çalışanlar arkadaaşça,.kahvaltı güzel doyurucu,plaj küçük ama yeterli,odaların ,otelin ortamı çok sıcak değil itici,internette çok problem yaşanıyor,hotel zone bölgesine ancak araçla ulaşılıyor yürüme mesafesinde değil.

I stayed here for 2 nights between Nov. 16-18. It has one of the best beaches in Cancun. It's very comfortable and relaxing. Location is also very good, close to the lively center of Hotel zone of Cancun. Rooms are clean but not so convenient (no balcony to dry up wet trunks!). Besides that, I was not also not so pleased with the reception staff. They appear not to understand you clearly, so you feel like the answers you get is not so reliable. But the rest of the staff was so friendly.

Usually hate all inclusive hotels for lack of authenticity and tourists traps. But Sun palace changed my mind. Good food, outstanding service and perfect for couples. Nothing related to others super crowded resorts. Perfect vacation week.

Everything is wonderfully clean, beautiful, and an incredibly friendly staff to boot. We used our resort credit to upgrade to concierge level so we could have better liquor and a beach view but not really sure that was worth it. Everything else was great, though the food could be improved... there was lots of it and the service was great but the actual […] food was just sort of mediocre except at the steak & italian restaurant which were both up to par. "Great Hotel"
This hotel/resort is great! I will be coming back soon. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we needed something. If you are looking for a relaxing time...please go to the Sun Palace.
"Great Relaxing Vacation"
We went for a short 4 day trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had stayed at Moon Palace when it first opene,d and Cancun Palace a couple of years ago, but had never stayed at Sun Palace. It was just great. The staff is very accomodating and the food was good. We were very pleased with the entire stay and will go back.
"Dream Vacation"
My fiance and I have travel quiet a bit and have stayed at many hotels, and this is the second best hotel I have ever stayed at (first is Four Seasons, in Egypt.) The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The food was very good. The hotel cleanliness, amenities, pools, beach were all outstanding. We were there only for three days before moving on […] to Cozumel Palace, and we wish we could have spent our entire stay at Sun Palace. We wil absolutely return to Sun Palace. "Beautiful Property - OK food"
The hotel and it's staff were absolutely fantastic. And the beach it's located on is beautiful, crystalline blue and bathwater warm. Lovely room with a balcony, ocean view and full jacuzzi. The only drawback of the whole experience was the rather lackluster food. Breakfast was, for the most part, great. However, lunches and dinners were sub-par. This […] was certainly not enough to ruin our experience or not recommend this property to others. Being a couples-only resort, you have the option to be completely low key and interact only with yourselves and the staff - or, if you choose, there are plenty of other couples to dine with or share a drink (all included of course)! "Outstanding!"
We stayed at the Sun Palace for the first 3 days of our 8 day trip to Cancun for our honeymoon. We wish we had stayed the entire trip there however! Other than the fact that the bed was way too stiif for either of our preferences, we cant think of a thing to complain about. Great staff, gorgeous room and property and excellent food. We definitely plan […] to stay here again. One of our recomendations to future guests would be to research all of the many priveleges you have as a guest at the palace resorts. As a guest at the Sun Palace you can use the ammenities of any of the local palace resort locations for free, one had live music nightly, and also had free entrance to the water park which we were unaware of until we checked out. Hotel muy tranquilo con muy buenas habitaciones, quedamos super satisfechos en nuestra estadia, ventaja de ser cadena palace q puedes utilizar tambien las instalaciones de los otros hoteles
