Sleep Inn & Suites BWI Airport - Baltimore

We needed to be near the airport for an early departure. This was the best choice.

We needed a place that was easy to get to, close to Johns Hopkins, and convenient to meet friends from the Maryland side of DC. This hotel worked well. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and we found a really good restaurant nearby. The only downside was breakfast, which was sparse and not very healthy.

Hotel was nice and clean. Very good service. The only thing that they didn't have was microwaves in the rooms. That would have been nice to be able to re-heat items. Even a very small one would have been nice. The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the airport and very reasonably priced. The linens were clean every day and the shower was nice too. The hotel was perfect for my one night up and back business trip. Although it is an older hotel it is well maintained and clean. I choose the Hotel because it was close to the airport and the rate was very reasonable. Being close to the airport meant that there was nothing within walking distance to utilize ie. restaurants but that was a trade off. […] I would stay here again for future business trips. SW Devamı

The hotel was a bit dirty. The carpet was stained a light black from dirt. The toilet had urine on the seat. T.v. reception was poor. The room was otherwise comfortable. The light in the shower did not work. It seemed like the staff was probably overworked by the demands of a large guest population. The price was one of the best in the area, but in […] this case you got what you paid for. It was ok for a one night stay. I would definitely look for a different hotel next time I want to stay close to the Baltimore airport. Devamı

We traveled with our daughter and son-in-law. The air conditioning unit in our room was so noisy it kept waking us up at night. Then by 6:30am there was loud banging, as in construction work, right below our room which ended any further thoughts of sleep for the night. Since we had not arrived until late the night before, we had been planning to sleep […] in, but that was impossible. To say the continental breakfast was very basic is to be generous. After breakfast our daughter and son-in-law were unable to get back in their room because the key card would not work. We had to call staff but they also could not get the lock to work. We ended up having to wait for a maintenance man in order for our daughter and son-in-law to get into their room to get their luggage so we could leave. I will say the shower was very nice and the room was clean. It is also very close to BWI airport. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just needed a relatively inexpensive place to crash for the night. Devamı

We stayed several days in this hotel in 2007 and liked it then. We chose it when we returned to Baltimore last week. We were not disappointed. The rate was lower than we have paid for other hotels with fewer accommodations. The suite we got was quite commodious and fully fit our needs. The breakfast was quite good and the dining area was beautifully […] maintained and attended. The staff we spoke to were friendly. Also, the hotel is near the BWI airport and near the Inner Harbor - compared to other suburban hotels located much farther out. Parking is good. Can't say enough good about this hotel. It fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely recommend it to friends and will stay there again when we return to Baltimore. Devamı

We stayed at this hotel on a weekend trip to Baltimore to see the New York Yankees play at Camden Yards and enjoy some of the tourist attractions in Baltimore's inner harbor. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering an easy walk to a light rail station that takes you to the inner harbor and negates the need to drive in the city. We found the room […] comfortable and all of the appliances in working order. The continental breakfast was unremarkable, but certainly adequate. Our only complaint was with the service. Housekeeping never showed up to clean the room or even bring fresh towels after our first night. The lobby was filled with noisy kids late at night and the night manager, or auditor or whatever he was, stayed in a back office and did nothing about it. The computers in the business center are very out-of-date. We were unable to get one of them to work at all. My own fault, I guess, for not bringing my laptop, as they do offer free wi-fi. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again. The convenience and price outweighed the negatives. Devamı

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and never had any problems. The personnel are friendly, and are always willing to work with you.

the say was nice other then them alomst making me miss my flight. they need to make sure there drivers check with the front desk person for people that need to get to the airport.

The hotel was in the perfect location for me and my family. Its about 4.5 miles away from the Inner Harbor. We didn't want to be directly in the Inner Harbor madness and we didn't want to be too far away either. The hotel was peaceful and the room was nice and comfortable. I will definitely go back there when we are ready to visit the Harbor again.

Very convenient to BWI and gas station. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing hot and sparce fresh fruit.

The check in was fast but if it weren't for the time of night I would have left after seeing my rooms conditions. My room smelled of indian food, the a/c control knob was broken & missing, the robe hook was hanging off the wall and the toilet wouldn't flush.

We were a little apprehensive since reading the 'bad' reviews. But I'm so glad we decided to book the stay because it turned out great! The front desk representatives were nice and personable. The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 cartoon channels for our daughter...other parents' would appreciate it. Overall, wonderful stay! Great price! Nice […] people! I booked the Sleep Inn on a trip with friends to catch the Orioles baseball game. There is a light rail within eyesight of the front of the hotel (1/4 mile tops) that allows for convenient access to Camden Yards & the Inner Harbor. Nice perks were the fridge in the room, safe, nice bathroom facilities, and an included breakfast. The only negative was […] we had to call twice to receive the roll-away bed. I have stayed at the Sleep Inn three times and find it to be comfortable and easily accessible to the airport.

Not a bad hotel for the price. And perfectly near the light rail into the city. Breakfast wasn't anything to make time for. Some stuff was cold. But it had good accommodations, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was huge and very nice looking, but once we climbed into bed and pulled up the covered there was a very strong and unmistakable smell of urine.

was a pleasant stay and nice hotel only complaints were that our room was not clean at check in and most of the soda machines were not stocked or didn't work

As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like smoke!!! Changed rooms and same smell. I should of known that you get what you pay for! It was late and I had a cab drop us of from Amtrack station. If I had a car I would of changed hotels.

The hotel was great. There was a mishap with trying to check into the hotel, but I'm sure that doesn't happen every single time. We got checked in an hour late because of communication problems with the front desk and the cleaning people, which, once again, I'm sure doesn't happen every time. We just had a two-days vacation in Baltimore. This hotel is easy to find and not far from the downtown and attractions we are interested. It was around ten as we arrived there at night. The check-in was very fast and the lady at desk was very nice. The room is clean. Although the bath room is small than I expected, it still convenient. We found it to be a very positive experience. The staff was very helpful, when we had a weak internet connection, they changed our room to be closer to the DSL line. Room was fine, place easy to get to and from. Easy ride to downtown Baltimore on the light rail. Breakfast was, well, free. Some things were edible. I'd go back, no problem.

Got there earlier then planned so we had to want for our room. They tried to get us in ASAP. Thought we had one, but when we got to the room someone was still in it. When back down and they were sorry. So sorry, that they upgraded us to a suite. It was great.

The hotel looks nice, and is mostly clean. Dont expect anything from the staff, besides disappointment.

some incidental problems at this hotel but it seemed that this was not the norm necessarily. It was convenient to airport and the surrounding area felt safe.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was bare minimum - no real choices especially if you don't or can't eat bread based items.

This hotel is a great value for the price. It is a bit farther from the airport than the others, but the shuttle takes guests to the airport and train station. The wireless Internet worked well. The hotel was very clean and has a restaurant as part of the complex. The staff was great. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was nicely priced...rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom setup was a little strange...shower and toilet were in one room which had a door, and sink and vanity were outside that room and there was no door to separate the sink area from the rest of the room. Great location to catch a game at Camden Yards. Not expensive and right next to the light rail that gets you to the stadium.
