"Yes, but ..."
Inexpensive establishment. Everything about it is small: Lobby, breakfast room, pool and rooms. Rooms with two beds have only double beds, no queen-size beds at all, TVs have a switch on the remote to enable dual language. Have stayed here twice and rally like the place, it's clean and the staff are really decent to deal with.

Don't know about all others but for the price this hotel was well worth the stay. Great location. Shopping mall two blocks away. Fast food restaurants near by for that late night munchies. Great breakfast at hotel. Waffles, fruits, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, cereals etc. Yes the room is small where they served breakfast but you can always […] eat in your room, or come down early. Only 15 minutes from Hershey attractions & costs a fraction of some of the places a few minutes closer. Great continental breakfast with a good variety. Courteous staff, CLEAN!!!

I did not see any of the complaints as in the other reviews. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Decor was up to date. Breakfast was fantastic. Bagels, make your own waffles, egg sandwiches, sweet breads, muffins, cereals. All were constantly replenished by a very attentive staff of 3. The only complaint was that the room for breakfast was small. loved […] the 24 hour coffee, tea, hot cocoa area. Really needed that after a day at the park. Pool was a little too cool. Nice amenities, fitness center and pool. Staff was about the nicest you could meet.

The staff was very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was abundant and nicely presented. However, the best part was the very comfortable bed! I never sleep well in a hotel and the Fairfield Inn was the exception to the rule...I had a peaceful sleep.
