Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful, but our shower curtain was missing and food had been left in the refridgerator. Staff promptly replaced the shower curtain. Elevator and entry floors were dirty. Overall, the hotel was average at best.

Beds were a little small for the price but overall it was okay, would stay there again.

The room was very cramped. It seemed to be the same size as a regular room, but with extra furniture fitted in. One of the bathroom lights was burned out and the tub had stains. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, clean, friendly, great wake-up breakfast, great service. Will stay there again

We initially wanted to stay downtown, but didn't want to deal with the hassle of parking, etc. We decided, instead, to stay a few miles out. Okay idea, I guess. It usually took longer to get where we were going because traffic is horrible at the most inopprtune times. The hotel was nice. Staff not overly friendly, barely even acknowledged our presence […] (just gave funny looks), the elevator was very small and even slower. The room was nice and comfortable. Would stay there again, knowing to allow extra time for travel. Devamı

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Easy to find. 10 minutes from the French Quarter. Rooms clean and comfortable. Disliked only one antiquated elevator. No place close to eat except fast food so had to drive to French Quarter for decent meal.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in. It is very roomy, clean,& u always had enough clean linen, & very curtious & nice people. They even took the time out to take pictures of us which they didnt have to do. Very lovin people. Me & my people enjoyed this hotel, I most definitely will be back next year & very good pricing. As soon as i entered i felt room is stinky. I turned on the exhaust but it didn't go. Room is stinky.

I had a great time during New Years. I am so glad I was able to book a great room at a great price with Comfort Suites. Extemely happy!

This is a very beautiful hotel, and the price is a great bargain! The room was very spacious and actually had a "clean" smell to it! The front desk staff was VERY courteous and helpful. They assisted me with my every need! However, I was unfamiliar with the area around the hotel. But, overall, this is a great hotel!

My family of five were comfortable in our room. Pool was nice size and clean. Hotel is a little out of the way from some attractions, but it was worth the extra travel distance. Hotel is near Pizza and Chinese food, how cool is that?

The room itself was ok. We had clean towels but the soap and shampoo that the people before us used was still in the bathtub. There was a used ice chest, food left over in the fridge, cups, plates, silverware from the people before us. The ice bucket still had melted ice in it. I told the lady at the front desk and she said she would make note of it, […] she did give me a new ice bucket. When I went down the next morning the lady at the front desk immediately called a manager and they offered to change my room. But since I was checking out later that day there was no need to change the room. Looks like to me, I should have either been moved to another room immediately or given some kind of discount, but neither happned. Devamı
