Chicago havaalanından otelin bedava shuttle'ı ile otele ulaştım. 15 dakika kadar mesafede zaten. Katılacagım toplantı o bölgede olduğu için şehrin merkezinde kalmak istemedim. Odam çok geniş, pırıl pırıldı. Aynı şekilde çok geniş banyosu, banyosunda ayrı ayrı hem duş, hem de küvet vardı. Tek sorun, kahve makinesi bozuktu. Değiştirmelerini istediğimde ellerinde başka makine olmadığını söylediler, ama ne zaman istersem bir termos kahve veya çay için sıcak su getireceklerini bildirdiler. Ayrıca otelin giriş katındaki Starbuckstan da kahvemi bedava alabileceğimi söylediler. Oteldeki concierge Sırp, restoranı ve Starbucksı işletenler Faslı bir karı-kocaydı. Bütün personel gayet cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. Ayrıca Business Roomdaki bilgisayarları oda anahtarınızla ücret ödemeden kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bir sonraki seyahatimde aynı oteli keyifle tercih ederim.
Konum:
St. Charles şehrinde yer alan Courtyard by Marriott St Charles Geneva yakınında Charlestowne Alışveriş Merkezi, Dupage Fuar Merkezi ile Arcada Tiyatrosu bulunur. Kane County Fuar Alanı, görülmesi gereken diğer yerler arasındadır.

excellent location for our needs; close to many places for food and shopping; we will stay here again
"Great value"
We would definitely consider this hotel on our next visit. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it had a slight odor.
"super helpful staff"
This hotel was just amazing! We were a hour early and they let us go ahead and check in. They gave us extra towel and recommended restraunts ( which were all vere good places to eat at.) They were very nice and helpful day and night. I look forward to staying here next time I go to the Chicago area.
"Nice but a couple of disappointments"
The hotel was very nice in general, though disappointed to not have any kind of free breakfast. The main problem I had was that the sheets and pillow cases were SO rough and/or starchy. The towels were the same way. I have been staying in very nice executive, as well as similar level hotels and I cannot remember the bed being so unfriendly as far as […] the sheets being stiff. "hotel close to all"
This hotel really is great. The only thing I would change are the beds. My husband said they were fine but I found them a little uncomfortable. Did i sleep? Yes. So who knows. Would I stay here again probably. The price is great.
"Bathroom"
There was a picture in the bathroom that had a dead bug in it. No it wasn't part of the picture. Obviously it crawled in it and died, YUCK...maybe that's why I didn't sleep well and was a little uncomfortable.

"Looks nice, but old phones & bad Bistro food"
Some things are good at this hotel: the lobby is well decorated, clean rooms. However, after check-in I found my TV wouldn't turn on. Tried to call the front desk from my room phone, only to find none of the 'speed dial' keys work. Went down to request service on both, and was assured they would be fixed when I returned from dinner. When I got back, […] the TV was on. Phones still not working. Another trip downstairs. 'Technician' arrived quickly, but must have thought I was too stupid to use a phone, because she kept showing me how the dial tone was there 'so it is working, yes?' Finally overcame the language barrier to explain it was the speed dial keys. She can't fix it, and leaves for a replacement which never comes. Next morning, the Bistro's fruit cup is pretty dreadful, as is my companions' Scrambler. (upon checkout, I find I was charged $4.75 for a $2.50 fruitcup. They reversed it, but... really?) Also, at checkout the young man apologized for the phone and told me their new phone system is incompatible with their old phones (they were 80s era, from the look) so none of the speed dial features work in any room. So much for front desk assistance, wake up call, etc. Certainly not fatal, but geez, how annoying and poorly handled. Devamı

Was here for a business trip. Would stay here again for business or pleasure.

I have stayed at the Courtyard twice, once in Jacksonville, Fl and St.Charles, Il. Each stay was very nice, clean and comfortable. I've decided that I will stay at the Courtyard Hotels from now on, whenever I can! Thank you, Regina Harris Menomonee Falls, WI
