My family traveled to the Seattle area to visit my son who is stationed at Fort Lewis. We booked the family suite. The bunk bed alcove room was the perfect set up for my soldier and his teenage brother. The front desk personnel were friendly, courteous and very helpful when "google mapping" directions to local attractions for us. Hotel was just off […] the I-5 corridor, very convenient to attractions in Tacoma and Seattle. Checkout at 3am was quick and easy and allowed us to make an early morning flight home. The only constructive thing I could say is that I would have appreciated a variety of yogurt for breakfast but in general the meal was hearty and satifying. Devamı

What we saw in the picture for the family suite was quite different. Not at all alike. The pictures showed a separate bedroom with a door but what we got was a basic hotel room with mini fridge , microwave (which was great) but the bedroom was just an alcove in the wall with n o door and the kid on the top bunk can see over the cut out in the wall to […] the rest of the room. which if you have little ones like we do and they need dark and quiet to sleep it puts a damper on everyone else because we need all lights out and no noise. other then that it was great!! We reserved and booked a king bed online but were switched to 2 Queens beds when we arrived. I don't understand why they would let us book a king bed if it wasn't available. I also wasn't notified of this change until we were already there.

You can trust the reviews on this hotel! Stayed in a family room with our 2 kids. We were treated in a courteous manner by all hotel staff. The food was fabulous! Our compliments to the chef! We'll definitely be back!

I have a brother in the hotel business and I worked for him for awhile promoting his hotels and resorts and Chamber of Commerce meetings. I know a good hotel when I see one. This is a great place to stay. I was not disappointed in anyway.

No toiletries in room. Tub was stopped up. Bathroom fan did not work. Bathroom floor was dirty and stuff was in the waste basket. Wrote it all down for the receptionist when I left. Her response was "meh". NIce. (not)

We had gone to check in before we went to dinner. We had, had reservations & wanted to change. We never checked in because after waiting in line for 45 minutes we had to leave so not to miss our dinner. When we came back we went to the pool and the hot tub was not working, but my daughter enjoyed pool anyways. Next morning we went to take her again […] & the pool was out of service for the rest of our stay. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool & hot tub so we were very disappointed. Great food and friendly service. Caters to many teams so very noisy at night in hallways.

First of all I went there because of a 4 start rating. We showed up at 230 and were told check in was at 3pm. So we waited with two toddlers and then checked in at 3pm but was told there were no clean rooms and had to wait until 330. One person at the counter. I originally asked for 2 queen beds but was told there was none and had to use a couch(inside […] bed) and queen bed. In our room there were no wash clothes or towels in the bathroom. Very friendly and accomadating staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I am trying to think of more reasons to stay in this hotel. The location is great (lots of restaurants near by), the breakfast was very good, and the price was great. Only the proximity of the hotel to the interstate bothered me. A little noisy, but manageable.

The hotel was totally full of refugees from the Seattle snowstorm... no one had electricity, the winds were howling and the inside temperature of the houses in the area was around 45 degrees or below. Despite having so many people in the building, the hotel was clean, orderly, and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and highly recommended. Usually, […] I don't eat the "continental breakfast' served at hotels, but this one was really nice. The only thing was that we couldn't get local channels on the TV and it took them about 2 hours to get back to the room after a toilet overflowed. They came out immediately to put down towels to soak up the mess, but it took 2 hours to come collect the towels and clean the floor. Considering that the hotel was totally full and there were some other problems in other rooms, this is understandable. I just needed a convenient, inexpensive overnight with wife. It was great. It would be very good for personal or business. Definitely a bargain without being cheap or trying too hard. We'll be back.

Went for a less expensive hotel but was surprised to find the hotel measured up to the higher priced ones in quality. Close enough to the airport yet far enough away to not hear planes. We missed breakfast because we were so comfortable in the bed we slept through it.

Location, bed comfort, wi-fi and breakfast were perfect!

