Hilton Garden Inn St. Charles - St. Charles

Clean and comfortable and close to Dupage Expo Center. They control access to hotel by entry only through the lobby. Microwave went out at 7:30 am. Desk said they'd have someone look at it by noon. 8:00 pm by time maintainence came by. Other than that great place - I'll stay again

Beautiful, large suite for 30% less than the resort across the street. Great breakfast, great service.

Conveniently located, decent hotel. Nothing fancy.

This hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I probably will not stay again if it is for business as the internet to the rooms was PAINFULLY slow or non-existent. I tried several times to connect and timed out, couldn't load anything quickly enough to be able to use the service in the room. Very nice property. Did not have time to enjoy free breakfast. Sunday night clerk went through motions but not friendly and did not acknowledge my Hilton Gold status.

The staff was very nice. Adjustable beds aren't as comfortable as they claim they are...(just my opinion). Room was clean and ready before check in. Would stay there again.

I can not say enough about the staff, they were outstanding. The temperature of the pool was a but cold for my 18 month old when we arrived and they immediately turned up the heat for us. We had a couple other "needs" here and there that they helped out with quickly and with a smile. Seemed like they were always smiling. The hotel accomodations were very nice, rooms were spacious and comfortable. All hotel staff very friendly and accomodating.

Great place to stay. Kids loved it. The room was comfortable and affordable.

Nice rooms, nice lobby, nice people, nice price--my only complaint would be the Sleep Number type bed that didn't work, so was too hard.

Hotel rooms are very modern and comfortable. This is our 1st choice for a hotel when we visit St. Charles, IL. The price was the second reason we chose this hotel.

We had a very nice two night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We found the property immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful, One front desk clerk spent considerable time giving me precise directions and even made sure I had correct change for the toll booths. The beds were top of the line quality and extra comfortable. The large flat screen […] TV was a nice bonus as we were interested in the NFL playoff games the weekend of our stay. Although we only had breakfast in the dining area the eggs were cooked to order and the buffet had a wide variety of meats, breads, cereal and fruit - everything cooked to perfection and very good. It was apparent to us that staff took pride in their work. The maintenance staff, the cook, the front desk...everyone seemed to enjoy their job. All details were attended to.

My family had a great time. The facility exceeded my expectations. The staff was pleasant, the pool was clean, the rooms were roomy and the beds were so comfortable. I will be staying here again; kids had a blast.

Very Clean, and Comfortable....

The hotel was nice enough, clean with friendly staff. My only real complain was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. One side worked and adjusted firmness level while the other did not. It didn't bother me enough to ask for another room.

This hotel was a great value for our brief stay in St. Charles.

Hotel room was overall very comfortable the pool was absolutely amazing the business center was very efficient I loved the hotel but they charged us $50 for absolutely noting and would not remove it.....? Very angry with that fact

Very nice hotel, better than I was expecting. Mini fridge and microwave a plus. The bed "comfort adjustments" controls were a little tricky to get right but not too bad. My only major complaint is that the bar soap the hotel provides makes the surface of the bathtub very slippery - I fell into the side of the tub and bruised my leg. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel to the moment we checked out, this hotel was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to order a movie. This hotel is by far a top pick for me.

This hotel was close to a resort where we were attending a wedding. The hotel in general was very nice. The staff was helpful too. However, the bed was terrible. The hotel boasted about having a bed similar to the sleep # bed, but it didn't matter what number you set it to, it still felt like you we sleeping on concrete. Worst night sleep I've ever […] had. loud A/c, difficult to control room temp. fire alarm triggered by band not very sound-proof- difficult with baby sleeping breakfast was good, friendly staff

We stayed here recently while visiting family. The hotel was very clean, had good space and offered nice amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed ina room with 2 beds and one of the beds was not right. It had a sag in. Middle and kept dining into the middle all night. Couldn't wait to get home and sleep in my own bed!

Always greeted promptly and by friendly staff. The warm cookies are a nice touch

Toys in the pool area for the kids were great -- room was exceptionally comfy and awesomely clean -- handy and fast breakfast buffet -- easy in and out -- cookies at check in -- this was a very nice place to have an overnight treat with the grandkids.

I am used to staying at Hampton Inn as opposed to the Hilton Garden. Pricing was comparable without the amenities of free breakfast was a disappointment. The room service - on the other hand was terrific.

Not only was the hotel nice and clean, the price was very resonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice for downtown to be closer, however the hotel parking was very convenient.

A room was ready so I was allowed to check in very early in the day which was helpful as I had a very busy schedule of events. The room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. Part of the conference was actually held at this hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room , quiet and the room service food was pretty good. Only negative I would say, is the same for many hotels I stay at - they use too much bleach or disinfectant in laundering. The hotel was clean but that's about all it had going for it. The A/C/heater was so loud it would wake you up every time it turned on. The wireless connection was slow and intermittent. The gym smelled pretty funny and there was no way to control any airflow in the room so it was beyond hot after 5 mins of exercise. The tv was set up behind the cardio […] machines so you couldn't do cardio and watch tv. The machines did have built in tvs but some didn't work and others had no way to hear any volume. There are no sidewalks from the hotel so it is difficult to walk anywhere. I've stayed at more hotels than I care to count and am not very picky but this hotel just didn't work. Nice hotel; clean; nice neighborhood. Only bad part was I easily heard my neighbors turning on the shower and even clearing their throat in the morning. Therefore I didn't sleep real solid.

The hotel was very easy to find (which is important for me as an out-of-towner who doesn't care to search for a place that's difficult to find, especially after dark). It's close to the intersection of Highways 59 and 64. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. Room service was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel and staff were very accommodating. The only complaint at all was the long black hair stuck on the shower wall. That was it, the room was clean the beds were very comfortable, the sheets were soft and we loved the widescreen HDTV in the room.

So check in was at 2pm I think, but they let me check in at 11:45 because my room was ready. This was nice. Very nice building with great surrounding patios and courtyards. Found a long black hair on my towel in the bathroom...whatever. Shower drain didn't drain much at all, so at the end of my shower I was standing in 6 inches of water. Nice banquet […] hall. After the reception ended all the "night-owls" sat out in the courtyard in chairs and drank/smoked until the morning, and no one gave us trouble. Right next to Walmart, McDonalds, and Portillos. I would stay here again if I was in the area for something. Confusing room numbering, but the place wasn't too big. Didn't go in the pool or hot tub. The end. Devamı
