ALL WAS PERFECT. MAIDS FORGOT TO REPLENISH THE COFFEE AND TEA, BUT MGMNT QUICKLY REPLACED BOTH. MOLE CHICKEN WAS EXCELLENT FOR DINNER. KIND OF CREEPY THAT WEATHER WAS PERFECT BUT BEACHES EMPTY. TOURISTS MUST BE SCARED! HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. A/C TOO NOISY MY ONLY COMPLAINT. RM 162

The people at this hotel is not friendly, they dont want to give me a room because i have 2 children and 1 baby, they want i take 2 rooms per night because only 4 people is only allowed in the room, is ridiculous, and you can't do anything because you are in Acapulco and the cancellation policy take 1 night. the food in the hotel was extremely expensive, it was better to go out and buy something else.

We usually stay at the Fairmont Princess and we tried the Pierre Marques during a Mexican Holiday. Both hotels are great, but the Pierre Marques has a much better service. Even though it was fully booked, we didn't have to make lines or wait for the waiters at the pools/beach to check on us. We left Acapulco at night and the front desk staff extended […] our check out time. And we didn't miss the Willow Stream Spa at the Princess because since both hotels are Fairmont resorts, there is a shuttle that comes and goes to the Pierre Marques and Princess, and guests of both hotels can use the facilities of both. Having been to some Fairmount hotels around the world, the experience in Acapulco was dissappointing. The restaurants, pools, general service kind of lived up to my expectations, but the room itself reminded me more of a 2 star hotel in Spain (20 years ago). Disclaimer: my wife and I got a room in what was called "the tower". Other rooms are more central […] and also hopefully more modern. The hallway to the rooms reminded us of a student hall and had nothing to do with a 4 star accomodation in any part of the world. The room itself could also easily pass as a student room accomodation, although the fridge would probably work in a student room (the fridge, it was not a mini bar, was of course empty but it seemed like it hadn't worked for a while. In general, the decoration of the room is very out of fashion (for a 4 star hotel): old style TV, shower curtain etc. Finally, USD 10 per day for the use of the gym and another USD 15 for the use of Internet is kind of annoying, although quite common in Mexico. All in all, this was not the quality we expect from Fairmount, nor a 4 star hotel nor what we perceive as good value for money. Devamı

The hotel used to be considered top notch, however, maintenance is no longer watched and service could be better. For example, the switch on one of the headboard lamps didn't work. I asked the front desk twice if they could fix it. They never did in three days. Also, there were not enough umbrellas at the pool and the hotel wasn't even full. When we […] asked for an umbrella, they just said there weren't anymore and we would have to wait until someone else left. What???? Frustrated, I went in search for my own umbrella and when I found one, I had to lug it to an area in the pool with no one offering to help. To add insult to injury, most of the holes in the ground where you put the umbrella where damaged and it was difficult to find a place to install the umbrella! Basically, this kind of thing shouldn't happen at a 5 star hotel. They've become careless, assuming that the name Fairmont will carry them through and it is not a cheap hotel by any means. A few people were very friendly in the reception area, but the pool manager was apathetic and unhelpful. The service at the restarurants was good, but the food was mediocre, soggy pizza, tough seafood in the ceviche. The condition of the hotel could be better, small things like rust on the pool waterfall structure and paint peeling off some of the buildings should be fixed. We recommend this hotel without reservation. It is relaxed for families or couples. Beaches and pools are excellent. Food is outstanding! Room service is good. I wish our whole vacation was here.

La atención de el personal del hotel es excelente, 100% recomendable.

Considero que deben tener mayor cuidado con la calidad de los alimentos, ya que durante mi estancia contraje una fuerte infección intestinal. También los precios son exagerados, como $ 165 por uso de internet, $125 diarios por estacionamiento de auto, etc.

