DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport - Rosemont - Chicago

Chicago havaalanından otelin bedava shuttle'ı ile otele ulaştım. 15 dakika kadar mesafede zaten. Katılacagım toplantı o bölgede olduğu için şehrin merkezinde kalmak istemedim. Odam çok geniş, pırıl pırıldı. Aynı şekilde çok geniş banyosu, banyosunda ayrı ayrı hem duş, hem de küvet vardı. Tek sorun, kahve makinesi bozuktu. Değiştirmelerini istediğimde […] ellerinde başka makine olmadığını söylediler, ama ne zaman istersem bir termos kahve veya çay için sıcak su getireceklerini bildirdiler. Ayrıca otelin giriş katındaki Starbuckstan da kahvemi bedava alabileceğimi söylediler. Oteldeki concierge Sırp, restoranı ve Starbucksı işletenler Faslı bir karı-kocaydı. Bütün personel gayet cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. Ayrıca Business Roomdaki bilgisayarları oda anahtarınızla ücret ödemeden kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bir sonraki seyahatimde aynı oteli keyifle tercih ederim. I booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived we were told that weren't any available. Got a room with two double beds...why reserve in advance if I'm not going to get what I reserved?

Hotel was full of Lunatics , A friday Night where they were still out Partying out in the halls way beyond 3AM . I realize they are close to the convention center , However , wild partying till 6 Am ?? with no control ? Oh well the rest of us working folks had to go to work at 5AM What a bummer

Clean rooms, nice buffet breakfast with made to order omelets! My only complaint is that the double queen beds are more like full size beds. Friendly front desk employees also .

Nothing special. Typical Doubletree. Close to airport

The only thing i didnt like was the charge i had to pay for parking when i stayed there that i was not aware of when i booked the room.

Stayed there twice in two months. Hotel was fine, but price was about 75% more in March, than it was in January. The Hotel restaurant was bad both times. Menu was partially unavailable and food was barely palatable. The bar was OK. Hotel bell captain was very good and cooperative.

I stayed at the doubletree for one night and it was great. I had tickets for a concert at the Rosemont and it was right down the street which was great. My room was very nice, there is no real view of anything so I could not complain about that. When I arrived I were greeted promptly and my room was ready by 2:30pm. I ate at the bistro down stairs […] which had good food. Had a swim in the indoor pool as well has relaxed in the hot tub. All in all was a very nice stay! Devamı

More than I expected for the price!

The room was comfortable and close to the venue. The room was nice but the bathroom was repaired and was done sloppy. Had wal board still exposed adn detered from the rooms beauty but not function. Parking in the garage a nightmare and very costly be prepared for 13 dollars a day for parking. I suggest using valet parking to be less stressful in the […] parking. overall not bad place. Not near airport adn occational you could hear the jets, though not a bother. Devamı

We had a quick stay at the hotel but everything went smoothly. They won my heart with courtesy and a quick check-in, not to mention warm cookies. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport which was convenient. I would stay here again.

I was not there long but everything was 100%. Very classy without being stuffy. Full service hotel without full service pricing.

Although the hotel was clean, the shuttle from the airport was late and there was no WIFI in the room. In the year 2012, it is a bit rediculous to market yourself as a WIFI hotel when you can only get the WIFI free in the lobby (you have to pay $12 for 24 hours in the room).

The only thing that I did not like about this hotel was the additional fee for parking. I didn't realize that I was going to have to pay $20 a day for parking.

Everything was very good, especially the cookies, the free early morning coffee and the free transportation to the airport, too bad the parking was not free, thanks!

Relaxing, quiet, friendly staff, this was a Xmas escape for my girlfriend and I immediately after Xmas. It is in a great location with covered parking that has easy access to the hotel. Nice hotel. Very clean(if maybe a little bland), but the cookie that you get when you check in is amazing, great shower, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Didn't require much in the way of service, but everyone I encountered was very nice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very professional staff at front desk, any questions that I had were answered. They are very guest friendly, even while one Front desk agent had to be back in the morning after she had left that previous night. Downside is that you have to pay 21.00 dollars a day for wi-fi. But it is a quality hotel.

