Good location, walking distance to all attractions. Supportive and welcoming staff.

The hotel location and the amenities on offer such as the adjoining spa facilities were quite spectacular. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful albeit somewhat pricey. It is unfortunate that the actual building materials are of such mediocre quality - the floors, tiling etc. It isn't built to last. We booked this hotel to utilize the spa facilities which included sauna, luxurious steam rooms, mineral bath, and an aqua experience. What a tremendous added bonus! The facilities were top notch and modern and great to wind down from walking all day in Aix. The hotel has a fabulous pool as well. Great hotel, probably one of the nicest in Aix (I've stayed at two there) - rack rates are expensive but you can get a better price through hotels.com...and breakfast is pricey, not bad offerings, but not really worth it, you can get a comparable breakfast at numerous cafes for under €5 (versus a shockingly pricey 16€ at the hotel - it shouldn't be […] more than 10€). Fantastic position at edge of old town, easily walkable to all major tourist sites. Nice clean, pool great advantage, even if they insisted you wear huge bathrobes to get into pool area! Breakfast a ridiculously excessive price, we had breakfast every morning at one of the numerous street cafes for at least half the cost each morning. If you want a well situated hotel with a lovely outdoor area / pool with an adjoined spa and 14thC Roman tower, this is the hotel for you.

Hotel conveniently placed for easy walking access to Aix old town. Pleasant gardens, beautiful heated swimming pool. We preferred to spend 3 euros pp for breakfast at neighbouring cafe (coffee, croissant, juice) rather than 16 euros pp at the hotel. Could not have been happier! Found this hotel last minute and the location was amazing - right near the Cours Mirabeau, the Eglise des Saveurs, tons of restaurants, etc. Happy with everything about it!

3 star grading is definitely worthy. Confort room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom well equipped - Power shower and bath, hairdryer and bath robes and slippers. Bedroom spacious and comfortable. High floor room, looking out over pool was quiet with window closed but some noise from nearby road when window open. Heating and air con very good. With its outdoor pool and indoor hammam and saunas, this wonderful hotel offers more than most in Aix. It's beautifully presented and staff pay attention to detail. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. The purpose of our stay in Aix at the Hotel Aquabella was to go to the Thermes Sextius Spa. We had wonderful spa treatments and enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aquabella. Dinner in L'Orangerie was delightful and lunch on the Terrace poolside was just what the spa gods ordered! Great experience - hope to return soon!

Great hotel, the hot tub was a bit of a disappointment it was not hot. They put a charge/deposit on my card when I checked in without asking. Other than that everything was nice. No shuttle service was available, bu everyone was very helpful.

hotel agréable car beaucoup d'espaces, calme sauf le samedi avec mariage. Situation idéale pour visiter la ville. Petit déjeuner un peu cher, donc nous sommes allées prendre notre petit déjeuner complet au marché près de l'hotel de ville avec en plus les parfums et les couleurs de la Provence.

Hôtel très élégant avec des prestations de qualité : superbe spa, très belle piscine, salle de sport sympa. Personnel excellent et très attentif. Les chambres sont charmantes mais mériteraient d'être rafraichies... Petit déjeuner trop trop cher !

Generally a nice, clean and modern hotel with friendly English speaking staff. Only downside was expensive breakfast. We only had breakfast at the hotel the first day, the other days we got a nicer breakfast/brunch in the city center for half the price.

Tres belle piscine, petit dejeuner chers, parking payant.. Chambre tres moyenne pour cette categorie. Mais hotel bien placé, piscine tres agreable en centre ville, bar de soir tres agreable en exterieur. Mais personnel pas tres competent , notamment pour consommations au bord de la piscine, souvent 1h d'attente...
