"Holiday Inn Express in Eagle Pass- close to casino"
My sister and I took my 80 yr old mother to Eagle Pass to visit the Casino. Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable, clean and free breakfast was good. Asked for an extra bed, but their ONLY extra bed was already taken. That was disappointing. Also, there were some noisy kids for a while, but they quieted down. Overall, ok stay.

"Comfort stay with minor problems"
Spent Spring Break there. Hotel was running behind in giving out room and family had to wait in lobby. We told lady at front desk that it was fine and we would go for a swim as we wait. The kids and I changed into our swimsuits only to find now water in them. When we asked the lady at the front desk she pointed to a small sign that said pool closed […] for maintenance. Kids were really upset of pool closure especially since there isn't much to do in Eagle Pass but the casino. Having the pool closed during spring break wasn't a smart decision and posting a little tiny sign was not helpful. Also was very upset that they lady at the front desk knew we were changing and said nothing. It was embarrassing waiting in lobby in swim suit. Rooms are nice and very comfort. Was concerned about bathroom. There seemed to be little black bugs by sink and like blood drop stains on the floor from menstrual cycle. Bathroom just needed a little extra cleaning. Breakfast was a njce variety. Nice hotel, but I don't plan on staying again though from the bad experience with staff and bathroom Devamı
"Holiday Inn Eagle Pass"
Great hotel staff...premises is well maintained.
Room was fine with the exception of counters dusty and needed to be wiped down. Bed was very comfortable and overall hotel was a plesant stay. Try to get room away from roadway, Large trucks go by often at night.

the first time we stayed here the room was clean and our area of the hotel was quiet except for the next morning when they were preparing for a childrens party. this last time they gave us a handicap room (which neither of us is handicaped), the bathroom floor was dirty and the wall paper is peeling away from the wall all around the shower. there was […] no hook higher than my waist for the hand held shower and no counter space for makeup, etc. could not find parking near the entrace closest to our room as they were having another childrens party and spaces were taken. good clean great staff & friendly gave us tips where to go have fun & to eat cheaper like brisket at $ 8 a Lbs on 277 north near old police station now a carpet place

I was leaving in the mornings (prior to 6 am) through the back doors which happens to go through the area where they have the morning breakfast. The lady who does the breakfast had placed chairs in front of the doors so you could not go out through that area to the back exit. Not only is this a fire hazard, but they are blocking the only back entrance […] into the facility. I had a lot of gear to haul out to the truck and find this to be VERY inconvenient. Also, on Friday night, they had a sign on the computers saying out of service, yet I saw your check in lady using the computer for her own use later that evening. After she got done with it, she placed out of service on the computers again. Service was POOR...but the facility was good. Also, on Friday night they had rented out the facility room adjacent to my room for a party which was slightly loud. Not a great room location when you have to be in bed by 8 to be up at work at 4 on a Saturday morning. Devamı

"A nice place to stay"
We stayed here one night. It was very nice. We had no complaints at all. The lady who took care of the breakfast buffet was happy and efficient.
