The only bad thing was that we kept getting bumped off the Internet. The hotel provided an ethernet cable which was nice but when the service provider has problems, we still got bumped off.

I did not get the room that I booked and was not offered a solution.. As the clerk at the desk said take it or leave it.. the room that i did stay in smelled like cooking grease.. Never staying in the Hotel again

Great value, decent size fully equipped kitchen, confortable bed, internet access. Small but well equipped gym. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Right off the highway, short drive to a variety of restaurants, stores, etc. Could upgrade ther television service, channels shown on screen didn't match the one you were watching, needed […] an updated list from the front desk, which was confusing. Could use some up-dating. Breakfast was good. and the management team was very helpful.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was good, staff was very pleasant. Enjoyed our stay.

We love staying here when we travel to MD. It is nice location and this last stay the front desk girls went out of their way to meet our needs. Our room was assigned near another pet owner, who must have left their dog unattended and it was barking very loudly. But the front desk person was quick to reassign our room and did so with a smile. They also […] were willing to bring things to our room when we needed them. The brfkt buffet is really good selection and always tasty, usually they serve turkey meats instead of pork, but this time not as lucky. The bed is so comforty and room so convenient with kitchen it is almost better than being at home! We plan to stay here again and again!!! Devamı

there are BED BUGS - we were not able to sleep for 2 nights comortably In the morning we have bites all over our legs and arms of my children. When you go thru the stairs, smell of cigarette smoke is so bad. Needs improvement of rooms, linens and pillow cases....12NN is our check out, cleaning people is already knocking at 10AM. room was clean, but obviously older. Was repainted rather sloppily. Dogs were given pretty much free reign, ie: in lobby and public areas. Serivce was good. Breakfast and dinner were a plus and had a decent selection for every taste.Would stay here again.

hotel run like a frat house 3.5 hours to get towels,above our room people were loud until 3am no insulation between floors calls to front desk didnt help.

We booked two rooms for a wedding nearby and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, amenities, and general overall appearance of the hotel. Would definitely book at Staybridge Suites again. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Pool was clean and welcoming.

We stayed here for 4 days with our 2 kids. It was over a weekend so we did not get maid service for 2 of the days. The breakfast had great options that were different each morning. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We couldn't always find convenient parking which might not have mattered if it wasn't raining much of the time we were there. The rate that I paid for this room was well worth it. The room was clean and the fact that my pre teen son was able to basicaly have his own private bedroom was exceptional.

The room was wonderfully setup with everything you could need. It also had a wonderful brkft buffet which made the cost of hotel more reasonable. The room placement was close to exit doors so with the dog it was very convenient, but we were close to the elevator and the noise factor was alittle annoying in early morning hours. The staff were very helpful […] and friendly and there is no doubt that we will stay here again. The location is very convenient to tour either Wash. DC or Baltimore. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, HOTEL CLEAN, FREE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD, CORRECTNESS OF ROOM RENTED WAS BAD, BED SUNK IN THE MIDDLE, BATHROOM DOOR SHUT BUT DID NOT LATCH, STAFF VERY NOISY PUSHING CARTS WITH SQUEAKY WHEELS AND YELLING DOWN THE HALLS TO EACH OTHER.

The place is not in the greatest location, but the room is comfy, the breakfast is hot and the staffs are friendly. It seems there are a lot of people going there on weekends because I passed by it a lot of times on weekends and the parking lot always seems full.

Stayed here while visiting family. Got a great for a one bedroom suite. Full breakfast was great. Would stay again (at the rate I got this time)

I was impressed both times I stayed with the rooms and the hotel. While it is a little older and worn, everything was very clean. The business computers for guest use worked very well, multiple printers and paper, able to be used as copiers, more than most other places I have stayed for business. I liked this hotel a lot. Service was friendly, suite was sizeable, clean, comfortable, with a decent view. Nice neighborhood with good nearby restaurants. The only issue I had was that the bed was too firm for my taste. Not too far from the airport and the mall.

Once the staff found out we were coming to visit my son who is on his way to Iraq, the staff went out of thier way to be supportive.

Just make sure you request ahead of time a non-smoking room. I didn't do this and the room smelled horrible and they weren't able to change our room.

The rooms were nice and offered everything I needed for my stay. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for everything that I asked of them. Parking was free and there was easy access to the interstate so that I could get to both DC and Baltimore in very little time. For a mid-level price, this hotel is outstanding. Very friendly front office staff, comfortable lobby/breakfast area, full breakfast and great coffee. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend this hotel, especially for families since the suites are comfortable and so affordable.

I was very happy with my stay.working kitchen was great,microwave,sink,refridgerator,stove top all made it feel home like.you almost forgot you were in a hotel.my only gripe was parking was hell.not enough space to park especially at night.but overall me and my girlfriend were happy with our stay n would stay again in a heartbeat

I stayed at Staybridge because I was attending a concert at Merriweather Post. The hotel was about 10 minutes away which was awesome. The room was cozy w/ a full kitchen! The service was great, and the bed was comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. However, research where you want to eat. We were very impressed. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had our dog with us and had no issues with that, check in and check out were quick. The hotel was very well kept and we were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

The stay started with a very courteous welcome at the front desk. Then we got to our room and were extremely pleased to find our room clean and full of goodies. It was so nice to have all the amenities of a house in a hotel. Between that, the convenience to all the areas around us, the friendly staff, the great breakfast, the pool and everything else....I […] felt as though this hotel was one of the best for the price! This stay was amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and made every attempt to make us feel at home. When we checked in to the suite, we were amazed by the size and comfort of the rooms. I wish every hotel stay/chain were this pleasant.

It's an okay hotel for the price. Location, room size & amenities were great compared to most. There definately was not enough parking spaces for guests, had to park in another lot. Staff was not very friendly or accommodating, didn't make us feel welcome. Probably wouldn't stay here again

The only thing that I didn't like was my wife and I had a guest who must have been a bit heavy and we could hear everystep they made-- which didn't bother me too much, but off and on my wife and I would hear a loud THUD! that made us jump. I loved everything about it! New, clean, well maintained and staffed, and a great bargain. It is designed for long-term stays by business travelers, so some normal hotel fixtures were not available in my huge room, like a suitcase stand, but the fully-equipped kitchenette is a wonderful convenience. Nice clean pool, fantastic breakfast included. In […] a residential, not a commercial area, so without a car you are kind of limited for food and supplies. There is a nice restaurant nearby (Greystone Grill) in easy walking distance, and another (unadvertised) convenience is a shuttle service that will take you anywhere within 5 mile radius, but not to the airport. I booked this hotel last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It was ideal because the location was 15min from Baltimore and about 35min from DC. The hotel is very clean and only three levels, so taking the stairs wasn't a burden when I was in a rush. I liked the little outdoor pool and basketball court availible. Large room with great amenities for the price. Comfy bed, large desk for the laptop. Full size fridge, 2 burners, dishwasher that I didn't get to use (lol). I am not really a coffee drinker, but having it available in the lobby anytime was great too. Good food located nearby, within walking distance.
