Sleep Inn Aiken - Aiken

I checked in around 3PM and was given a room on the 2nd floor I soon discovered the remote for the TV didn't work. No big deal and the front desk gave me another room right away. The second room was great so I decided to go to bed early. I found the mattress very uncomfortable so I tossed and turned. Around 9PM someone started pounding on my door. I […] called the front desk, no answer. I tried to go back to sleep and finally did. I slept untill about 5 AM when the herd of buffalo staying in the room above me started to jump up and down and run around. I found I could cure this by turning the TV up, so I did. Now for the final straw. I needed to be somewhere at 9 AM, So I started to take a shower around 8. My shower was broken as the temperature could not be controlled. I called the front desk again. This call was finally answered and a young lady came to my room right away. She saw the problem and said she would fix it. However she could find no tools and opened the door for still another empty room so I could use the shower. Needless to say, after all this, I was lare for my event. I've stayed here twice on business and I'd say this place is a great value. The hotel was recently remodeled and so everything is in really good condition even though the outside may not look quite as nice. I rated the staff as average - not overly helpful but they were quick and took care of my check in/check out without any problems.

Great hotel and excellent staff.

Needed a place to stay for the Masters and this one fit the bill. Nice, clean, full breakfast and the staff was excellent. If we ever return to the Masters we will stay here again.

Great location, close to everything. Very comfortable room, very clean, friendly staff, great free breakfast. Perfect place to stay and a great price too. Will definately stay here again.

A/C unit was very noisey when coming on and off durung the night. Did not have a restful stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location and condition of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal - right off the main road.

Very quiet neighborhood.

When cleaning room I guess they use some kind of fragrance spray. But it was too much and it really bothered me. The room was ok clean but not great. I would stay again if needed but would be happier at a cleaner hotel.

호텔 주변 환경이 좋고 위치도 좋음. 청결도도 떨어지지 않지만 객실간 방음이 안되어 소음이 큰 것이 상당한 단점임. 옆 방에서 TV 방영소리와 심지어 코고는 소리까지 들릴 정도임. 가장 중요한 편안함이 보장되지 않아 숙박으로서 추천이 어려움.