The included breakfast was a bit bland (buffet style breakfast) but atleast it was something and it was included in the price. Room was clean and very quiet considering it is close to the highway. Good location right off the highway so is easy to find. Stayed 2 nights and didn't have an issue.

My grandson and I stayed at this facility and were very happy with everything. He enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was wonderful. We had to pick up his Mom coming back from serving in the Middle East so the convenience of the hotel to airport was very nice.

Above average breakfast - plenty of hot items, good bread selection, stale cereal, good parking situation, easy to find, friendly staff, tv was kind of lame, pillows a little too "full"

I went to the a concert at the White River Amphitheater and it the location was out of town for me. Staying at this hotel was convenient. It is a tad pricey for my needs but there is every sort of store and restaurant in the area. If you aren't looking in going all the way up to Seattle this was a nice stop.

The Murphy Bed was actually quite comfortable, but I did not understand the reason for it. Room was large enough for a regular queen size bed. There is no lighting above or beside the bed, making it difficult to read in bed Front Desk staff on the evening shift was very accommodating and friendly. Tread mill in exercise room was broken so we unplugged […] it, but staff did not make an effort to put a sign on it so guests kept plugging it back in. Could be a safety issue. Devamı

I went to this hotel specifically because they had a room with bunkbeds for my kids. When I checked in they said they had overbooked the room and gave me a room with two queens. If that was what I had wanted, I could have saved some money and gone elsewhere. The room was clean, the beds were quite firm. Nice amenities and showerhead in the bathroom. […] Didn't try the breakfast. But if you want a specific room you might want to go elsewhere. Besides the convenient location for all my sightseeing destinations in WA, I was especially satisfied with the level of service. The room service was very affordable, the staff working at the front counter personally brought up amenities when I requested extras and gave me more of everything else! We stayed at same hotel about a week & a half earlier & were 100% satisfied. Hotel was full & had large groups there. So, breakfast was great, staff very pleasant, room was perfect. This time, breakfast a little sparse, some of staff not as pleasant as usual, room was not the high quality one we had previously & price was comprable to our last visit. […] Somewhat disappointed but would stay again for location, cleanliness, breakfast, shuttle service, indoor pool. This is a nice hotel but it's location so close to one of the busiest freeways in the west is not a plus. If you book, insist on a room on the opposite side from the freeway. The noise woke us at 4 AM and it was awful. Our King room was okay but the bathroom was very tight. One of the smallest we have ever had in a hotel at any price. We were very pleased with everything on this trip. Give it 5 stars all around. But, came back for overnight on Sept. 3. Room was not the same quality as first stay. Would consider staying again, but ask about room quality. Shuttle service was great to & from airport. Breakfast was hot & cold food., Walk to other restaurants. Excellent Service

Nice mulit story hotel on freeway. Staff very accomodating. (allowed me to park my motorcycle under front entry) good breakfast buffet.

This particular hotel was a nice stop on our trip. The only issue was that it had been overbooked by Hotels.com and it took well over an hour to check in with it being a very busy night (there was a little league championship the next morning). Nicole did everything she could to get us the two rooms we had bookd, including trying other hotels. It all […] worked out thanks to her diligence. This hotel is conveniently located just off I-5 and 320 St in Federal Way. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed (website site indicates a standard room with a Murphy bed, but it was a standard double bed, I did not have t pull it down off the wall). The room was also quiet. I did not use the pool or fitness area. There are 2 computers for guest […] use opposite the front desk desk - no trouble with the internet. Breakfast was good and included fresh cut fruit, eggs, hash brown, sausages, ham, cereal, fresh waffles if you want to make them, biscuits and gravy, pastries, milk, juice and coffee. Excellent stay in seattle. beware though if you don't have a car or are shy on the freeway this maybe isn't the best location for you as most of seattle is about 30 minutes or more north of the hotel.

The only problem we had is that they could not find our reservation with Hotels.com. After much searching it was found under my first name, rather than last name. You might want to call the hotel first before arriving to double check. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Everything was fine at the hotel except the room smelled and the bedding smelled - like old bodies or very old smoke - not sure which
