Well Kept facility,with good shopping and food places nearby. Great location from which to conduct business with easy access to roadways to get around South Florida.

I reserved this hotel for a business trip/vacation in Fort Lauderdale. The room was not clean, the beds were lumpy and hard, and the pillows were thin. The bedspreads were dubious. The bath was in poor condition as well. To top it off, the other guests were a potpouri of sketchy individuals. I checked out after a day-and-a-half.

Staff on hand was the least reliable I have ever dealt with. The front desk clerk would rather argue with me than answer my questions over the phone. Yhen he proceeded to give me completely wrong directions to the hotel (he told me north west when the location is north east). When I asked yo speak to a manager I was refused. I also had problems with […] another guest calling my room at all hours of the night and even knocking on my door trying to seduce my girlfriend, and when I tried to get staff to handle it in some way I was told there was nothing they could do, not even a room change. I had trouble connecting to the wifi and the "tech support" number they gave me didn't work for long. Fixed the problem for a few hours and then I was booted off after the support line closed. I would never reccomend this motel to anyone, even for a single night stay. Not worth it. Devamı

Loud neighbors, dingy room, girlfriend felt unsafe here. I have been here twice now for work and I have to remember not to go back. This is the kind of place people go when they get kicked out of their house. It's not a nice place for a vacation.

This is an extended stay motel with absolutely no amenities offered. The kitchen area was barely clean, the bed comforter had cigarette burns in it, you had to go to the front desk to replace towels, and there is no maid service for the first 7 days. room was ok......the paint was peeling from the ceiling but otherwise the room was fine. personnel needs to be able to provide better directions....know north, south, east and west....know proper names for the streets tc.

All i can say is this will be my hotel from now on.

During my stay on 1/28/12 I noticed that it was missing the complementary tooth paste, coffee cups, and found a little Kleenex tissue left by a previous customer.

Arrived at 8 pm and I checked in with ease. However, when arrived to room. 1. Found Bed headboard disassembled and stored against the wall, with screws and supporting brackets were hanging out of the wall. 2. Found one of the kitchen draws broken and just left on top of the countertop, with visible staples protruding out.3. Son sat on the bed, which […] it was unleveled and almost flipped over on him. I have stayed here a couple times and like the place. This is in a nice neigborhood with friendly staff. The one problem is that the tv's are small in the room and don't even have plugs in the back if you wanted to plug in a game system.

We say there once month to visit family in the acre location great have had very nice stays and one really bad one some of the employee's at the front desk need more training but for the money it a good place to say

We decided to stay here to save a few dollars. That was a BIG mistake!!! The room was dirty. We wore shoes and/or sock when we walked around the room because the carpet made our feet black from dirt. I would have rather spent more on a nicer hotel. The bedspread on one of the beds had a hole the size of a fist. The only good thing that came from that […] was the free WiFi that was compensation for the bed spread. The bedspread was never replaced and we were there for 2 nights. The hotel is a very good value. My only complaint is the sinks drain very slow. (Common in at least 3 of the rooms there). Staff is overburdened with servicing guests at times, so be patient.

This place was not what we expected at all. We selected it because of it's proximity to other places of interest, but it wasn't worth it. First, our plane arrived late in the evening and the front desk was closed when we arrived, and we had to wait for 30 minutes for the night clerk to show up. Second, they messed up our reservation and didn't have […] the rooms we booked. And primarily, the condition of the rooms were horrible. We were told there would be a fine if we smoked in the rooms (we are non-smokers), but the rooms reeked of smoke. Devamı

The room had a full kitchenette and was clean, but had that musty smell from previous smoker's stay. Certainly, however, the room and facilities are above par for the price.

The hotel is basic but affordable. The rooms are a bit loud but are clean and have the basics. The one time charge of $4.99 for the internet was a bonus since most hotels charge more.

COMFORTER OR BED COVER HAD BURN HOLE IN IT, SHOWER WAS NOT AS CLEAN HAS IT SHOULD BE.

Nice neighborhood, great price! The room could use some updating however. I have stayed here a couple of times and like it. I would recommend this because location and price.

