Quality Inn And Suites - Elkhart

When I booked the room I planned on staying for two nights. After getting there and being told that their pool was not open due to maintenance and that we could go and use the hotels pool behind them, I was not happy and started calling other hotels in the area. Also the key cards only worked on one side of the building couldn't get in from the other […] side and of course there was no parking by the doors that would let you in. One reason I booked there was so that my daughter could swim. I ended up canceling the next night and going to stay at the Hampton Inn....might i add it was a much nicer hotel and only cost 40 more was so pleased with that one! Devamı

WE RESERVED A SMOKING ROOM (SOME HOTELS YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS NOT BEING SO BAD) IT WAS ALL WE COULD RESERVE SINCE IT WAS A GAME WEEKEND, BUT IN THE REMARKS WE ASKED FOR A NON SMOKING OR CLEAN SMELLING ROOM. WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY DID SEE OUR NOTE AND SAID THEY REALLY CLEANED THE ROOM BUT WE COULDN'T EVEN WALK INTO THE ROOM. Easy to get to off the toll road. Everything you need for a stop within walking distance if you want.

First off we stayed only one night August 4, 2011. upon check in we where told the pool was out of order but we could use the pool at the Hilton behind the not so Quality Inn. Second we get checked in and go to our room and I found a pair of dirty underware behind the bathroom door. I went down stairs and got a new room but the second room didn't look […] like it was vacumed in over a month and the airconditioner didn't work. With two kids it made for a rough night. If it wasn't for loosing our money on the reservation we would have left. Oh and you could only use the front door or one side door because the key cards didn't work on all the doors to get in which made it a long walk to the room when your room is at the other end of the entry doors to use. Don't wast the money on this place as it has no good Quality. On a good note the Golden Egg Pancake House next door was good but thats about it. Devamı

Employees were nice, amenities that worked were nice. (hair dryer was broken) Breakfast was good. Sadly the pool was closed when we were there and the TV signal went in and out. We appreciated the mini fridge. The hotel was quiet and handy to several eateries.

Functional, room maintenance was lacking. Bathroom has remodeled sometime in the past; however, the details were poorly paid attention to. The cleaning also left something to be desired in both the room and the bathroom.

Our room was not sufficient, we had no hot water for 2 days in the tub, we had hot water only in the sink, we had a dirty stained shower curtain, our lights didn't work, they wouldn't hold our plugs they kept falling out, we weren't pleased with the cold water situation, but had small children who don't like change, lots of bags, and lots to do and […] had to stay in the rooms. Room key cards didn't work @ times No elevator Pool out of service Remote control & hair dryer didn't work in 1st room. They did move us to a 1st floor room for 2nd night

We stayed over for the Thanksgiving holidays and there were very few cars in the parking lot. That may explain the lack of staff around. I think the check in person also had to get the continental breakfast together as well which had decent food, some eggs ans sausage gravy. The hotel was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average.

Wow what a sad sight. This appears to be what once was a nice hotel that has been run in to the ground. There are stained ceiling tiles everywhere, lights out everywhere, doors to room barely latch, and doors on outside of hotel can be opened without key simply by pulling handle! Icemaker on main floor is also Out of Order and when I looked behind machine […] water line was cut and corrosion around supply coming from wall show it had been that way for quite some time. Ceiling diffusers rusty, receptacle covers missing. I could go on and on, but overall NO MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN DONE HERE FOR A LONG LONG TIME!!!!!!! Devamı

We were attending a birthday party for a friend in Elkhart. It was in the downtown area, but we wanted to stay on the northside of town. Not knowing what was available in Elkhart, we chose to go through "Hotels.com". Quality was cheaper than many of the others, but offered as many or more amenities. We would definitely choose it again.

The room we had had no hot water in shower. We ask them to fix it for our second day. They didn't fix it and did not say anything that it wasn't fixed, didn't offer another room or anything. I ask for a refund and they gave me 7% discount. I ask for more than that and they said, NO. The maintenance man said the hot water worked. I disagree

Good service, pretty good size room, beds could have been bigger; we paid for a queen size bed but it seemed very small; the continental breakfast was good but the pool was over chlorinated and small.

Staff, room is ok. But bed smells like smoke.
