DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta - Alpharetta - Alpharetta

My girlfriend and I needed a getaway trip for the weekend and we chose Atlanta so we could see the Aquarium and visit several other attractions. Although Alpharetta was North of Atlanta and we live East of Atlanta, it was very much so worth the 20 minute drive out of the way to stay at the DoubleTree. The lobby was immaculate and the breakfast was terrific. […] The room was very nice and the bed...OMG...the bed was phenomenal. If I could have fit that mattress and those pillows in my car I would have taken them home with me. I loved how when you laid down you just melted into the bed. I passed out and slept amazingly. This place was great. Good location, good price, very comfortable, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again the next time I head to Alpharetta.

Overall it was a great getaway for my family and I ! Great service and the complimentary cookies were deeeelicious !!!

Loud and scary fire alarm went off at 9am Sunday morning. Freaked us out and was so loud that instead of sleeping in we just got dressed quickly and checked out. The rooms are small and the bed and pillows are not comfortable. Not the most terrible hotel i've stayed at but would not stay here again.

Not only was the staff super awesome but my gosh the rooms were like a 5 star hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer. Close to dining and shopping and really just PERFECT!

Breakfast should be included for the price. Also, our AC was broken in one of the rooms and no compensation was offered for this. I was disappointed in that. Other than that, good stay! The hotel line I called to order was incorrect about how close the music venue was that we were going to so that was also a huge inconvenience!

The hotel is in a great location and was very nice. However, when our drunk neighbors got back at 4:00 in the morning, we had to listen to them continue the party in the room. We could hear every word they were saying.

I loved the rooms and the service was exceptional!!! I stayed in the 1- king bed room and it was perfect for me. However, the room and bath are on the smaller side but extremely clean and very well maintained. The warm chocolate chip and oatmeal cookie was delicious as always and again, the staff was great!! We had some issues with the television late […] at night and it was fixed immediately. Next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to see breakfast coupons under the door :). Just their way of saying sorry for the inconvenience. I would def recommend this place to friends and family. I have always loved staying at DoubleTree and it has never disappointed me, yet!! Very pleasant sty. very accomadating staff and plenty of resturants within walking distance. Great experience.

We had a very nice stay..enjoyed the free cookies and design of the hotel and lobby. The few things we did notice is that it was small, there were no rooms available with 2 King sized beds or suites and the bathroom didn't have a fan. Also, the breakfast wasn't complimentary. But overall it was a very nice hotel.

This was a very lovely, clean room at a great price. The staff was wonderful, it was easy to get in and out of and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is obviously aging, and the hallways definitely need some sprucing up.

Very nice hotel and the area is surrounded with shops and eateries. I prefer this location over downtown Atlanta anynday.

Rooms at this hotel are entirely too small. The hotel shows much better on the Hotels.com website than in person. Also the bath was tiny. No bath tub, just a small plastic shower. The shower was similar to a trailer or motor home bath. Service was fine, very attentive employees.

Hotel was pleasant but lacked many amenities. Very limited dining or bar facility and breakfast was expensive and had little variety. I don't mind scaled down amenities but this hotel didn't even have an ATM machine as well as very limited sundry supplies. You ha to go to a small mall for almost everything.

This hotel was super clean, the staff was friendly, the check in and check out process was very easy. The hotel room was smallish, but very clean, comfortable, up to date and felt bigger. The surrounding are has literally all the amenities within walking distance - save a movie theater. Starbucks is right across the street! +++ I highly recommend this […] hotel and would stay there again if I needed to revisit that area. Devamı

If you have stayed at Double Trees before, this one is like a miniature one. On the weekend it was almost empty. No one at the reception to greet you. Had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to show up. The rooms are very small, with the bathroom in the room. Strange. The bed is comfortable. The walls are very thin, and even though the hotel was empty, […] I was woken up by steps ustairs at 6am. Then a few more times. The walls and ceiling are so thin that you do not the quiet you would expect at a Double Tree. Avoid. Devamı

nice rooms. little small but cozy. comfortable beds and nice staff. overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is close to restourants and shopping places, and yet very nice and quiet, staff are very friendly, highly recommended.
