Nice hotel which is located close enough to the city and sights but far enough out in the burbs to be lovely.

Their was a ball team staying at both hotels one had a indoor pool and ours was out side all the kids from the other hotel came to swim at the hotel we were staying at making it hard to have some family time in the pool.They were running and throwing each other in the water, They were also playing in the halls,half of the kids wasn't staying in that […] hotel. Some times, the rooms were not cleaned as I expected. for example, forgot the trash bin cleaning.

The room was nice and clean. However, the walls are paper thin- we could hear the people next door to us when they arrived home at 1:30AM. Also, each room has a fridge and they are very loud! Our fridge kept making very loud noises throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. We would definitely not stay here again. This hotel is a regular stay on our travel itinerary. We like it because they have separate bedrooms and the usual suite amenities. However, this time the renovation was supposed to be completed by the last week in December but was not completed for our Christmas stay on the 25th and26th. The odor from carpet glue was pretty strong and there was no […] discount offered for the inconvenience. In any case, the hotel management did their job well and our suite was ok. We like this place because it has two separate bedrooms where everyone can get a good night's rest. The unit is clean and has great beds. It also has free, easy to use internet access. There are renovations in the works that will make this place even better with new and more modern furnishings and carpets. We enjoyed the friendly service here, especially the airport shuttle. We stayed here to deliver my elderly parents to the airport and the shuttle was convenient. I even used it after going with them to the airport, to get back to the hotel. We shared a 2-bedroom suite, very spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

Our complaint was that since it is also an extended stay hotel there were a lot of construction trailers in the parking lot so if we came back late we had to park in an alternate parking lot. It would have been nicer if the hotel required the trailers to park in the other lot on the weekends instead of making the guests park far away.

This hotel was very conveniently located to the Minnesota zoo and many other attractions. I would highly recommend staying here for the price it was extremely resonable. We stayed here with a bachlorette party so I wouldn't recomend it if your going to be loud

Great accomodations for the price. Very convenient location. Did hear noise from next room.

This hotel was perfect for my needs. In fact, we and another family have booked two bedroom suites for a week because of value and location.

My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, and well stocked. The location was close to both the Mall of America and the Airport, and had a shuttle to both. It was quite a pleasant experience for the weekend.
