Courtyard by Marriott SFO - Oyster Point Waterfront - South San Francisco

The staff is great. The location of the hotel is near the main highways if you are renting a car. Not far from airport. The room was clean and comfortable but great for a stay of a day or two.

We booked this hotel last minute with our 2 young children for a quick overnight visit to SF, nice location by the water and far enough away from the airport you couldn't hear any noise. Indoor pool was a definite plus and the full breakfast that was included had a great variety of good food. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Room was large […] and very clean. Two small negative points were that the Nickelodean channel on the TV didn't work and the room could have done with a refrigerator and microwave (there was plenty of room for them) Overall we loved it and we will definitely stay here again. This is a nice, clean hotel with excellent customer service. We booked with breakfast included and enjoyed the buffet. Parking is free with an included shuttle that will take you either to the airport BART station or into San Francisco. The other nearby BART is convenient and has adequate parking if you want to park and ride. The train takes about 20-30 […] min to get into the city. The bed was comfy and the room was moderate sized. Pros: 5 Mins from the airport Clean rooms Courteous staff. Free Parking (Since its away from the city) Free Wifi internet in the room Free breakfast (with our package) Pool/hot tub was nice Downtown is only a 20 min drive. You can be on the 101 in under 5 mins. Cons: Its kinda in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to do around. Isolated surroundings. But […] no safety problems. Hotel didnt provide a tube of toothpaste. This was a good hotel for where it is. It's close to SFO, and was not an unreasonable distance away from AT&T Park (the reason we stayed there). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and knowledgable about the area. Downsides? It's in an office park area so even to go get food you're going to have to drive. I stayed here, on my way to napa valley on my latest road trip. I wanted my wife to see San Francisco be fore we head north. It was about 20 minutes drive to fishermans wharf, it's very close to the SF airport. Room and the hotel was clean .

We loved the surrounding bike/walking trail which was very nice and well maintained. We also liked being within biking distance to the quaint downtown area which had some excellent restaurants. There was also a good selection of snack foods, including beer, for sale in the lobby which was convenient for something quick. Our stay at your hotel was great and we noticed how clean it was. Very well kept up and we loved the view of the water and walk trail outside our window. Overall we would stay their again. Thank You

Close to airport an convienent to downtown SFO. Quiet. Nice walking path around the point. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

very clean and easy to get to

We spent one night on our way back home to NY. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the shuttle service to the airport was perfect. The restaurant was closed but the desk clerk recommended a wonderful Italian restaurnat in downown South S. F., only a few minutes drive, and they took us there and picked us up. Nicest people work here! And the […] price and room were great. Definitely a great alternative to staying in San Francisco proper if visiting, especially if you're flying in and out of town. Devamı

Air conditioner was noisy but was still able to sleep. Hotel was clean and staff freindly. Great walk way along back water from marina very safe. Cab ride from SFO Financial Dist to hotel $25 from hotel to SFO Financial Dist $50 go figure. Actually the cab ride is better than trying to find parking or paying $25 or more to park for a few hours.

I really liked the hotel, it had a gorgeous view of the bay and the mountains....it just didn't have any resturants around no room service on the weekends.....Overall the appearance of the building was nice and clean!

Having stayed in a number of other Courtyard Marriott hotels, I was disappointed in the overall dinginess of this hotel. The hallway carpets needed vacuuming, our room smelled musty, the air conditioning unit spewed luke warm air, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. OK for passing through San Francisco

This Hotel is great if you are going to fly out of San Francisco International. Otherwise it's way too far from the city. We used the complimentary shuttle to take us to the Airport and took the BART into the city. That part was reasonable. But returning to get back from the Airport was a lengthy process and we watched all the other Hotel shuttles come […] about 3 times before ours finally came- this was at 1030 at night! The Hotel itself is nice & has a waterfront walkway nearby. They also allowed us to do an early check-in which helped. Devamı

NICE PLACE TO STAY HOWEVER NOT NEAR RESTRAUNTS AND HOTEL FOOD HOURS WERE NOT AROUND THE CLOCK. I FOUND MYSELF WAITING FOR RESTRAUNTS DINNER HOURS TO OPEN EVERY NIGHT BUT THIS WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT WANTING TO TAKE A 30-45MIN RIDE IN TO TOWN.

I expected a good room and a comfortable bed as I have always found at Courtyard's. As usual this was very good. But... The bar was not open and I was asked to sign a "no party" agreement. There's not much to do in SSF and no bar in the hotel really is unacceptable. Restaurant was closed but I had already read about this so no surprise here. No ibuprofen/aspirin/alleve […] in the shop. Overall nice hotel, unless you were in my room. It was next to an exit door that banged hard continually, from early morning to late at night. Only there one night and I complained at checkout. Desk clerk apoligized and said she'd have maintenance engineer check it out.

We had a great two night stay at this location. Didnt know how it would work out at first with it being so far out of town, but once we arrived we found out they had a shuttle that went straight to the warf. Room... that turned into rooms were both great over looking some of the bay and you couldnt find a better breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. On saturday we used the free shuttle to downtown San Francisco the hotel provided - a good service (and no luxury, because the hotel is quit far from the center).

Plus side: Free shuttle to Pier 39 on Fri/Sat (ends at 1745) Minus: No restaurant or bar facilities in the evenings.

Clean, comfortable, inexpensive and all the amenities you expect of a Courtyard by Marriott. About 6 miles south of S. San Francisco. Free parking available.

The best thing about the hotel was its location to Candlestick Park. It was very easy getting to and getting back from the football game. Our view was great as we had a room with the view of the water behind the hotel. We had to drive about 10 minutes to find food but that was not too bad. The only bad experience was the hotel service. We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Candlestick Park and the 49ers game. We had a nice, clean room with a view of the water (although you look out onto an office park across the water). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds of the hotel were scenic and well kept. The fitness room consists of 2 treadmills, an elliptic trainer, […] an exercise bike, and some weights in an 8 x 10" room, but there is a nice foot trail that winds along the shore towards Candlestick Park, complete with an outdoor exercise station. This hotel is not close to any sort of restaurants or eating establishments, but if you have a car, you are only a couple of minutes away (across the freeway) from South SF. Overall, a nice hotel, worth the price, and definitely convenient and close to 49ers games. Devamı

I asked for a quiet room when I made my reservation and they actually made a point to make that happen. It seems like a no-brainer but it was clear that the desk staff made an effort to accomodate me and because the price was low so were my expectations. Clean, nice rooms, good shower head.

We were slighthly greeted when we checked in. The young lady was not able to assist us in proving us information regarding public transportation. The staff working in the lounge and restaurant were slow and not friendly. The price for the hotel was way too much for this hotel. We were very disappointed.
