The hotel was great except for the red message light in my room (#707) that could not be turned off by any means, no matter how many times I spoke to the front desk. All everyone kept saying is that it is an issue with the telephone company's. Thai is ok, but CONTACT THEM TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
"Four Points Santiago - Convenient location"
Good location, acomodations confortable, employees are very polite and helpful. Breakfast could be better, every day is the same menu.

"No so good for me"
I was there just for three nights, and the breakfast was not a good option; every day the same thing and no many options. I was expecting the internet was included, but not and I thing it was a little expensive for the speed they have... Regards
"Great Location - Centrally located"
Second time here. Located in the Providencia area, central to anywhere in Santiago. Subway station and major shopping dept. stores located 2 blocks up, while hotel stays on quite side street. If you want to take the double deck bus city tour, hotel located about 4 blocks from Providencia stop. Hotel offers private taxi service or on main streets catch […] regular street cab. Hotel itself offers restaurant (didn't use), bar area (didn't use), roof top pool (didn't use but did go to roof top, beautiful 360 view). Apparently there is also a gym, but it was out of order during my stay. there is also a tour company within the hotel. they can take you to Valparaiso, Vina de Mar, or a couple of wineries. Overall, cant say anything bad about this hotel. Oh yea, lastly, iron and ironing board in my room !!!! Super important since most hotels (except for Marriott) in Latin America don't seem to feel they need to carry this important amenity. Devamı

"Hard to sleep. . ."
We could hear music from the club nearby all night long - the music didn't stop until 5 am. Otherwise nice location, near shopping, restaurants, etc.

O Four Points continua excelente , com atendimento muito gentil e cordial . A localização é excelente e os serviços estão ainda melhores. Recomendo , muito !
"Four points- muito custo, poucos benefícios"
Esperava mais do hotel pelo custo da sua diária. Café da manhã tem sempre as mesmas opções, recepção nem sempre disposta a lhe atender, banheiro c banheira antiga, péssimo p banho de chuveiro. nem todo dia limpam seu quarto, apenas fazem a cama. Ar condicionado não funciona bem. Travesseiros ruins. Isto é, a única coisa boa é a localização!!! Qdo chegamos […] não nos explicaram nada sobre o funcionamento e horários do hotel. não gostei!!! Bem localizado, próximo ao metro e região com bastante restaurantes e bares. Para quem quer curtir a vida noturna no Chile é bem bacana!

Por duas vezes me hospedei no Hotel Four Points Sheraton Santiago do Chile e gostei bastante. O hotel fica localizado no Bairro de Providência, que acho de excelente localização! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o café da manhã é excelente. Eu recomendo!!

"Sheraton Four Points - bom lugar pra partir a pé"
Chegamos próximo da meia-noite com reserva feita pelo Hoteis.com apenas um dia antes. A reserva ainda não estava no sistema mas fomos muito bem atendidos de qualquer maneira. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Bien situé, quartier vivant mais sûr, à mi-distance de tout, métro proche. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, le système devrait être changé. Restaurant un peu cher. Personnel agréable.

Excelente localização, pessoal do hotel bem treinado e atencioso. Otimo custo/ beneficio.

o hotel está muito bem localizado, perto do metrô e de algumas lojas e restaurantes. O quarto é limpo e confortável e o café da manhá satisfatório. A equipe do hotel também é muito gentil. O único inconveniente é que, no final de semana, há muito barulho na vizinhança em razão de alguns bares. No geral, a minha experiência com o sheraton foi maravi […] lhosa. Devamı
