Overall experience of the hotel was excellent. The name of the hotel 'Residence Inn' and indeed it feels like home; laughing because I was awaken at 7am by barking dogs, while irritated at that moment, I find it humorous because a lot of people have dogs and often we're awoken at home by our dogs, so why not at the 'Residence Inn'. Best thing to us was the fact that it was pet friendly, altho we brought no pet. Pets were all well behaved and welcomed, and gave it a homey feel. The staff and the hotel were great. We were pleased with the hotel but had understood that we were booking a 2 queen suite with pullout couch. When we arrived late at night, we were given a 1 queen suite […] with a pullout couch. We were told we'd have to discuss it with hotels.com. The pullout couch was most uncomfortable, thin mattress and metal frame that poked thru it. When you get your confirmatiom from Hotels.com be sure to read it carefully! Would recommend it to others. Devamı

The hotel is not too bad but the room seemed to go without repairs or fresh paint in some time. The parking lot was pitch dark, and since the lot is adjacent to water with walking trail I figured it would be well lit (NOT!!!!). I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the lot. The morning breakfast was lacking. The toaster was broken, they ran […] out of waffle mix, and the room was not cleaned up after people left their table. The hotel had no means to do a speedy check out, I had to wait in line for ten minutes then gave up and left. It would be a great location for a traveler, but needs a revamping before I would officially recommend this hotel to a "friend". Devamı

Stayed two nights with the family. One bedroom suite was on train side of building. If you can get a room over the courtyard, it should be quieter. Caltran trains start pretty early and run very often. We were getting up early each day so it wasn't a problem for us. Sofa bed was not too good according to the kids. It's a sofa bed and it's the kids. […] If you need two beds for adults get a bigger room. Pretty standard Residence Inn. The only problem we had was the cork screw broke off in our wine bottle. The maintenance staff was quick to get the bottle open so all was good! There is a BART station a few miles away and that is a great way to get into the City. The Marriott knows how to treat their customers.The staff are proffesional and friendly but most of all they take care of ones needs and make you feel at home. I have stayed in many hotels from 4stars to 5stars and they could take a lesson or two from the staff at the Marriott.

We fully enjoyed our stay here. The coffee was excellent, food okay. The room was nice with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Good location, close to the city. The subway runs close to the hotel and was very convenient to get to the city.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was in very comfortable and would highly recomend.

Accueil très moyen. La piscine était hors service. Pas d'information sur ce désagrément. Notre chambre donnait côté parking : autoroute et voie ferrée à proximité. Notre chambre était équipée d'une cuisine, c'est pratique par contre le lit était inconfortable et le canapé convertible dans lequel nos enfants ont couché également.
