Location is great for the Nike Employee Store and Campus but this place needs serious remodel/overhaul. Very outdated and almost to the fault of it appearing dirty. Beds are very stiff and pillows are flat. Not very comfortable.

Clean rooms just outdated

Great area!! Felt like home. If your a basketball junky this is the spot. Very affordable

We were in town for a family event. We had 4 rooms booked at this hotel. We read the reviews and decided to try it. The beds were really hard in all of our rooms. One room had huge bugs in it. Another room hadn't been cleaned under the bed, so when we had to move it a little, all kinds of nasty things were found. We were there only two nights, and unless […] you stay for 7 nights or longer, you get zero room service. On the positive side: the staff was friendly, it was in a good location, it was fairly quiet and the rooms had kitchenettes with limited dishes. The rooms were pretty clean in general, just don't move the beds. I don't think we'd stay here again. Devamı

Hotel is few minutes walking distance to Freddie, Starbucks, couple of restaurants including an Indian one. The customer service staff was nice and helping but Hotel should focus on people working on rooms. No soap in bathroom or dish cleaning liquid. You have to walk to office to get it and am not talking about replacement. Towels and bed was clean […] although pillows were tight and not at all comfortable. Also, chair was dirty and found sides were filled with dirt, peanuts, coins etc. Coffee maker was provided but no coffee although sugar was available. As in previous stays at this hotel, it was a good value.

The room was in terrible condition, holes in walls, the quality of the room was Motel 6 or worse. Very over priced, Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is a perfect location for a tourist because it is close to everything. Quiet safe location. We walked to the grocery store.

I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. I woke up really itchy throughout the night and in the morning after my shower. After my workday, I tried to just change rooms, but they were booked. When i told them that i was really itchy from the bed, they didn't act surprised at all. I asked the guy at the […] front why he wasn't surprised, he said b/c someone complained about the same thing the day before. I asked if it was the same room, but he didn't answer. The manager was kind and offered to put me in one of their other hotels, but i was done after hearing that someone else had the same issue. Not sure if it was bed bugs (i didn't see them and didn't have bites) or just horrible dust mites, detergent or something like that. Regardless, I would not stay there. They handled it relatively well in terms of customer service (manager gave me his cell phone number) and Hotels.com gave me a refund for that day. Devamı

I enjoyed the fact that this hotel was far enough from the main drags to have basically quiet surroundings, yet it was near enough to the main drags to make my work-commute for the most part hassle-free.

We have stayed in this hotel before and had a much better room. This one was in need of remodeling and the beds were awful! No sleep for two nights..

Close to Fred Meyers and the max station. I love that its set up for long stays, but it is ok to only stay for one night. They did only give us soap, no shampoo. I guess you need to ask for it, which is a little annoying. frist time staying with this hotel chain, but I would stay with Homestead again!

Had a very bad experience. Got bed bug bites. Stay up almost all night fighting with bed bugs. Will never visit it again.

This hotel was very convenient for us to stay at while visiting relatives. We found it to be quiet, clean and very comfortable with well maintained grounds. We stayed for three nights here and chose this hotel for its location. We took a studio room with a queen size bed. While the toilet and bath were in good condition, the bed and flooring were not good. Most of the places on the carpet, we found, were sticky and had a feel that our feet were getting dirtier. The neighboring rooms were so close by that […] we could the hear the snore and TV noise clearly in the middle of the night. In addition to this disturbance, the air conditioner inside would switch on the fan automatically causing a sharp noise, again in the middle of the night. The hotel has this rule of not cleaning the room if the guests' stay is for less than 7 days. How can somebody stay in a place that is not cleaned for so long? On the positive note, we opted for non-smoking room and the room *was* smoke-smell free. The other amenities like fridge, microwave etc were in good shape even though we didn't need them. Shopping malls, eateries, some scenic spots like Rose Garden are nearby. Go for it if money is a major factor and/or the stay is for less than three days. Devamı

This was our first stay at Homestead suites and I must say that we were very satisfied. Check-In was fast, easy and very imformative. The room was very nice and the extras were unexpected. We were only there for one night but I could see that if you needed to stay for an extended period of time this would be exactly where I would stay.

Would never stay there again. The first room they gave me smelled so bad I had to move rooms. The beds were uncomfortable, the heating unit was so loud it woke me up during the night. I would have gladly paid $20-$40 more dollars and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.

This place must have been recently redone. Everything was like new [except TV]. Smelled nice, looked nice and the bed was great. I stayed here while I was looking for an apartment and the location helped a lot.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very close to the pool we use for diving meets. But this time the bathroom was a mess when we arrived. There was hair all over the floor. The couch smelled very musty. The floor in the kitchen had hair on it also. To bad. I liked staying there in the past. Not sure I will stay again.

