plus side service very friendly, breakfast great and good location.

While admittedly going through some hallway work, and a slightly difficult lift to access, The Cliff Town House on St. Stephens Green was one of the best aspects of our Dublin stay. Our twin bed room was extremely comfortable and the plush carpet and the large size bath made for a relaxing, comfortable respite. The rooms at the back of this hotel are really nice and quiet. Breakfast was great and included with our stay. Parking was not included but there was a parking garage one street behind the hotel with a very reasonable overnight rate. The only negative was not having AC in the room. This boutique hotel was lovely. Right on St. Stephen's Green, within 2 blocks of main shopping districts and museums. Easy walking distance to Trinity College and about 1 mile from Dublinia Museum. Adjacent restaurant also quite nice. Be sure to check your reservation for free breakfast - they don't remind you, so you will need to know what is included […] with your room. However, once we reminded them, we enjoyed the breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Also, this is an old Georgian townhouse, so there is no elevator. We were 4 long flights up. Good exercise. Be sure you can handle stairs. The room was small by American standards, normal to European standards. There were 2 chairs and very small writing desks. However, the room and bathroom were extremely clean, functional and well furnished. Very comfy bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food in restaurant very good. If you want to eat off premises, there are restaurants literally around the corner. You won't starve. You couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of Dublin. Our room was very quiet except for the Saturday night party. The hotel has some larger meeting rooms that they book for parties. The Saturday party ended at midnight, so if you are a light sleeper, be aware that you can have noise from parties. But otherwise, the room was very quiet. Even very little noise from the hall. My wife and I had a great stay at this quaint hotel. They allowed us an early check-in as we arrived in Dublin at 11AM, (obviously we needed a bit of a nap after 12 hours of travel) The hotel is within walking distance to most anything you might want to do in center city Dublin. Guiness Storehouse, Temple Bar district and Grafton Street are all easily […] walkable and in safe walking areas. An 8 to 10 Euro taxi ride will get you anywhere else in town. Beautiful St. Stephens Green is right across the street. A great way to start the day with a stroll in this spacious park. There are great restaurants all around starting with the one in the hotel lobby. A first rate breakfast if I ever had one.The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. Friendly staff, great food, building with great ambience and perfect location so why did it not meet my expectations? Well it's the little touches - the shabby poor quality towels with holes in them, no tea/coffee making facitiliy in the room, the light switches which didn't work and the shower curtain from a local supermarket chain. Your customers […] notice these things! Our visit to the hotel was supposed to be a nice treat and this hotel was listed as 4 star. Therefore I'd expect at least the same comfort as at home. It's got some work to do in my mind to achieve this (and we don't have staff in our house!). Unfortunately the experience has put me off visiting your other property in the south of the country. Fortunately these things can be addressed with little effort to bring to hotel back up there. You've got a building with great character and decor, a fine restaurant and perfect location there's no reason you can't sort this out. Devamı

The hotel only has 9 rooms. Nicely decorated and equipped with a safe (free of charge). They have a nice restaurant with very price worthy menus. The service is excellent. Among the best is the breakfast. You order from a menu and among other things you can choose between egg Benedictine, a Salmon dish or a full Irish breakfast. Staff aims to please and flexible.Saw a staff member (waitstaff) listen to a complaint by another guest at breakfast about something he had nothing to do with (It had happened the previous evening) and after she complained to all the rest of the guests at each of our respective tables...he listened to her, apologized, though he stated he could not do […] anything to resolve the issue, he was willing to get someone immediately (she declined)..he handled her like a pro and she felt very positive about the interaction.... Our stay was phenomenal - great city location and within walking distance of everything, yet quiet. Room luxurious and with a view of St. Stephen's Green, breakfast and service to die for! We had a wonderful stay over @ The Cliff Town House. In fact, asked could we stay on for another night, but unfortunately, Hotel was booked out. We loved all aspects of our stay; staff were both efficient and friendly; Bar service was excellent and breakfast next morning was fab!

Cute boutique hotel near enough to everything without being in the middle of everything. Cliff TH is a few quick blocks from Trinity College and Temple Bar and all the things there are to do in these areas. But it's St. Stephen's Green location provides just enough distance so that the neighborhood feels more sedate.

Nice boutique hotel in a super location. I have rated it very highly on all counts. Only two comments I would make is that the lift doesn't bring you to the required floor - you still have to climb a flight of stairs so may not suit everybody. Breakfast was a little disorganised eg fresh fruit was not delivered on time for freshly squeezed orange juice […] on the first morning of my stay. On the second the danish pastries arrived as I was just leaving. However this is real nit-picking and overall i thought it was lovely and food superb. Devamı

We stayed for one night on the top floor. The room was great - very spacious and comfortable. We ate dinner at the bar seating in the restaurant - the staff and food were excellent. Breakfast the next morning - staff and food excellent again. We hope to stay there again soon.

Great location and decent facilities but service shocking. Abandoned breakfast as they were unable to serve as much as a cup of coffee after 20 minutes waiting. No coffee facilities in room.

Af ovenstående fremgår, at vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet. Det var nemt at komme fra og til lufthavnen, og ideelt for en storbyferie. Mange spændende seværdigheder i gåafstand. Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service fra personalet-både i resepsjonen og restauranten. Vær obs. på at man må gå i mange trapper for å komme til rommene. Hotellet ligger svært sentralt til. Den största fördelen med Cliff Town House är att det ligger mitt på St Stephens Green, ett stenkast från shopping (Grafton St) och party (Dawson St).
