Good hotel in a good location. Walk to many restaurants and the Metro station. Hotel staff are attentive in many languages, and the hotel in good condition for its age, which shows at times. Pleasant roof pool area with great mountain views. High price for internet is one glaring negative; this should be included in the room price. I will stay here […] again though. Devamı

Best thing about the hotel is breakfast. Very good customer service but rooms need huge improvements. Deco is old and outdated, and they lack iphone docks which for me is a must for any 3+ stars property. Location is excellent with many dinning options around. I might stay again, but I still look for other hotels around. The fares were too pricy.

This hotel is in a great location, in the business district. It seems safe to walk through this community. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Virtually all the staff are bilingual in Spanish/English, with some other languages spoken as well. The hotel rooms are an adequate size. Very good location, in front of Los Leones Metro Station and near to the new "Costanera Center", a new Mall with the highest building in South America. Good for business and leisure. Very clean and confortable, good breakfast and restaurant.Will stay there again.

The hotel location is excellent in Providencia neighborhood, only one block away from Los Leones metro train station and three blocks away from the brand new Costanera Shopping Mall, and near commercial area. The room was quite good, comfortable, nice and clean. The staff we met were helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel was great except for the red message light in my room (#707) that could not be turned off by any means, no matter how many times I spoke to the front desk. All everyone kept saying is that it is an issue with the telephone company's. Thai is ok, but CONTACT THEM TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.

It is the third time I stay there. It is a good hotel with confortable rooms, good breakfast, well placed, close to the metro and good restaurants not far. The only thing that I don t like is that you have to pay for internet.

Overall this is a great hotel for the money. It's location is perfect and only a block fromt he Las Leones subway station. The hotel itself may need a little updating, a fresh coat of paint on some of the woodwork for example-but very clean and nothing significantly wrong with the hotel by any means. The staff were all very friendly and speak English […] fluently-something not found often in Chile. Overall I would recommend this hotel-especially given the relatively low price. Devamı

What we expected. Comfortable, clean, nice people. We arranged our reservation through Expedia. We arrived at Santiago via LAN Airlines at 6:00 am. The check in at the hotel was at 3:00 pm. But they made the arrangements so that we could use the room at 9:00 with no additional charges. We even had breakfast that day. By the way breakfast was good (buffet […] type), with variety of fruits, cereal, bread, eggs etc well located near restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and public transportation (subway a block away). I am customer of this hotel for many years. The people are very frendly and the overall service is very good. The internet access has been an issue and continue to be an issue. In the room the wireless is not available. Even the cable sometime is very slow.

Staff are friendly and the hotel is well located, food is OK. The neighborhood is too noisy, just behind the hotel there are many discotheques that are open almost every day and night so I couldn't get a good sleep in any of the nights I was there. Furniture looks very old and is worn out. Internet is pretty bad, not included, no wireless and intermittent. Carpets […] are stained and they don't look very clean. Devamı

We were very satisfied with the Four Points Sheraton Santiago. The condition, location and services provided by the hotel were excellent. The staff were very helpful and attentive as well. We will go back to this hotel when visiting Santiago again.

I was there just for three nights, and the breakfast was not a good option; every day the same thing and no many options. I was expecting the internet was included, but not and I thing it was a little expensive for the speed they have... Regards

Nice setup and staff kept replenishing the buffet. We tried a few of the lunch and dinner dishes in the hotel dining room. A few of them we liked, others not so much. Second time here. Located in the Providencia area, central to anywhere in Santiago. Subway station and major shopping dept. stores located 2 blocks up, while hotel stays on quite side street. If you want to take the double deck bus city tour, hotel located about 4 blocks from Providencia stop. Hotel offers private taxi service or on main streets catch […] regular street cab. Hotel itself offers restaurant (didn't use), bar area (didn't use), roof top pool (didn't use but did go to roof top, beautiful 360 view). Apparently there is also a gym, but it was out of order during my stay. there is also a tour company within the hotel. they can take you to Valparaiso, Vina de Mar, or a couple of wineries. Overall, cant say anything bad about this hotel. Oh yea, lastly, iron and ironing board in my room !!!! Super important since most hotels (except for Marriott) in Latin America don't seem to feel they need to carry this important amenity. Devamı

Lamento muchísimo la mala atención ofrecida en este hotel. Desde mi llegada me tuvieron esperando para entregarme la habitación recién a las15 hs para luego darme las llaves de una en la que había huéspedes !!!. Nunca me avisaron que el desayuno tenía un costo extra (no está incluido en la tarifa y tampoco el wifi ) sino que además me lo cobraron casi […] 50u$!!! El colmo fue la cara del conserje porque consideró que la propina que dejé luego de ese gasto fue insuficiente. Nunca me brindaron información útil. Me ofrecieron un taxi al aeropuerto por 22000 pesos cuando me tomé uno por mi cuenta por 14000. En definitiva una ciudad hermosa a la que seguramente volveré, pero jamás a ese hotel. Devamı

Rummet var ganske stort og veldig tyst og trengte oppussing. Rummet var rent og inget finns å utsette på vaskedamenes effektivitet. De hadde en tourorganisatør i lobbyn, men hun tilbød veldig dyre turer. Vi valgte en annen operatør og fikk bedre tour med privatguide for samme pris, så det hadde vart fint hvis hotellet ikke låst seg ved bare en operatør. […] Internett på hotellet var URDÅRLIG! Man må betale ekstra for internet på rummet, men det fungerer jo ikke! Hastigheten er lav, dekkningen ubefintlig, man blir stadig utkoblet og det er umulig å bruke til noe fornuftig.Hvis man skal betale for internet burde det fungere! Restaurangen var litt gammeldags. Receptionen var trivelig og personalen altid velkomnande og hjelpsom. De snakket flere språk, bla svenska! Devamı

The room was nice, big and had great air con. Very clean. The doors didnt really fit the frames though (probably a result from an earth quake) but it still seemed safe. Great breakfast. Bekvämt med trevlig personal, ingen superinredning men rent och fräscht. Bra frukost och ett väldigt bra läge. Lite tråkigt att man måste betala för wifi men det var tillgängligt på hela hotellet.
