"Flawless stay"
We have 2 children and a dog and have stayed at many downtown hotels but we love the Monaco. There is never any hassles, the staff are very kind, and the rooms are always clean and nicely done. If I would change anything it would be the comfort of the beds. They are "ok" but I believe the linens and pillows could be softer and higher quality. Other […] than that, great place to stay!!!! "A wonderful stay."
We stayed here in December of 2011 for three days and had a wonderful time. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the hotel has a lot to offer. In addition to the wonderful restaurant in the lobby, the hotel has many events in their lobby to offer. When we stayed here, one night they did a wine and calamari tasting (free […] of charge) and the next day they had a wonderful charity bring in their dogs to take pictures with guests. "Middle of Downtown"
Great experience overall. Valet parking was a little expensive in my book to be uncovered and next to a self-parking lot that would have been cheaper.

"Hotel VQ, Denver,Co"
Friendly staff, great beds,nice club and restaurant. Really enjoyed the free shuttle to downtown. Our only complaint was that there was alot of cold air coming in around the window.Mentioned it to the front desk the next morning,said they would be sure to check it out.

"Great hotel for the price"
Everything you need in a hotel with a good location. Only problem was parking...you either paid $31 for valet or used one of other lots, which on our stay costed $24. Maybe I'm crazy but parking should be included.

"Hoel Monaco, Denver"
We always try to stay at the Hotel Monaco in Denver as the rooms are terrific, the location fantastic and the service wonderful
"A Nice Place With A Little Oddity...."
First of all, this was not my first time staying at the hotel. It has a great location, it's clean, comfortable, and the staff is great...excellent service. This time I stayed in one of the Monaco Suites. The room was very nice and spacious and and everything was great until I began to unpack...that is when I noticed that there was no place to hang […] clothes! I believe that this is the first time that I have ever stayed in a room in any hotel that had no provision to hang clothes...no closet of any kind! There was plenty of wardrobe space, but I just found it odd that you couldn't hang anything up...I looked everywhere, just to make sure it wasn't hidden (if it was, it was hidden very well!). One other usual amenity that was not provided was a hairdryer. Other than that, it was a great room and I enjoed my stay. Devamı
"Amazing!!!"
This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and sporting their Bronco gear for the big game. The only thing I would recommend is free parking for guests. There is a lot of parking surrounding the hotel but I think the hotel pricing for parking was a little high. Other than that I am 100% satisfied! (The Goldfish was a hit!)

"Denver Great Hotel"
The Hotel was wonderful. They were all very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. Just be sure to bring your own hair dryer.

"Hotel Monaco - Eat well, sleep well"
Great accommodation with a perfect location to enjoy downtown Denver and its surroundings. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is dog-friendly and the restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING!

Well maintained hotel very close to the 16th Street Mall. Staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The 5PM wine tasting and free massage is a nice touch too. Dinner at the Ponzano Restaurant was excellent with attentive staff. Be aware that overnight parking is valet only with a daily fee.

"Loved our stay!"
Very friendly staff. The only thing we felt was a little overpriced was the parking. Otherwise, we loved it. Very comfortable and clean.

During our stay the front desk was moved to the basement because the lobby was under remodeling. I wish I knew about this at the time I was booking the hotel. I feel the hotel.com should disclose things like this.

We walked into the lobby and were assaulted with an awful odor of painting and who knows what other solvents. There was an ugly black curtain across what should have been the lobby. I asked the staff why we were not informed that the hotel was being renovated, they had no answer. Staff was poorly informed about a number of other things, such as restaurants […] and other nearby attractions. In the room, the mini fridge had a very loud motor that went on and off all night, The problem is that the hotel bills itself as a "boutique" hotel which means that one pays more for a better experinece . This experience was horrible. We would have been much better off at an upscale chain like the Sheraton or the Marriot and paid half the price, I strongly suggest that no boutique hotel subject guests to a renovation. I did not know that the hotel would be renovating their lobby during our stay. That limited the public area access of the hotel. Likewise the restaurant was being renovated so the menu options wer limited. That was okay for dinner since we were going elsewhere. But for breakfast our only option was an expensive, limited buffet. And the items were cold […] and did not taste well. The room was nice, but small. The shower, old fashioned. We supposedly had a king bed, but it seemed smaller than ours at home. I thought the convience of being downtown and close to the theater was overshadowed by the construction and cost. The remodelling was scheduled to end the day we left , so we caught it at the wrong time. I'll go elsewhere next time. Devamı

We made our reservation through Hotel.com. When we arrived at the hotel we did NOT have a roll in shower which was guaranteed in the reservation. Although the desk clerk was very nice, he did indicate that he does not receive "notes" from HOTEL.com and he did not realize that the roll in shower was necessary. I spent over an hour on the phone with the […] reservation person and was very disappointed that the shower would not accomodate my husband who is a quadrapeligic. The food in the restaurant was awesome and the bell boys and valets were awesome; ;my husband just couldn't take a shower. Devamı

"Hotel is a huge step from the ordinary!"
Great location in downtown Denver. Meet and greet at five pm daily (complimentary wine and appetizers are nice). Very comfortable rooms with wonderful restaurant downstairs. This is the only place we will stay while in Denver!

"Comfort and Luxury in Downtown Denver"
Amazingly friendly and accomodating staff paired with the warm comfortable ambiance the fire place and luxurious room brought, is a must stay for anyone staying in Denver. The lively atmosphere of the restaurants and bars one block away on 16th St., makes going out convienent and easy. Too bad I went to watch the Chicago Bears lose to the Broncos.

"Our 4th stay at Hotel Monaco"
This was our 4th time staying at Hotel Monaco and this time we brought our beloved Austalian Sheppard/Blue Healer mix. This is not only an excellent hotel but, by far one of the most pet friendly hotels anywhere. Service, food, hospitality and atmosphere is simply fantastic! We can't wait to book again!

Great place to stay to be near theatres & 16th St Mall. Room very nice, only complaint would be the gray brick wall parking garage view we were given. Kind of a disappointment really. It must be the rooms blocked to hotels.com so be warned. Freezing cold hallways as well.

This is a top-notch hotel located close to all the downtown attractions, steps from the LoDo shops & restaurants. Our MedSuite room was spacious & lux with that fab artsy, unique design interior that Kimpton Group is know for-so unique & one-of-kind experience.
