Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Federal Way - Federal Way

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. It's located only 20 minutes from SEATAC. Service was great and beds were very comfortable. I felt very safe there.

Great hotel, nicely remodeled and modern look and feel to it. Central to all major locations in Seattle Area. Will stay again

I was very impressed with every staff member of this hotel. They had obviously been highly trained in customer service, even the housekeeping and maintenance staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5-Star experience for a much lower price!

Very nice hotel, great lobby, has a pool. I gave it a 2 for comfort of the room only because the bed was too hard for me. I would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with friends from England. We had two separate rooms so I will review both. Our room was comfortable, quiet (even though close to the elevator and ice machine) and the bed was outstanding. Our friends' room never got cool enough, even though the thermostat was set for 60 degrees and the a/c ran for hours. The location […] was great, as we were visiting Wild Waves the following day. And there are some very good restaurants close by, including Black Angus Steakhouse, which we found very good. On checking in, which we attempted to do at 4:30 PM, we were told that the rooms were not ready yet. This seems to be a common theme lately, at least with the Marriot chain. My husband asked when chekin starts, which was 3 PM. If the room is not ready 1.5 hours after checkin starts, what is going on? Do they clean the rooms "on demand", upon the arrival of guests? We did not wait long, but this trend is rather annoying when you are travelling with young children and are trying to keep them busy. To be honest, it is difficult for everyone. One other near-problem: we asked the night before leaving if we could leave our bags with the front desk so they would not be in our car at Wild Waves. We were assured that it was no problem. The following morning, however, the woman at reception balked at our request to leave our bags, and had to ask the manager if it was OK. Only stayed one night but everything was clean, staff was friendly, location was easy to get to, and the neighborhood was very nice. There was road construction right outside but we didn't hear anything the evening we stayed.

Our family has gone to Federal Way the last four year. We stayed at this one the first year and was very pleased but decided we would try one in the area a little cheaper the second year and payed the price. We got movd to a different location 10 miles out of the way because the A/C was broke down. We tried to book the Courtyard last year but it was […] booked for the weekend we were up there. We stayed at a close by hotel but was not pleased. This year I made sure I booked the Courtyard early and it was nice to be back at the Courtyard. We will stay here year after year when we go to Federal Way (as long as its not booked). Devamı

We were there to visit my son who is stationed at Mc Chord AFB. Nice location, it was between the AFB and seattle. Close to alot of attractions. Would deffinately stay again.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Federal Way for the most part. It is close to a decent Mall and several good restaurants. We were disappointed with the hotel's idea of "Happy Hour". Very pricey! Also the lobby frequently reeked of chlorine from the hot tub area. Good room, nice people.. no breakfast..

i enjoyed my stay very much at the hotel. It's one of the best hotels My Husband and I have stayed in for a long time and we will return for our anniversary in December!

This is a nicely decorated and clean hotel in the lobby area. But when it comes to the rooms, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the decor and finishes do not make you feel like you are staying in a Marriott, the rooms are very standard. The breakfast we pre-paid for online along with our room was not really worth it either. It is not a buffet […] style breakfast and there are plenty of restaurants around where you could get more food for the ten dollars per person you pay. However, if you are in a hurry, the food tasted pretty good. Their lobby coffee is horrible! If you want decent coffee you will need to purchase it at their little restaurant. Devamı

They were able to check me in at 11:30 am (usually 3pm), which made my travel plans perfect. The hotel is at the end of remodeling and it looks great. Checkout was also extended for me till 3pm instead of the standard noon for no extra charge. Conveniently located near the freeway exit - you can't hair any hwy noise Great Stay!

This is a nice hotel. It is very clean and pleasant. The one problem was that weekend breakfast isn't available until 7 am, not good for folks with plans or the day. There were several restaurants in walking distance, and many ind riving distance. It is very convenient to I-5.

Good example of Courtyard quality, meeting all expectations.
