GuestHouse Inn - Fort Smith

Check in was quick, especially since the clerk lost interest in me when it was time to tell me where the room was. The non-smoling room smelled of smoke and our bedspread had a cigarette burn, the bathroom fan didn't work, and they hadn't provided enough towels. But, the room was otherwise clean, the beds were very comfortable, A/C worked well. But, […] the shower head was a little broken. Breakfast was ample, but there were no coffee cups, they were out of most juice, a large selection, but mostly poor quality. I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful even at 2:30am in the morning. Room was very clean, bed was Awesomely comfortable (i wanted to take it home), everything i needed in a good location near several resturants, gas station, would definately stay there again, had a great stay, even had a good continental breakfast with bacon, waffles, […] & biscuits and gravy! :) Devamı

Nice room settup.No Smoking room with cig burns in carpet.Smoke smell so bad wife couldn't sleep.Noise kids running up and down hall.People smoking in room next door.Stayed here before and enjoyed it.But thats was my last stay....It was cheap in price but quiality has dropped off chart...

This hotel was in the right location. That's the only good thing I can say about it. Bathroom was nasty. Was not cleaned from previous use. Smelled musty or like mold in the room. Said they had romms for smokers. Got a No Smoking room. I won't be staying here again. I have had better at Super 8 or Ecoco Lodge.

Reserved 2 non-smoking rooms but they lost one of the reservations and only 1 non-smoking was available, so we had to tolerate a smoking room. And, on the 3rd day when we returned to the room late at night it had not been cleaned and i had to get the night clerk to get us some towels, etc. Also, virtually every time we tried to use the key card in either […] of the rooms they did not work and someone had to go the the front desk to get new cards, very annoying. Not to complain too loudly, realistically for the price I paid this hotel was pretty much right on the mark. Continental breakfast was the same as many other major chains... boiled eggs, make your own waffle, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, cereal, yogurt and English muffins. Walls are quite thin and noise travels the length of building. No elevator, […] only stairs. Pool was full of leaves and dirt. Exercise (area) was a joke, an elliptical bike, treadmill, and old-style stair machine... overlooking the candy and snack machines! However, room was clean and reasonably appointed. Devamı

I just keep coming back to this hotel. My family and I have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 weeks. I will most definitely stay here several more times in the weeks to come.

OK, AVERAGE HOTEL IN THIS PRICE RANGE. First room given key for was still dirty, had to go back to desk for another room. No glasses in room, only styrefoam (yuk!) First time I drank wine out of styrefoam! Breakfast was OK, but orange juice out, no hot water for oatmeal. Again, only styrefoam (can't heat water in microwave in that!) The GuestHouse Inn worked just fine for what we needed - a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay while my wife was in town on business. At first I was a little concerned with the location since it is out by the airport and in more of an industrial park area but it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Fitness room is a joke. The oldest three pieces of equipment in a nook nest to the vending machines. The hotel is nonsmoking but the staff smoke in a hall and the smell is all over the hall.

The hotel is south of Fort Smith a few miles but not impossibly far; one of my appointments was nearby, otherwise, I'd have felt I chose too remote a location for my purposes. The chair in my room and one of the walls showed wear/scarring. However, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable--I slept through the night for the first time that week.

We go to Fort Smith on a regular bases and have stayed in different chains of motels/hotels and we are always satisfied with the Guest House Inn, for the price you get a very clean room more ammenities than most. room carpet was in bad shape, ceiling had leaks before as you could see tape stripping. first night only had one towel. bathroom was clean which is great plus. Front desk man was very nice and we had made duplicate reservations and we were give back the money for the second room. For the price we paid it was a great room .

We spent the night here on our way from Minnesota to Texas and it was a wonderful place! Clean, comfortable, and affordable! We will be back the next time we go through Fort Smith!

The room was large with a microwave and refrigerator. Very clean and for the price I would say this is an excellent place to stay. Pool looked very inviting - if I would have had more time - might have taken a swim.

Great breakfast, superfriendly staff, very clean. Excellent value, I will use this place again whenever in the area.

The hotel was a good value for the rate we paid. The room was clean, the service at the front desk was courteous. There were no elevators and the free breakfast was mediocre, but again, for the price, we were happy.

A very restful night with an excellent bed. Very quiet. A definite stay again. The breakfast was very adequate and very clean facilities.

I was happy with the service of the night manager at our check-in. The room was clean except for the carpet, which had what looked like toddler cookies crushed into it. The manager came almost immediately to vacuum the carpet. The next morning, I was looking forward to the hot breakfast, but that was disappointing. They had run out of eggs, with no […] apologies when I asked the day manager about it. Also, the bacon was overcooked, but the sausage patties were almost raw, and the bread for toasting was a bit stale and hard. So, we ate the standard continental fair, such as bagels and cereal with milk, which was good. Also, it is spring break in this area, and the pool was still closed for winter...but it was filled with green water...and trash, slime, and a dirty diaper were floating in it. YUCK! Since I had no intention of using the pool, it wasn't that big of a deal. But it was right outside our entrance, and was disgusting to look at. The sheets, toilet, sinks and shower were quite clean, and the room smelled great. If you are strapped for cash, and you don't mind not having a continental breakfast instead of a hot one...it's an adequate place to stay. Check in went well. After check in we discovered our door didn't lock. We went to the desk clerk and they moved us to a different room. The airconditioner in that room didn't work well. Overall good stay for price.