I really liked this hotel. Clean, shuttle disponible every 30 minutes, comfortable bed. My plane was set to depart early in the morning from ORD, so decided to spend the night in Chicago. This hotel was at most 10 min away from the airport. The only cons were 1) their automatic doors are permanently closed so getting inside with my heavy luggage was […] challenging and no one helped me opening the manual doors 2) I had to load my own luggage inside the outbound shuttle 3) the food at the restaurant was flavorless. We were showing our dogs at the Convention Center It was very convenient, right across the street. The beds were comfortable room was large and clean. There are 2 restaurants, Gibsons Steak House was very nice but pricey. The Bistro was nice too and a bit more resonable. The staff was great. There was valet parking but it cost $28.00 per night per vehicle […] wether or not you used your car or not. If you parked in the garage it was a long hike and an hourly rate. Devamı

We stayed here while our daughter had a huge Irish dancing tournament nearby, so lots of families were here, some with extended family and lots of children. The pool was too strong with chlorine one night during our stay. We also paid a good premium to get breakfast-there were no omelets this weekend since it was Thanksgiving weekend. This was our […] 3rd stay and we paid premium prices to get breakfast. We also chose this hotel because of the pool, so these 2 issues kind of made our stay at this hotel not worth the money. When the hotel is booked as full as I am sure it was this weekend, then they should have had a full breakfast, even if it was a holiday weekend. The guests should get their money's worth. Great hotel, was mostly looking for a hotel near the blue line metro and this was perfect. The rosemont area has lots of hotels and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Our bathroom had an oversized shower AND bathtub. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in the Chicago area who doesn't mind the 45 minute public transit […] commute to the city in exchange for a great price. Devamı

Do not let them put you in Room 217, or to be safe, don't let them put you on the 2nd floor anywhere near the pool. We stayed two nights, and Room 217 is directly across from the pool entrance. The door to the pool is spring-loaded, and SLAMS every time its opened. There was some sort of children's group on the nights we stayed, and the kids were in […] and out of that door all day long, into the evening, until after 10 pm on both nights. They finally stopped about 10:15 or so, but started up again the following mornings at about 9:00 am. So, if you plan to turn in early, or sleep late, you can forget it if you are anywhere on the 2nd floor. The staff is friendly and very courteous. No problems there at all. The two restaurants are pricey, but nice if you want to pay those prices. If you're looking for a cheap quick burger, you'll need to get a cab or drive about a mile to get to the cheaper places. You do hear jets taking off from O'Hare until late at night, but this didn't bother us as much as the pool door slamming. If we stayed there again, we'd insist on staying away from the pool, and would probably drive, rather than rely on mass transit or cabs. A nice hotel, but they need to address the pool noise issues. This is a clean and comfortable hotel. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel. The staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The hotel was close to alot of resturants and entertainment venues. Great steakhouse next door! I was staying overnight catching a late flight the next day so the 3pm late checkout option was AWESOME! Love, love, love this hotel!

A nice typical Doubletree, with a Starbuck's and Gibson's Steak House attached. There was no refrigerator in the room for all that leftover Chicago pizza, but room service kindly brought one up to us immediately upon request. I arrived by blue line train at nearby station but they refused to pick me up there. I should have gone to more distant Airport train station and get shuttle from there. Hotel very convenient to Stevens Convention Center across street. Nice pool and hot tub. Free coffee in morning.

this hotel was one of the best we had on our trip to chicago, and we stayed at a number of hotels. The room was very comfortable, clean, and really everything was perfect.

I stayed here for a convention across the street. The Doubletree had very clean rooms, a great shower, comfy beds...my only gripe was the stench in the hallway. It smelled like moldy cheese or rancid milk. I did mention it to the front desk and they called housekeeping (in case it was garbage left in the supply room) but the smell remained. I think […] it must have been milk that spilled into the hall carpet and wasn't properly shampoo'd out. Luckily it didn't smell in our room. I would stay here again. Great breakfast buffett. Attached to Gibson's. I only wish they had wi-fi included ($12 a day and only worked on one device...if I wanted it on my laptop and iphone, it would have been $12 each!) Devamı

This hotel was very clean. Our room air was a little stuffy, but the room was very nice. The parking was confussing because we found out that you have to pay $13 a night and you have to find the pay center inside of the parking deck to pay before you leave. Strange reason to not give this hotel a perfect rating but we stay at Double Tree hotels is for the beds & the cookies. They never had cookies for us & the entrance from garage to the hotel wouldn't allow us to enter with our rooms keys. When you arrive at your hotel at 3 am you need everything to work right. Otherwise best beds ever.
