Has wi fi that's great for my kids

stay was ok untill i complain toilet not flushing and they drop a plunger in my hands and told me to call front desk to collect it when i am done. Good thing I knew how to use it. P.s. carpet a little dirty too

Overall good hotel, just the bathroom was a bit small and you can't fully close curtains to avoid early sun going into your room.

The room was fresh smelling, clean and home away from home. Couldn't ask for a better price too. I have stayed at many hotels in Miami but never in Doral. I was very pleased with how the Baymont compared to the surrounding rip-offs. Great!

I was not happy with the cleaningness of the Hotel. The floors were filthy.The door was spattered with something. The main lobby was very dirty. Even the furniture was full of stains. The bedding was clean. The desk people were very nice & helpful. Some of the workers could not understand english. They really need to do some deep cleaning & upgrading […] of the facility. Aside from the clean and comfortable room and general premises, I was particularly pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, as it related to some matters that I had to get dealt with while staying at the hotel. Although my stay was short, the manner in which my affairs were handled was very much appreciated. When I called to ask the hotel shuttle pickup point, communication was difficult because of language problems--the people I talked to had inadequate English proficiency. After several calls, holds, dropped calls, no answers, etc., I finally got to talk to a hotel night manager who spoke English well and was courteous and helpful. Then I had a long wait […] and after seeing numerous other named shuttles go past several times I thought I had missed my shuttle. Again I called and was told the shuttle had some problem and was given a new pickup time, which came and went. Again I called and was given still another, later, pickup time. I had originally been instructed to catch the shuttle with "Best Western" logos in addition the hotel I had booked. Because it was night and the lighting was poor I began flagging down "Best Western" whenever I saw their logo. This was difficult and dangerous because of the traffic confusion from bad pickup spot design. Shuttles were often several rows deep at times. Of the ones I was able to flag I was informed would be a different shuttle, not theirs. Finally, after several hours of waiting, making more calls, walking into traffic and straining to read shuttle logos in the poor lighting I got the correct shuttle. I am strongly inclined to make reservations for the airport hotel in the airport itself in the future. The savings I realized by selecting an "off campus" hotel was completely offset by the delay and frustration getting my correct shuttle. Devamı

After waiting a half hour for the van to pick us up at the airport, we took the 20 minute drive to the "airport hotel". As we drove past so many other competitors, we began to question how this place could be advertised as a hotel close to the airport. We had to wait a long time to get staff to appear at the desk to check us in - they were in the back […] room doing god knows what. Best news when we checked in - no bed bugs - we checked. There was a coffee machine with no coffee packets. That night we heard quite a bit of noise in the neighborhood as we tried to get to sleep. In the morning, the breakfast was pitiful. Once again, no coffee - they had a thermos carafe for coffee, but it had been drained (we were there at 8am). This was not one of our better selections and we would not ever stay here again. Devamı

The hotel itself was a good hotel for a one night say. What i was extremely disappointed about was the fact that we had to do an early checkout, and when we went to check out the lady at the front desk told us that there was a $50 charge for checking out early. The facilities for the money that you are charged are excellent and can be compared to any other hotel of comparable value or better. It is close enough to many amenities - shopping malls, medical centres, attractions - which is very cost effective, especially when one has to pay transportation costs. All of these are really a stone's throw away. The […] service offered at the hotel was first class. There is a marked improvement over our stay three years ago. The staff was very co-operative and willinging to be of assistance although at times a little unsure about what facilities existed and how to get there. It there is one area that needs to be addressed, it would be that. Overall we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel to any of our friends looking for a nice hotel in a nice area close enough to many different facilities and in addition not posing any problem to access those further afield. I had a positive experience at Baymont. The only thing I would change is their baggage cart. It is really old and hard to use and steer -- needs to be replaced.

The room was dirty - hair in the bathtub, chewed gum stuck on the night table, litter on the floor and when the heater was turned on to warm the room the dirt and debris in the unit smoked until it set off the fire alarm. Complaints to the service desk were disregarded.