I did not feel like the rooms were cleaned very well. The floor was dirty between the counter and fridge. Also you could see smear marks on the cupboards. It was like the cupboards were greasy and they didnt use cleaning solution to wipe it off. When I frist walked into the room the smell from cleaning supplies, or spray was so strong that I had to […] leave the window open for the rest of the night. The room was clean. There was no shampoo in the room. We were charged for internet usage.

The room was clean and in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Nice little kitchenett with good coffee.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last month, and will be back tomorrow, making it my home for more than half of January. My first stay was fine, though I found pet food under one of the kitchen counters. Arriving to my room early in the morning after a graveyard shift, my key cards would not work. I called the office and was told I could come […] get new keys. I explained that it was icy out and I had a knee injury and didn't want to walk and she came right over with my new key cards. My 2nd visit was okay, except I found a dirty washcloth over the shower rod, and my internet connection was so weak I was not able to download needed material for school. Upon registration for my 3rd visit, I told the desk clerk about the first two visits, but wasn't upset about it. He gave me some complimentary items such as lotion, razor, etc. and did not charge me that week for my wi-fi. When I got to my room I had enough time to take a nap before going to work. The bed was HORRIBLE! I could feel every wire across my back. I called the front office and told him it wouldn't do. He said they couldn't have a new bed to me until morning, which was fine since I was working graveyards. I tried to just take a nap and was called about 30 minutes later and told they were bringing a new bed directly. They brought in a brand new mattress, still wrapped. They set it up and re-made my bed. By the time they left, I didn't really have much time for my nap, but I was so grateful that I wouldn't have to sleep on that other mattress for 4 days! Even though things may not be perfect, the staff does their best to make things right and I appreciate that. I would recommend this hotel, and if you find something wrong just politely let the staff know about it and I'm sure they will correct the problem so you can enjoy your stay! Devamı

The Homestead in Beaverton Oregon is in an excellent location to where we travel when in the Portland area.

We stay here for our annual holiday trip to Beaverton, because it is convenient, clean, complete and friendly.

I've stayed at the Homestead Suites in Beaverton now 3 times. All 3 experiences were excellent. The rooms were clean, efficient, with microwave, fridge, and cooking utensils. Was nice to be able tom save on meals a bit by having those in the room. TV was adequate, nothing fancy. Very nice amount of closet space. Would like to have free wifi, but had […] my own so wasn't necessary. This last trip, we lost power in a storm,but we got it back after a couple of hours. I had a flashlight and my IPad, so no worries. Really great bargain for what you get. Devamı

I liked the layout overall for the studio, but the cleanliness wasn't acceptable. The sofa had white crusty stains on both sides of both cushions. The floor needed vacuuming badly. The first non-smoking room smelled badly of cigarettes. The second one smelled like greasy hair products but was better then cigarette smoke. The sleep was terrible, the […] mattress of the bed was sooo uncomfortable! The tv was bolted down in front of the pull out sofa sleeper so my son had a hard time falling asleep and my husband and I had a hard time hearing the low sound on the tv. I'd recommend this to someone needing a cheap hotel in the area with a nice size hotel kitchen (dishes and full size fridge included). Devamı

I was given a smoking room when I suggested a non-smoking room. Then when I got moved to another room it was again a smoking room. I went to the front desk and asked for another room but the hotel was at capacity so I was told there was no other choices available. The bathroom was also very unclean and there was a stain on the comforter. Overall the […] hotel experience was horrible and I would never suggest this hotel chain to anyone. I stayed for about 8 hours, arriving after midnight and leaving in the morning early for a meeting. Basically I had a quick nap overnight. 2 years ago they had free internet. This time they did not; the person at the desk did not know the fee. Anyway, I would not buy it for 10 minutes of use. It is a fine place but internet should be free considering […] many other comparable places offer that. There was a coffee maker but no cups. Was looking for an inexpensive clean and safe room after a long drive on a roadtrip. This place offered all I was looking for. If your looking for no frills but clean. His is your place.

We ordered two rooms for one night. They have an attendant who was a black person put us in two different buildings as far as possible. My request to reassign the rooms so we can be next to each other was rejected and said there was no other rooms available. Clean place with the bonus of a compact kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker and breakfast bar for those who are wanting to prepare their own healthy meals. No breakfast provided but plenty of breakfast spots and other eateries just down the block and street. Towels are on the thin side. Glasses and dishes are in the breakfast bar cabinets. BBQ grill […] on the premises. Major grocery and variety store and a major warehouse store down the street in opposite directions. Parking lot spaces are not the widest. Decent place for a very reasonable price (at least over the weekend on Hotels.com). Nobody changed the towels or made up the bed on the Saturday I was there. Beds are very squeaky and therefore not providing sleeping comfort especially when you need to share bed. Licence plate at back of car was stolen the next morning!

The room was clean and fresh smelling, a non smoking room which had no hint of ever being a previous smoking room. The bed indeed is firm, pillows fine. It is quiet and easy access to shopping and Highway 26.
