Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel, Abu Dhabi - Abu Dabi

When I requested a 'quiet' room on arrival I was given a room opposite the lifts and next door to the maintenance staffs supply room. I was unable to log on the internet in the business centre all week. This is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms but badly trained staff let it down

The hotel was great considering the price I paid. If I had paid full fare, I would have been a bit annoyed by the gym and room service, but overall a very good experience.

Equivalent to Good 4 star hotel with overpriced breakfast

We booked the hotel on NYE knowing full well that it would be running at full capacity that night. Check in took a while but once attended to, was dealt with efficiently. We requested a table to be booked at the adjacent pub which was made there and then. The room was comfortable, bathroom a bit dated. We were on the club floor and the club room was […] quite disapointing. No-one to serve drinks during the happy hour and quite poor snack selections. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant, we went down at 09.30am and the restaurant was full. We were told we would have to wait. After 15 mins of waiting, we asked if we could choose our food and have it taken up to our rooms, the duty manager readily agreed as more and more people were coming down for breakfast. All in all, I would not stay there for a long holiday but for a weekend stay it serves it's purpose. Devamı

I thought the hotel would be shabby and old but I was very pleasantly surprised with the following: reception and concierge area, each one is on a different floor and that gives it personality, there is a hair salon in the hotel which is a definite plus, breakfast room service was wonderful: best muesli I've ever had, the room was VERY roomy and the […] bed very comfortable. My only comment is the bathroom; it could stand to be more modern. The shower head is the old style and plus it's extremely difficult to get hot water, and then adjust from hot to warm; not enough water pressure. Another comment is that wifi isn't free when it really should be, and they don't include airport transfer or any added perks. Otherwise, this place is great ! Devamı

I was given a smoking room and the hotel was full. The staff later upgraded me to a club room which was nice. This is a decent hotel, the bfast was also not bad. Look out for really fast elevators that close almost as you are exiting!

I enjoyed my two nights at Sheraton Khalidiya very much. The hotel was clean, staffs are very friendly and location is excellent; near everything. Corniche is just stroll away and the malls are few blocks away, Taxi cost 10 Emirati Draham. I recommend this hotel for all, Thanks guys!!.

We stayed in a family suite. Tremendous.

Could not fault this place from the friendly efficient staff on arrival, helpful concierge, the large and well maintained rooms and the lovely dinner in the restaurant. This was the ideal place for us to break the long haul flight back to Australia and we left after 2 days feeling, refreshed, invigorated and valued by the hotel staff

Very nice staff, and we were very good

Excellent hotel for business -- solid internet and free gym, plus a decent breakfast buffet. It's well situated but the surrounding area is a bit quiet. Hotel bar is a nice touch, great food and beer!

This Sheraton is very different from the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Resort. No, it doesn't have a huge pool or a dozen different dining outlets. What it does have is an attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. The surrounding neighborhood has a plethora of great local restaurants that are within walking distance, or that will deliver […] to the hotel. The Khaladiyah Mall is just up the street, and so is the Corniche. The rooftop pool is small, but is fine if you just want to get a little sun. (It has minimal views of the waterfront) The pub in the hotel is cozy and small and stays pretty quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business. Devamı

one of the older hotels so perhaps you don't get as much glitz for your money as some other 4* or 5# places (one of my colleagues stayed in a much fancier place for the same money) but not sure that it really detracts from the place. staff were extremely friendly and forthcoming. nothing to critique.

Nice business class hotel,friendly staff,good location but Limited timming of health club-opens 7am and closes 10pm. The club lounge crowded. But hotel good value for money

My wife and toddler and I stayed in a suite. The neighborhood initially seemed very commercial, not too vacation-y. But we quickly discovered that a wonderful park for young children was just a couple minutes walk away, and just beyond that - the wonderful Corniche, also ideal for walks, snacking, views. A low-cost Indian grocery with many essentials […] is across the street, and Abela's (a Western-style grocery) is just a few blocks away. Nice restaurants are a cheap cab fare or healthy walk away (we were there in March during the cooler months). Hotel staff were very nice, particularly attentive to our toddler. Hotel restaurants were a bit pricey for what is fairly average fare - not bad, but not great. The hotel pool has a nice view, but was not heated in early March and thus a bit cool and not super clean. The hotel can arrange a car for a trip to Dubai, but it is cheaper to hire a cab for that purpose. We were very pleased with our stay. Devamı

Conveniently located and clean - no issues, there. Restaurants are another story. Very hit and miss especially breakfast. Chaotic atmosphere, understaffed and buffet in shambles. The building is starting to show its age.

Costo beneficio insuficiente

Séjour très agréable, le pub de l'hôtel est très sympa, excellente ambiance, nourriture très correcte. Le Room service est réactif, les petits déjeuners excellents.