The curtains where smaller than the window and I would have to choose which side of the window I wanted to have people allow to see in. The carpets are horribly dirty. The pictures are EXTREMELY deceiving. Horrible customer service. I called the office for a taxi at noon, had to keep going up to the front desk for 2 hours waiting on my taxi. First time, […] the lady said Oh I never called a taxi I didnt know I needed too. (??? I called the office and asked for one but okay!) She calls for a taxi, 2 hours go by of my waiting and complaining before I speak to the manager THEN I get a taxi. Just all around horrible experience. Devamı

I'm brazilian, and this hotel is awesome! Have a Publix Market, Taco Bell, KFC, Domino's Pizza, Wendy's and various Gas Station, few ahead the hotel! Near by Best Buy (1 Km), the Dolphin Mall and Miami International (+/- 2Km) or Sawgrass (+/- 40 Km), this is the best option for Brazilian shoppers! Hotel is 15 minutes away from Miami International Airport and they do offer a shuttle. On-site parking is free. Continental breakfast was extremely limited. Only four tables available - had to bring food back to room. Rooms are old and outdated. Dirty and stained carpets, no flat screen tvs, beds are uncomfortable. Linens are old as well. Pool is adequate […] size - no fridge or microwave in room. One minute away from supermarkets, stores and restaurants - only plus thing about hotel. Has many conveniences around it. The Hotel staff except for the two guys who are the reception are all rude, they act as they are doing you a favor, this hotel needs to learn customer service. The breakfast is very good though and is very consistent. The location is excellent and there is a shuttle to the airport.

Please don't get me wrong, the front desk staff did everything possible to make my stay a good one. But, the first room we walked into smelled as if the carpets were sour from being wet. The appearance of the room was clean, but I could not handle the smell. The second room, in a different floor was better. There was a little of musk like smell, but […] livable (it was 11 pm and I was tired). When we looked closer, the next morning, I would strongly recommend the cleaning staff to take a re-training on bathroom cleanliness. HAIR is NOT acceptable in the white bathroom. NOWHERE. Terrible...smell terrible, and the people were not kind at all

I have stayed at other Baymont Inns with very clean rooms and common areas. I was VERY disappointed in the cleanliness at this one. The carpets are sticky and dirty everywhere. The was a spot of blood on the baseboard of my bathroom, that was never cleaned off. The vents of the airconditioner were cakes with grime. The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. There are several good restaurants nearby within walking distance. The rooms are basic with a king bed, they do need to change the tv in the room and upgrade to a flat screen.

The room was nice but the shower was HORRIBLE. I told the desk and they said they would take care of it, but the next day it was the same. Also one of the front desk staff (Thrusday evening) was rude and told a co-worker who wnated to watch the NBA Playoffs that the TV downstairs was broken and had no volume, which was not true. Carpets are extremely dirty and stained. Dust piles in corners behind bed. I don't think they have ever cleaned the areas. Otherwise fine.

Dolphin Mall is just down the road. Carpets in hallways had some stains, but my room was clean and neat and comfortable enough. When I first got there, the AC in my room wouldn't work, so they moved me to an upgraded room at no charge. Quick and efficient service.

Slow Internet service, dirty rugs and terrible coffee and food for breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, good breakfast and a nice "lounge" area. The room was very comfy although the carpet was pretty dirty, the moment you took your shoes off your socks will get very dirty. It seems like this hotel arbitrarily assigns guest who request one bed in the room a handicap room. Those rooms should be left for the people who need them and not someone who in that condition. The toilet was sealed to the floor and looked like it may leak at any time. The water pressure was very low making taking a shower a chore. The bed sagged in […] the middle and it looked like the bed sheets were not changed. There was coffee in the room, but not cream or sugar. Ice machine located on the second floor and we were on the first. Breakfast was not the greatest and barely enough room to sit. The staff is not very polite. The buffet breakfast is below average for a hotel in this price range (plastic plates, poor selection, etc.) The hotel does not have a luagage storage room.

The room was awful! They call it Baymont Inn and Suites. Well no suites here. I got in the room and there were messages from the last customers. I called the front desk and asked how you get rid of these messages and the young guys at the desk had no idea. I had to figure it out. The room was dirty and everything was old. I am amazed that Wydham associates […] there name with this place. To many more bad things to say about this place. I travel the entire country and this is by far the worst place I have every stayed and here I am in Miami! Please do yourself a favor and find another place! Any place has to be better than here! We were not the only guests who had problems getting transportation to the hotel. Guests with their own cars might fare better but air travelers are at risk of paying for a cab to reach this isolated hotel. No decent food to be had w/in walking distance. Although the place was almost empty they put us by the elevator !

The Baymon Inn Suites is the perfect hotel near Doral area and shoppings

The title says it all. There are plenty of hotels, offering comparable rates. Horrible noise problems (chainsaws running at 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday, anyone?).

The rooms are nicely appointed, however if you are looking for a non-smoking room, good luck. I had to look at 5 different rooms before accepting the one with the least amount of smoke in the room. The staff was helpful in letting me look at different rooms and were apologetic that I had this experience. Polite staff, clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good also. We will stay there the next time in Miami.