Está bien el hotel, me parece un exceso que cobren el internet, además con alto costo, y lo mismo con el estacionamiento, pero el hotel está cuidado, limpio, cómodo.

el problema es que la pagina me cobro de mas en el momento de hacer la reservación decía una cantidad y al hacer el cargo a mi cuenta el cargo fue superior a lo que decía en la pagina tengan cuidado por que cobran de mas

siempre me han atendido muy bien, el servicio, la comida y las instalaciones de lo mejor

CREO QEU ES UNA BUENA OPCION, SOLO QUE SERIA MEJOR COMO UN TODO INCLUIDO PORQUE A PESAR DE DARTE 2000 PESOS PARA GASTAR, LOS ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS SON MUY CAROS Y SE TE ACABA TU CREDITO EN 2 COMIDAS PARA 2 PERSONAS Y UN NIÑO. PERO ES MUY COMODO YA QUE NO ES MUY GRANDE Y TODO TE QUEDA A LA MANO.

La estancia y alimentos fueron como siempre de muy buena calidad Lo recomiendo 100%

Los felicito por la atencion de todo el personal, los jardines y alberca impecables, creo que deberian mejorar el aspecto en algunos detalles, en el pasillo principal de entrada pusieron un techo de plastico amarillo el cual se ve horrible y no va de avuerdo con el hotel.

La atención del check in y out excelente, rápido y amables. El servicio a cuartos bueno, las albercas al 100 por ciento en cuidados de los químicos. La playa nos toco inmejorable,las instalaciones del hotel en la misma muy bien, el grupo de amenzadores en la alberca muy adecuado. Todo concuerda menos la oferta de estacionamiento gratis.

excelente hotel muy cómodo con albercas muy grandes hay diversion para chicos y grandes. todo muy limpio. el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Lo unico que no me pareció fue que cobran 10 dolares para usar el gym.

Relato la sucesión de experiencias: 1. Al llegar me dijeron que mi reservación era por la habitación más económica, cuando yo reservé la más cara. Corrigieron de inmediato. 2. Confirmo otras opiniones acerca de los precios en los restaurantes, son "caros" 3. Tardaron 25 minutos para servirme unos camarones a la plancha, nunca pidieron disculpas. 4. […] Encontré potes de queso Philadelphia vencidos hacía tres días en el desayuno. Día 17 de junio, el producto tenía vencimiento 14 de junio. Avisé al mesero y lo escribí como reclamo, nunca me llamaron para darme una explicación. 5. Una noche me llamaron para "invitarme a cenar a la carta en el restaurante Tabachines", SORPRESA!!!, me cobraron la cena...! Hablé con el gerente de turno, pagué la cuenta completa y le pedí hablar con el gerente del hotel no más tarde de lunes o martes, al momento no me llamaron... Lo único que no esta al nivel la comida lo poco que comí no tenia buen sabor.

El hotel es muy cómodo para ir con un bebé, nos dieron una villa y estuvo justo al tamaño que se requiere. El unico pero es la comida que No es muy buena y es bastante Cara. Por lo demás muy recomendable

Es un lindo hotel para vacaciones familiares,es cómodo pero falla un poco la atención sobre todo del gerente que nunca te soluciona nada y aunque vayas muchas veces no te dan como en otros hoteles una cena gratis o algún beneficio,lo demás bien,sólo que está fuera de la costera,se encuentra en el revolcadero y hay gente a la que no le gusta estar fuera […] de Acapulco,vaya en las orillas y por supuesto tienes que ir al centro para disfrutar la costera que es tan hermosa,la playa del hotel como su nombre lo dice "revolcadero" es un poco peligrosa..Tiene 2 albercas.Ah y tienes derecho a ir a pasar el día al Princess que es muy bonito y vale la pena conocerlo aunque sus albercas están congeladas,son de la misma cadena y te llevan en autobus. Realmente estuvimos encantados, es un hotel al que siempre que podemos, solemos ir. Su localización es inmejorable, sus playas, increibles y aunque un poco viejo, la pasamos ,muy bién.

muy mala la cimida del hotel y sumamente cara por lo demas bien.

En la última comida de nuestra estancia pedí costillas de cerdo BBQ. La carne sabía a vieja y se lo hice saber a la persona que nos atendió. Casulamente al pedir la cuenta por esa única vez NO nos presentaron el formatito para la encuesta de calidad que siempre nos habían presentado.

Precioso, muy buen servicio, la habitación tenía una vista preciosa, la alberca estaba climatizada que para nosotros es muy importante que no esté fría.

La atenciòn siempre ha sido buena, tengo mas de 30 años de quedarme ahí y en el Princess, gracias.
