Homestead Dallas-arlington - Arlington

Hotel was in a good location, close to the Ballpark in Arlington. However we reserved a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. Price was good

This hotel looked a lot better than I had expected! The room was extremely clean and was happy I did not see any critters around! I was in Arlington for Six Flags and the hotel was literally up the freeway! I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you very much!!

Service was exceptional, any and everything I needed was was on site,the front desk met my expectation especially kelly, always service with a smile.I recommend the hotel.

The hotel was in a nice quiet area, very well maintained and clean. The staff was very courteous to us during our stay.

I stay 100 nights a year in hotels. This was as good as any and price was great. Room had just been redone. Front desk girl was top notch. Great location. I will be back.

Just one exit from Six Flags. Rooms have flat screen TVs & seems like it's newly updated. little issues with ants showing up from time to time (may just need extermination).

The service was terrible because the front desk didnt speak english. Also, the rooms were dirty with roaches! The place was horrible and I would never stay there again

For the price I paid, I am definitely more than satisfied but there are a few cons they can touch up on and I will list both the good & bad. I came here for a family getaway. 1. Room was clean and spacious! They even provided the extra pillow I asked for! The fridge was a little noisy and a part of the bottom was broken but I only used it to keep my […] late night drinks cold so it was good enough! Then again considering the price, I paid, definitely worth it! 2. Security walked around at night so I felt safe going for a cigarette outside even at 2am! 3. Laundry services were available BUT you can't buy soap anywhere - had to drive out to the store to get my own soap! Washer and dryer looks old and worn out unlike the rest of the hotel. 4. The pictures used on the website (hotel.com and homestead) must not be of this exact homestead because room and check in area inside decor/design are definitely different. 5. Plenty of parking! 6. Location is perfect! By the expressway, between dallas and ft worth and lots of food places nearby! 7. Wifi was available but for an extra change. It's ok I used my phone's wifi hotspot anyway. 8. Says free local calls but the phone wasn't even plugged in. Nor was there a cord to plug it in to get a dial tone??? It's ok, i use my cellphone anyway but I had to call the main desk, and I couldn't from the room line. 9. Bright sunny room!! I love waking up to a sunny room but the blackout curtains were so awesome, you can't even see a speck of sunlight in the room when closed! I <3 this! 10. Quiet, private gated area made me feel safer. 11. Bed and pillows were comfy! =) 12. Double lock in the room did not work =( 13. Yey for Satellite flat screen tv for late night tv =) 14. I only talked to the staff during check in and check out so I dont know if this will count, but they seemed friendly! 15. Only soap was provided - shampoo or conditioner wasn't. Was concerned about this hotel because of the cheap price, but was very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the room.

This hotel would have been great but the staff on the night shift did not even speak English! She continued to show me papers that were not mines. I had a phone in the room but no phone cord. I called to ask her about it and for small towels but she kept saying she didn't understand.

After reading the reviews posted, I was a little leary about this hotel, but I figured for the price it was worth a shot! I was VERY SATISFIED with my experience. My room was very clean, and comfortable. The room was updated and in very good condition. I will stay at Homestead every time I go to Arlington from this point on!

I got a room here twice. The first night was cool. They put me in a room that was close to the office and it was nice, no problems. The next time, I was put in a room that was not even clean. They switched me to another room and the key didn't work!! I had to wait 15 mins to get another key because it was after 11p and the office was closed. The new […] key still didn't work. They had to let me in and out the room since they still couldn't get the key to work. Nothing worked in my room, not the alarm clock, the phone, nothing... Then I went in the bathroom an hour later and there was the biggest cockroach that I've ever seen. My boyfriend and I jetted out of there quick, fast, and in a hurry!! Devamı

Front desk attendant had a attitude. Other than that for the price it was all good.

I'm very easy to please. The room was clean, bed was comfy, great location and great price! Only needed the room to sleep. Only issue, the office close at 11pm, anything needed after that you have to use a phone outside and wait for sumone to answer to get what you need. Not fun when its 20 degrees. I paid in advance for my resversation, they cancelled my roon, gave me a roon that the key would not accesss the door. phone in the room didnt work. I wuld not recomend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Came down to visit family and really enjoyed my stay; my room was clean, cozy, and the staff was nice.

The smoke detector was so sensitive that the steam from the shower set it off. This one issue caused me to check out earlier than scheduled. Disappointed : (

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME OUT OF NEW MEXICO (IM 44 YRS OLD) AND I LOVED IT

was a fantastic place, good location, and good price. I will definitely book it again. It was perfect.

For a very low price per night you get what you pay for. Staff were defensive when I pointed out problems. Note: If you book on this website, they will not give you a receipt.

The air conditioner didn't work well The toilet didn't flush well

Hotel was very dirty. Found roaches, toilet didnt work.

It was a late decision to go to Dallas this past weekend. We found a room available. Since it was OU/UT, Taylor Swift Concert, and Texas Ranger playoff game all in the same day, we took the room immediately. The pics looked nice, and the price per night looked good too. The staff was nice and the outside property was nice too. the room was small, but […] not to bad. When we went into the restroom, they did not have soap or shampoo. I asked if we were going to get any. The lady at the front desk said they did not provide shampoo. They did have bar soap, but we had to go up to the front and get it. Later that evening when we got back from being out, I tried to log onto the internet. they did say they had free wifi. I called to the office to ask for the password, and the person that answered pretended not to speak english. I don't know if it was supposed to be a joke or not, but i just hung up and used my cell to get the info i needed. Devamı

Sharon, the desk clerk on shift was very helpful and very professional.

The door did not lock, maintance tried to fix it. Claimed it was fixed... we were leaving for Dinner... the door did not Lock you could push it right open. We packed up our items, and called for another room. We were moved to a 2nd room (on the 1st floor) it was incredibly dirty with toothpaste d hairs in the sink... ick ! Every thing was broken,,,had to change rooms twice

If you are looking for a cheap hotel this is a great option if you dont mind it smelling like smoke and not having toilet paper when you get there and not getting daily turn down services. Also the shower drain didnt work and the shower tub was dirty. Its great if you just need a cheap place close to Cowboys Stadium

We had a nice time but I was told free internet there was none mty bath tub dent drain and the bed was really hard and the room wouldn't get cold but the Ron was nice clean and in a great spot

My room was overpriced for what it was. Walk in and there i'closets a metal bar sticking out of the floor in front of the "closet". Good luck not stepping on this or stubbing your toe. A hinge stop would have been better. Light switch did not turn on any light. TV had half the channels and room did not have a remote. Front desk gave me a remote and […] let me know how to program it for them. Bathroom did not have a door. Light in the bathroom flickered badly. If you are prone to seizures, good luck. Close to ecerything. Quiet surroundings and clean. No complaints

very nice staff, clean and comfortable

The hotel was in a great location gor my needs. The only problem was that they only had me in the system for 1 day instead of my 2 that was reserved. The beds are firm but having a bad back was a good thing. As for noise there is none.
