otel çok güzel, herşey oda, temizlik ve banyolar çok güzeldi. ama odaya check in yaptıktan sonra 2 kez aynı kadın gelip havlu sordu. aynı odaya 2 kez ve yeni giriş yaptıktan sonra olunca ürküttü. birde otoparkı çok pahalı. 1 gecesi 38 dolar. LA de en iyi otelde gecesi 20 dolardı. şaşırdım. ama bunların dışında çok güzel ve rahat bir otel.

First thing that comes to mind is that the hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are quite clean, no ant infestation or anything. The only problem was the breakfast. You are hereby advised and warned not to expect too much from the breakfast. But all in all, you can't beat the location or the price if you'll be staying for one night or two.

A.B.D.'de 15 gün içinde 4 ayrı otelde kaldım. En düşük fiyatlı Miami Hyatt Regency kesinlikle en iyisi idi

My stay at residence Inn was great, the rooms and ambience was wonderful. The morning breakfast was fantastic and the manager, chef or waiter was friendly. But there is still room for improvement when it comes to the proper maintenance of their cooking untensils and housekeeping. Some of the untensils were old and battered. With regards to housekeeping […] they failed on a number of occassions to vacuum and change the bed sheets. However, they did a wonderful job cleaning the kitchen and washrooms. "Nice, affordable stay in "the Grove""
Enjoyed our stay, though we weren't in the room much. Pool was cute, and our 1 bedroom was neat and tiday with everything we needed. Really convenient for walking to "grove center". Blow dryer blew up the first morning I used it - the front desk clerk thought I didn't know how to use it which was comical, but also offered to send another one right over. […] All in all a very pleasant place to stay...... without spending all of your vacation money. Devamı
"Would recommend this hotel"
Attractive clean room with well stocked convenient kitchenette. Nice bed. Good security. Exceptionally nice staff went out of their way to meet our needs. A burned out light in bathroom was immediately repaired. Would definitely stay there again.

"Meh"
Overall the hotel was decent, but there were definately some problems that need to be fixed. First, the sheets were dirty and not replaced by the staff when asked. Second, the cleaning lady just barged into the room without knocking. And the best part of the stay was when I got a bill slid under the door the day of checkout for "parking fees and valet […] tax." 38.00! And there isn't valet parking! I won't be staying there again, and have no problem in telling that to anyone else. Devamı
"Needs improvement, but a decent deal for the money"
We stayed there for two nights--the location (a few blocks from the hustle of Coconut Grove) was good for what we needed, but the immediate neighborhood may have some crime issues. It is mostly residential, and you do see a lot of bars and security gates. Also, I-95 isn't far away. There were three of us, so we needed a suite--and hotels.com didn't […] offer a lot of selection of those. I think next time we'll pay a bit more money and try for something better. Devamı

found a roach in one of the rooms; i came in late to check in and found the cleaning personell complaining to the front desk because my mother had requested additional towels; they placed two holds on my credi card for no reason; the parking was very tight and extremely limited. the staff at breakfast was very nice however and so was one of the front […] desk supervisors the second night i was there. "Great Location"
This hotel was conveniently located minutes from Coconut Walk, which contains great shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. The suite was spacious and well equipped. Will definitely stay there again when in Miami!