When we got to the hotel our room was clean and it looked like a decent place to stay. Overall it was okay, but the thin walls made for some restless sleep, and the bed was not that great either. The thing that really bothered me about the hotel was the manager. We requested a newer model TV and the manager said he would bring one the next day. He failed […] to do so, and then when I found him again, 2 days later, he promised to fix the problem that day. He left soon after, and completely ignored our request. Having a nicer TV was not the issue, what bothered me was that the manager straight up lied to us, twice! AND JUST SO YOU ALL KNOW, THE LA QUINTA INN IN PLANTATION IS 5 MINUTES AWAY AND WAY NICER! IT HAS HUGE ROOMS, KING SIZED BEDS, A HOT TUB AND POOL, FREE AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST, AND 40 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV'S. ALL FOR JUST A LITTLE MORE MONEY THAN THE MEDIOCRE HOMESTEAD INN. Happy hunting... I needed a place to stay for the night that was inexpensive but not awful, and this hotel fit the bill. Plenty of hot water, cable tv, and a semi-responsive front desk (never picked up until about the 10th ring). My only complaint was the comfort of the bed: I might as well have been sleeping in a sleeping bag on the floor! The bed was rock hard and […] the pillows were flat, so I would recommend picking up a few extra pillows at the front desk. Also they charge a fee for wi-fi that was a flat rate for the entire stay, so if you are staying for a few days it might be worth it, but I didn't pay it for my less-than-12-hour stay. It was a bit aggrevating since most places have wi-fi for free now-a-days. The room overall felt slightly more on the unclean side as opposed to the clean side, but for such a cheap rate you get what you pay for. Also, it's not close to the beach or any major south Florida tourist attractions, but it is right off 595 which is a convenience for getting to those major south Florida tourist attractions. Devamı

Its like there's a bunch of loud, degenerate individuals living here. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Hotel inside had older furniture; however, it was great for the price and no other complaints.

i will not use this hotel again i had reservation i had to wait for a room at three when checking in. hotel not clean after my first night i ask for room service was told they only give room service if staying seven nights and on the fourth i would get room service.which was not disclose to me at check in

The hotel is very nice and clean, the kitchen is good, but only problem is the connection of the WIFI, it is just way too weak even for normal e-mail check.

Due to our business we had stayed for 6 nights and then came back a few nights later for another 3 nights. We had made the reservations for all the nights at the same time otherwise we would have found another place to stay at. The price is right, however there are other places that would be the same price that would offer more. We pretty much paid […] for sleeping in their bed. The bathroom had hair both on the floor and in the shower, disgusting. We had ants in both the bathroom and around the stove area. Parking was a problem, we came in after midnight and their were big semi's and vehicles with trailers had a problem finding a place to park. The outside of the hotel appears is quite nice. The room is another story. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the bathtub looks like it had never been scoured out. We were there for 7 days and not once did anyone come in and clean our room. One morning a bug was crawling up my pillow and killed two other bugs int he bathroom. Walls were paper thin […] and two mornings in a row we're woken up to people talking in the next room. You are given nothing extra, spend a little more and get something more for your money. Stayed a few days later (3 days) at the same hotel and requested another room. The room was quieter, lights didn't work, ants in kitchen area and bathroom. My car got dented in their parking lot and they didnt care. The beds had metals sticking out and my friend hurt her foot, the phone was dead.

Front Desk check-in was quick and pleasant experience. The clerk advised us of nearby restaurants only a minute or so drive. The room was geared toward short-term stays as it was equipped with full kitchen and even a toaster. Very clean, and nice set up but a box of facial tissues would have been appreciated somewhere in the room or bathroom. This is […] a very safe hotel and area--I know this fact as we just sold a house nearby and were on our way north after one night's stay. Homestead Villages are always a good place to stay and very convenient pricing. Could use a hair dryer in the rooms would be my only suggestion.

What a nice hotel at a really great price. Suites have kitchenette and fridge if you want to eat in. Various eateries around the corner. Clean room and a friendly staff.
