Tidewater is a low cost clean inn with great amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub were ideal for the day we were there.

Arrived to find the reception closed, a note posted to call a phoe number to check in I didn't have a cel phone for the area. Had to go to a competitor to borrow their phone to call and ge my room.why nor make a note on the website so I could either arrive earlier, or choose another property.Internet not compatible with my laptop and no one to call. […] Might be betterf in the high season but in December ....give it a pass. The hotel was clean, easy to find, close to many places to eat and drink. The lobby and hallways are outdated but they were replacing the carpets on our last day. Rooms were nice and clean. :)

The hotel was not quite what was imagined after viewing the images on hotel.com. The post indicated a romantic patio view of a lake. This lake was more like a park in a nicer looking projects with a lot of corner action happening with the long term stay occupants. Wifi was not up on the first day. The pool was packed with kids till closing and the hot […] tub was so small it felt like you were sharing a bath. The complimentary soaps and shampoos were half used and there were signs asking to reuse the towels. However it was fairly cheap, clean and central to the cape. The main street was close driving distance but there was not a neighborhood bar or restaurant walkable, still need a car. There were rooms available with jacuzzi tubs these might have been nicer-more romantic. This is more of a destination if you need a quick, clean resting point on your road trip to and from the cape. Pretty sure wont be back, next time we will stay more on a main street location. Devamı

Tidewater is a little dated but most of area is dated. Staff was very acccomodating. Location is an easy access to everything. We would definately stay here again!

Not bad for a few days. Rooms are big enough for 2-4 people beds are real hard and the rooms could use an upgrade the TV is a 19 inch and old. The little dinner was nice and you are 10 mins from hyannis.

In a short stay the phone in our room did not work, the electric sockets tripped out and a lampshade fell off. Swimming pool Ok but no breakfast. Should be better deals available.

The hotel and cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast 4 days at the Cafe. We had great service even when tour bus folks were dining there. The location is close to Hianis, which was a pleasant village to walk through and dine at.

A nice size room. Bathroom could have used a little repair, but nothing that bothered us. Overall, satisfied.

Nice place with two pools and a hot tub. The indoor pool was clean but the water was about 5 degrees to cold for comfort on a chilly night. The rooms have an outdoor porch so other guest can bring noise with normal movement. Was very quiet and well worth the price. The hot tub was really welcome. Overall, the Tidewater Inn in W. Yarmouth was a good hotel~I would rate it a 4.5. The diner, Helen's, was great and the service wonderful. The location was great as it was close to everything. My daughter and I really enjoyed the pool and hottub. This is my first time,on the cape. Off season and still pretty crazy. This hotel is not new and not in perfect condition. Our room was clean and comfortable. 2 different people at the front desk where both quite helpful and I would have no problem coming,back here again. For the cost, I believe it is a good deal.

The Tidewater is quite basic, but is clean and conveniently located on Rt 28. The rooms are a bit older, but kept in good order.

I've been visiting the Tidewater for many years. It's always clean, the staff is pleasant and courteous, always a pleasure to stay there. I can count on the rooms being clean, and a good value.

The fridge provided in the room left much to be desired. It did not sit well where it was located, and was a bit small for the task of refrigerating my spoilable foods. The internet was accessible, however, it would have been good of the front desk to mention the mode of connection, so that we did not miss a day of it, in the process of finding out […] how to connect. The breakfast offered was greasy and poor quality compared to what is available locally, and that is why we only tried it for one day. The Tidewater Inn was the perfect place for our getaway. It is close (5 min drive) to both the beaches and downtown Hyannis. Staff very friendly. We stayed in one of the older rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the water in the toilet wouldn't stop running, but 1 call to the front desk and it was fixed right away. Grounds […] are very clean and well maintained. Came back from the beach at lunchtime and hung by the pool/yard area all afternoon. Horseshoes, playground, and swimming - a great way to relax. Usually go to the Cape every year. This was my first stay at the Tidewater and I will definately be back. Devamı

For the price the hotel was very good and included free Wifi which was not included at a premier Boston hotel later. The room was comfy and clean and no noise from any resident. The management was very helpful, and all in all I would recommend the hotel.

Owners were VERY nice. They have done a great deal to begin to upgrade their hotel. Constructive criticism would be that all rooms need to have newer TV's. Ours was old and telecasts were not clear. Good enough for us. Clean and convenient location. I wish they had thicker pillows, it was difficult to sleep with the thin pillows they gave.

From the reservation stage: agent had no idea what he was speaking about, could not speak English. Reservation clerk at motel was rude and had to wait twenty (20) minutes for him to appear at front desk. The only thing that was comfortable was the housekeeping staff. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT THE HOTEL WAS THE "PITS".....

The location was good.l The pool was very well maintained. The restaurant was good for kids and adults. Our rooms were old and bathroom was was clean but small and outdated. the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpfull we asked for a room upgrade so we could be closer to the play area and they changed our room for us right away we will stay there again

The room service was quick and efficient. The mattress wasn't as firm as I'd like. It was great having the breakfast diner. We ate there every morning. The pricing was competitive, the menu varied and the food was delicious. The staff was also very nice.

Very nice hotel, well kept!! Staff is very helpful and friendly!! Grounds are very nice for pic nic... Outdoor pool is nice and clean!! Indoor pool is a bit cool but very nice spot and lots of chair... not too busy eventhough the hotel was fully booked. There is also a game/tv room if the weater is not good!!! We booked last minute and our request for a room facing the marsh/pond was not fulfilled. First thing I noticed was the musty/mold smell as soon as we opened the door to the room, it appeared clean at a glance. The room was a bit outdated in decor, the beds were low and not very comfortable, we slept on top of the comforters but it didn't help much. […] The bathroom left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and I wasn't really "looking" for things to find issue with but they were noticeable. We really only used the room to sleep and shower while visiting the Cape and neighboring islands so it was ok for our very brief stay. The onsite 50's diner only serves breakfast and it was cute. We ate there only once for the experience. The indoor pool was the only one we were able to use due to the weather and it was nice except you have to get your towels at the main building because there are none kept at the pool area. We also had to request additional towels for the bathroom because there were 4 of us and only 3 towels were provided in the room. All in all it was just "ok". Recommendations...bring your own pillows and sleep on top of the bed covers. Would stay again only as a last resort. Devamı
