Horrible.

I booked three rooms weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was told my reservations couldn't be honored because the hotel was overbooked. I made reservations for three NON-SMOKING rooms with King beds and pull-out couches. None of these were available. Two of the rooms were SMOKING rooms. The third was a queen bed without pullout couch. I was told I'd […] get a roll-away for this room. I never received it. When I asked about it, I was given another room for free for part of our party to have for the night. I was traveling with high school athletes who were in the Philly area to compete at the Penn Relays. SMOKING rooms were unacceptable, but were the only option available. It was also a very big irritant to not have my reservations honored and to have that stressor added to the trip. Devamı

With no restaurant, no place for breakfast and somewhat out of the way location, I will not stay there again

The hotel was fine and serviceable. My one complaint is the front desk staff. If you are not going to help a customer, don't sit at the front desk and ignore the person. Also, don't bother asking for directions (which you need to navigate the King of Prussia area). I asked for direx to Ruby's Diner. The front desk person printed out Mapquest directions, […] backward from the diner to the hotel. Had they looked at the direx they would have realized they were incomplete and wrong. All they had to do was say the diner was in the KOP mall near whatever store. That would have saved me time and frustration. The address means nothing since it is no where near N Gulph Rd. Devamı

The hotel was very unsatisfactory. There were only 2 bath towels in the room, 1 face cloth, 2 wash cloths, no hangers, 1 used roll of TP. We called down for more and were told that these items would be brought up. They never were. Finally on our 3rd night the Night clerk went and found us some more towels, a roll of TP and hangers. He was the only emplyee […] that helped us. The room was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The dust was everywhere. The carpet was filthy and the tub/shower drain did not work. My travel companion had a rash on her arms and back and is being checked for bed bug bites. It was a most disappointing experience. Devamı

Nice room. Very good location. But no shampoo or coffee refills, did not get maid service, no published info brochures in lobby, no local restaurant or business directory in room.

really enjoy my stay, hotel staff very courteous. was surprise that room had microwave, refrigerator and small dining table. will definitely stay here again next year when I'm in town for the pool tournament

There was hair in the bed and also on the dishes and in the tub. The room smelled like bleach. Other that the area was nice.

When I walked in, the room smelled like some sort of smoke, and when I asked for the wireless internet password, it turned out the guy was just "covering for the night" and couldnt find it. Also the bed wasnt as clean as it should have been. I guess you get what you pay for.

My husband and I stayed at the Homestead Philadelphia - King Of Prussia, on 2/18/12. Check in took 45 minutes because they couldn't locate our reservation and then when we finally got to the room we were exhausted because it was after midnight and the room was disgusting!! There was a red g-string pantie in the open closet (I have a pic) and a red liquid […] (looked like blood) by the toilet paper holder. We were so tired that we went to bed because we knew that complaining to the hotel was useless because we booked via your website and we didn't want to spend another 45 minutes getting a new room. My "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke and dust. There were no paper cups, etc in bathroom. Rugs were poorly vacuumed. Countertop was scarred/burned. Overall unattractive and dirty. This was not much better than sleeping in my car ...

Area expensive so getting a room with a little kitchen near some stores was OK! Good Value!

The hotel has full size fridges, and nice kitchenettes. This hotel is the first place I look at when visiting King of Prussia/Valley Forge area. Although they dont have breakfast, the kitchenette is nice for extended stays. Good value for the money.

IF LOWER ROOM RATE IS YOUR GOAL, VERY ATTRACTIVE RATES. STEVE, FRONT DESK MANAGER MADE IT AN ENJOYABLE STAY.

