This hotel is nice, my only downside is that the location is in the middle of nowhere. It is near the airport and nothing else. Be prepared to drive to anywhere else.

There is no restaurant on premises, but a vending and microwave are available. Airport's bar and restaurant was open for business. Room quiet and clean. Good cable channels, but all of the HBO channels seem to have been set for Spanish language.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great! The room was very quiet and clean. The location was perfect for our purpose (close to the freeway). The choice of restaurants for dinner were plentiful and not too far.

Stopped here on the way to Redwoods National Park -- easy drive to fine dining (Eureka or Trinidad) and park attractions. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions and promotional materials. Property was clean, and modern in an obviously rustic environment. Excellent breakfast for families.

Very comfortable room. Complimentary breakfasts were pretty good. Swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained. My third stay here, I'll use this hotel every time i'm in this area.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful. The pool was comfortable and fun. Everything was clean, breakfast was great.

Great place just as long as you don't want to use your cell phone. The cheerful staff will explain to you that this is a known problem. It seems that ever since they installed the metal roof a few years back there's been no cell phone service in the building. The front desk helpfully suggests that you sit in your car in the parking lot when you need […] to use your phone -- which is exactly what we had to do. The location was excellent. Just outside of town. Easy access to the major highways. The restaurants were all local and easy to get to. Good quality for the price.

We chose this hotel as a base of operations to tour the Redwood Parks. Based on past experiences with Holiday Inn Express, we felt the 20 minute drive to the park was worth the lost time to traveling. We were not disappointed. We were so happy with the room and the hotel. It was tastefully decorated and well kept. The only let down was the breakfast. The hostess was above average keeping the food well stocked but the sausage, eggs, and sausage gravy was terrible. I took two rooms for two nights. The first night we arrived at about 10:30 PM and they had two rooms as reserved. The room I stayed in was clean and acceptable except I could not control the temperature during a time in early August when the outside temperature was unseasonably warm. On about 6 PM of the second day I complained to the staff that my […] room was much to warm and a maintenance guy did his best but he could not fix the controls. This was obviously a room with no A.C. I thought the hotel staff was superb and I enjoyed the breakfast included but the very poor quality of the facility prevented me from sleeping well. The other room we purchased had A.C. so I think the owners of this Hotel are just cheap with their facility design and maintenance. Devamı

Stay was below average. Holiday Inn charged my credit card an additional 100 dollars without informing me, even though the room was prepaid in full. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn because of this practice. I was there for 8 days and had no bad experiences. Parking was easy and location was perfect.. A half a block from the 101 and 1/4 mile from the airport.

the shower tub was draining very slow. you're standing on 3 to 4 inches of water that should have drain already. the towels doesn't smell fresh and clean. the pillow cases looks like were never replace. one thing good though is the breakfast.

Stayed for a few days with my wife and daughter before moving my daughter into her dorm room at Humboldt State. Location worked really well for us and even though it is close to the airport, it was very quite. Staff was extremely helpful, especially arriving after a 15 hour drive and all I was interested in was a good restaurant and a cold beer. Far away from town. AC in our room didn't work and we asked 3 different staff for help and they all provided different answers, none of which worked.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. It was quiet . It had everything we needed. It was close enough to visiting the beaches and some redwoods. I just wish the bed and chairs were more comfortable.

QUIET,RELAXING ROOM.The staff were friendly and accommodating.Breakfast area ,well stocked with a variety of foods to choose from,and clean.Also like the 4:30 startup of serving early travelers.Overall nice place to stay.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very nice and water pressure great. Very quiet. Asked for a second floor room away from elevator and ice machine and they were very accommodating. Staff knowledgeable about restaurants in area, also. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Christina at the front desk was a delight. The staff was great and very infromative about the surrounding area. The free breakfast was very good and allowed us to sleep a little longer - that really helps on long trips.

Everything was great. The breakfast alone was worth it, but the pool and accomodations were outstanding. Had a fridge twice the size of other hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

I was impressed by the hotel. It was clean, large rooms and sizable bathrooms. The surrounding area was very nice too...I felt safe. Other towns that are close...like Eureka all seem a bit run down...I was glad I chose this hotel. I would stay again.

Great hotel. The room was well kept and comfortable, internet service worked great, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located near the beach in a grassy area by the airport but not much else near it. We liked the quiet and could hear a few birds chirping.

Loved the stay. Location outside of town away from major highway was quiet and enjoyable. Easy access to Redwood National and State Parks. It is a little pricey, but well worth it. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer.

This was a great hotel. The hotel was super clean and everything looked brand new. The free breakfast was great there was lots to choose from. I would definitely stay again
