Lords South Beach at Nash - Miami Beach

We got the best dinner recommendation from Aaron. He was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The room itself was very noisy - we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, phones ringing. If you don't need a good night's sleep, because you plan to be out partying, this hotel is probably great.

We really enjoyed the hotel, the location, and the restaurant. Relaxed french ambiance, good food and great service.

Nice clean designer rooms but rather small. The Hotel is just one block from Ocean dr and the beach but still easy to access with car. Very helpful staff.

Donna (at the front desk), Abraham (at the front door), Aaron (at the front desk) are all awesome employees. The food at the restaurant is terrible - so don't even think of ordering room service or eat out front. The employees above were wonderful. This hotel was a refreshing surprise in terms of quality, atmosphere, service, and overall fun quotient. The lobby is gorgeous and festive in a hip way, the staff can't do enough for you, the pools and food service outside was awesome. Shocking for the price in the heart of it all. Great location just few steps from Ocean Drive and the beach. The hotel may provide you towels and chairs for the beach. Overall a good place to stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Right in the heart of South Beach so very convenient to walk anywhere. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very cute and exactly what I picture when I think of South Beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Aaron. Would stay there again and definitely recommend to friends.

The description on hotels.com didn't clearly note this and I found out after the fact. Also, they charge $20 extra for a "resort" fee, far from a resort...the gym is 5 blocks over! Lol. Outside of that the actual hotel wasn't bad, but if you're not gay, it's a little awkward.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in great location. Rooms were cute. Only have queen beds though.

Upon check in we were a bit unhappy with the location and size of our room. The check-in clerk and door man (George) went out of their way to correct our dissatisfaction. George took me on a tour of the vacant rooms to find one to my satisfaction. All the staff was found to be equally cordial. Although the hotel caters to the gay community. I loved every minute of staying at Lords from the people, to the room, to the atmosphere - overall a great, fun place to stay! I will definitely be back.

Really nice people but The price given does not include all the resort fees and taxes that total around $15 a day. Not really a place for children in respect to the couples it caters

Nice kitschy place. Only 2 complaints 1. There were absolutely no drawers to put any clothes in. If you couldn't hang it up, it had to sit on the desk (room 302) 2. The lighting is very sparse in the bathroom, they need more fill lighting. Overall though, people were friendly and great location. My parter and I stayed at the lords south beach Nash jan 2012 and where absolutely delighted. The staff, location, cleanliness, decor where excellent and we could not fault this hotel. We are regular travellers on a moderate budget and felt that we hit the jackpot with this place. Very highly recommend

My room's carpet never was completely dry, but everyone was friendly and the location can't be beat. I wish the pools weren't so shaded, though.

I spent 8 nights in Lords and was very satisfied.Room was clean and service,in hole,was perfect.If i comeback to South Beach i would gladly stay in Lords again.

Loved the decor. Loved the CheckIn and CheckOut with Mr. Chocolate. :) Bar was great! Room and bed were very comfortable and relaxing! Loved the shower! Great toiletries in bathroom and love the underwear menu. AMAZING LOCATION!

With a great location and fun decor, the hotel is an easy home away from home in South Beach. The only complaint was the bar was a little slow with drinks and I miss the beautiful restaurant operated by the previous owners. But all in all, a great place to stay in SB.

It took 20+ minutes for us to be given our rooms (2). Once I received my key, I went to the room and walked in on another guest who had already been given the same room. When I went back to the lobby to let them know the assigned me another room (after another 20 mins). When I went to my new room the carpet was soaked throughout. I went down a second […] time for another room and was assigned a room that had a broken shower drain, leaving me to take a less than 5 minute shower to avoid the bathroom overflowing. I travel weekly for work and this was by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Devamı

Usually one equates a "gay" hotel with bad service, snooty clerks, and crazy drink prices. Well, not here. EVERYONE that works here is friendly and puts the customer first. I booked a room at Lord's for one night last weekend. The front desk staff was very friendly, but all they had left were ground floor rooms facing the alley dumpsters. I already knew that I wasn't going to stay (as a single female traveller, I have a policy of no ground floor rooms), but dropped off my case while I made other arrangements. The carpet […] was stained and pretty awful, but the kicker was the air conditioner that sounded like a 747 at full throttle. I asked that they do something about it (if not for me, at least for the next poor guest who would be deafened by the racket. I ended up staying at the Z... It was amazing. Devamı

My husband and I stayed at Lords this May and we loved it! The Hotel is an immaculate Art Deco building with bright yellow and blue modern furnishings. It is clean, exciting, convenient and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though we are a hetero couple we felt very welcomed. The hotel is located 1 minute from South beach on Collins Avenue. I'm glad the hotel was not located at the ocean drive because that's where a lot of partying is going on at nights. It was very quiet, the hotel staff is very nice. There are two small pools in the backyard. Chairs and towels are free of charge to use. The food at the hotel is very tasty […] but a bit pricy. This was on top of the fees/taxes I had already paid when the room was booked through hotels.com. Truly loved my stay at the Lords SoBe, it was a pleasant surprise. I was in Miami on business and it was nice to be in a small, clean and cute hotel like this. Staff was super friendly and room was always clean. Will definitely go back again!

My partner and I had a perfect time at the Lords. We have stayed in numerous hotels in SoBe in the last 10 years, and Lords is at the top of the "favorites" list. We wii be back. Keep up the good work.

The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy yourself. The owner, Brian, is a fun upbeat individual that has passed his charisma to his staff. This hotel is currently under the branding of "super-gay", by which it is populated with lots of attitude and prancing and colorful types. If this is for you, then you'll love it here. Included in this environment are theme nights at the bar/pool, which, although it didn't have a decent sound system, still blasted some tinny dance hits from about 12 […] months ago onto the open area around the pool until all hours on Saturday night. Spent 2 nights at the Lords (Thursday and Friday). They have done a very nice job updating and maintaining the property. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The owners are very involved in running the property, and it does show. Though this is a gay oriented hotel any liberal straight will feel just as comfortable there. My only complaints […] have to do with the bed (it was a squeaky queen size). The AC (it was a little loud), and a bad battery in a smoke detector. But I think most of this has to do with the fact that it is an old hotel that has been refurbished, and there would be similar issues with any of the other similar hotels in the area.
