The only negative thing I have to say about this Hotel is that the Reception Desk Staff are completely, well, useless. They are not very helpful, getting information from them is a struggle and they are incompetant, they don't even smile. I must say that the rest of the Hotel Staff are fine, very helpful and cheerfull. I would use this Hotel again but […] I would have to bite my tongue whenever I go near the reception desk. I was very pleased to have made the reservation in this hotel. I was on a business trip and found the people in the lobby nice, attentive and helpfull. The room was neat and clean. Being a business trip my meals were not in the hotel; so I really can't comment on the food; but the dining room apperars to be pleasant and very well kept.