Everything about this hotel is simply terrible. The service is terrible, the room is disgusting, just terrible. From the second we got there it was cold outside and there was no one at the front desk to greet us, so we had to wait outside until he decided to show up, although we rang the bell several times. When we got to our room it was disgusting. […] The sheets had stains that looked like vomit. Simply terrible. We were still optimistic since we were only staying there for Thanksgiving weekend, but the morning after was the straw that broke the camel's back. Our room was in the first floor located in front of the housekeeping laundry room. Around 8am we started hearing the housekeepers literally yelling at each other on top of their lungs right in front of our room door. My husband opened the door and asked them to please keep it down since we were hoping to sleep at least a little bit longer and the housekeepers had the nerve to literally laugh at him, no apologies, just laughter. We immediately called the front desk and complained. We packed our bags and checked out right away although our reservation was for the entire weekend. As we were checking out, we asked to speak with the manager or the person in charge in order to voice our complaints. The manager was not available. The place is AWFUL! Don't stay there. Devamı

Every thing about our stay was great except that we were very close to the outside side door, which would have been great except that our slide card to access that door from the outside did not work, leaving someone inside to help the others get back in when carrying our luggage in and out. Otherwise it was a very good stay.

Great place. good atmosphere but did lack clean glasses and plates. and suprizingly there were no tissues in the whole room. The front deck man Steve was a great guy and very helpful. The room was very cosey and quaint.

Not a bad stay but if u wanted to take a shower and they tell u the will bring wasc rags

Had dead bugs on bed sheets, sticky carpet, dead bug stuck on wall, front desk service was unresponsive til I went down to lobby to remind about it, uncomfortable bed. It was the worst feeling to sleep one night. Couldnt wait to check out early the next day.

Wifi sucks at this place. Good luck getting any work done while staying here.

The room was clean and the bed was fine, which is kind of the bare minimum you should ask for. But the couch was old and uncomfortable, the television was full of static and no channel came through clearly. Finally, you had to pay for wireless internet and it was extremely slow internet. this hotel is good for an overnight stay, there was NOT one box of tissues in the room, WHEN WE OPENED THE DOOR TO OUR ROOM IT SMELLED LIKE SKUNK. there was mold on the bathroom tiles, and absolutely NO pressure in the shower. like I said its good for an overnighter and thats it.

The facilities are adequate. I enjoyed having a full size refrigerator. However, although we had a NO smoking room, the entire first floor, where we stayed reeked, reeked, reeked of tobacco. I was grateful that there was a window we could open to have air circulate.

I made a mistake of not realizing this was an "extended stay" hotel (yes I know, I should read the actual name of the hotel, but I was booking hotels while multi-tasking). At these places, "Non-smoking room" just means they don't have ash trays. Long term stay hotel, we stayed one night. Just not up to standard for cleanliness, bedding was old, clean but old bathroom had some mildew. OK for a night and relatively cheap, but would not use as first choice.

Although I was in this part of PA on business, I was delighted to be so close to the King of Prussia Mall. I was able to unwind after my work with some "retail therapy." While close to the mall, the hotel was in a very quiet location, and I was able to sleep without traffic noise.

I think this hotel must have been all smoking at one time, because it smells awful - the lobby, the halls, and the rooms. It's not just cigarette smoke, but some combination of foul odors. This was enough for me to check out after one night (booked for 4), but in addition the bed was very uncomfortable and the tv reception was fuzzy on most channels. In […] light of what it would take for this hotel to be habitable, I would suggest that hotels.com remove it from their offerings. I would say that I appreciate the hotel manager not charging me for an extra day, which he could have done per the booking agreement. Devamı

YUCK! Smelled like smoke--even though I had a smoke free room. Furniture was mismatched, night stand looked like a dog eat the corners, sink gurgled most of the evening...not someplace to return to!

The internet service was $5.00 which i didn't expect and i only received a signal in one spot.

Initially I stayed once and had a bad experience. Though I booked a non-smoking room the staff provided me a smoking room. I am allergic to smoking and suffered that night a lot. In recent visit the room allocated to me doesn't have window curtains. So I need to remind them that there are no curtains for the room and ask for a new room. These are studio/apartment style rooms with basic kitchens; while they are intended for extended stays, they are available for one-night reservations. It's a very clean, well-maintained hotel with basic furnishings.

Steve at the front desk is beyond helpful. He recieved me like I was a guest in his home not a hotel. Very thorough and kind. Much appreciated. Justine

I was not impressed with this hotel for the price. The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets did not fit the bed. I had to pull sheets down and looked at mattress; it was awful.
