1. Some front desk are helpful some not helpful at all 2. Small rooms, small windows, overlooking a school 3. Location away from 10 min drive to beach or shopping, not convenient or sage to walk because near a freeway like street. Supermarket close by but not open late 3. this hotel is in the residential area of Cannes, its not on the water strip. Its very small but its a beautiful modern hotel. Clean, nice, new, quite neighborhood. its def a 4 star.

Hotel Cezanne Cannes was an easy walk to the beach and any other place in town we wanted to visit. Staff was always pleasant and willing to do anything they could for us. Morat was exceptional! Multi-lingual staff made our stay safe and convenient.

we thought that we had a good deal - it turned out to be a great deal! The hotel is trendy but nice. The rooms are nice and clean - roomy! The people are helpful and speak English. The hotel is on walking distance from the beach. They say they have a private beach but it is really more that they have a deal with one of the beach rental places so you […] get a discount. No biggie. The immediate area where the hotel is located is a bit run-down, but with 5 minutes walking you are right at the shops and restaurants. The only thing is the parking - if you come by car. To get your car in/out of the parking garage is hell. Tight tight turns, especially with a station wagon... I recommend this hotel! Devamı

The hotel was great. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Modern, stylish and well-run boutique hotel for the price. Located within an easy walk of downtown Cannes. I would recommend to anyone loooking for a quiet location off the beach. I don't recommend the breakfast.

This is a very beautiful hotel, not too far from the main centre of Cannes. Even if the hotel lies close to the city centre and a main road, it has a very calm and serene environment. I really felt I was able to relax in this hotel. There is a beautiful little front garden in the hotel, which is just amazing. Un très bel hôtel avec une superbe décoration dès l'entrée.Un personnel très compétent et discret. Une situation géographique parfaite . Seul bémol et il faudrait que l'hôtel s'en occupe et vite . Une très mauvaise insonorisation intérieure et extérieure . Entendre sa voisine de chambre fermer sa valise et une dame marcher dans la rue avec ses talons […] est grave pour la catégorie de l'hôtel. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ καλό, αλλά οι καθαρίστριες δεν το καθάριζαν αρκετά, με αποτέλεσμα να αφήνουν τα χαρτιά στο καλαθάκι και τις τρίχες στο πάτωμα. Sauber, central, ruhig, angenehm.

Accueil très satisfaisant, un personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute et qui anticipe les besoins. Chambre très confortable et agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner samedi matin. 2 petits bémols, j'étais au rdz et les produits du petit déjeuner du dimanche semblait dater de la veille.

PRO: good quality hotel, 10 minutes walking to the Croisette. CONTRO: rooms have no balcony; internet/wi-fi with charge (8 € per hour...)

New rooms, very nice and very clean. 700m from Croisette but no problem walking. Very quiet, so if you like a busy bar, pick another hotel. Friendly staff. Expensive breakfast, eat out

Bell'albergo molto intimo e romantico...adatto a coppie. unica pecca la posiszione non è la fine del mondo.
