Homestead San Diego - Sorrento Mesa - San Diego

I had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. People in the front desk were helpful.

This is really a motel six on steroids. It is not rooms inside a hotel, these are all exterior rooms. The kitchen area is fine, bathroom was tiny - no travel size shampoo or conditioners were offered, the bed was not acceptable, the electrically outlet next to the bed was not working. Closet didn't have a door but a curtain, no extra blankets. Old school […] heating/cooling very loud when on could drown out the crying baby as the walls were paper thin. Front desk staff took calls while she checked me in and kept me waiting and waiting and waiting while she helped person on phone. First room she gave me smelled like cigarettes and had dirty towels on the floor and on the shower rod. Work area is a tiny little counter space - not a desk so don't plan on spreading out a lot of paperwork. They do now offer free wifi and the parking is free but those two factors don't trump how uncomfortable this visit was - I couldn't wait for morning! Devamı

It is a confortable hotel with a good kitchen, a little studio well organised with internet and a complet kitchen. The bed is confortable. You have to know that there is only one service room per week, 7 days or more included on this price. Good conditions and good service.

I've stayed here. My mother stayed here. Rooms are OK - Bed is OK - Bath is OK - Kitchen is OK - Wireless is slow. For the price you can't beat it. If you're on a budget, need to stay near Sorrento or Mira Mesa this is the best possible choice.

I reserved the room for the coach of my athletic team. I reserved one room with one queen bed, but they didn't have any left so she took a room with two queen beds. She said one of the beds had a handprint of dirt on it. She also said she had no toilet paper and that the front desk was impossible to get in touch with. Dirty floor, fold out couch had what appeared to be blood stains on it. No coffee maker although there were limited coffee supplies in room.

We wanted to visit our son at UCSD and this was a reasonably priced hotel near by. Decent Hotel. Bath Room Shower was not working - when complained at Lobby - they mentioned that they are renovating soon. Hope they renovate soon. Overall nice Hotel for the price we paid

The only problem with this hotel was the fact that I had requested a stall shower for my mother, who can't lift her leg over a tub. I was assured of this. I called to verify this the day before the reservation to the actual hotel in San Diego, and again, I was told the room had the needed shower. Well, it didn't!! We were offered another room when the […] heater set off the smoke alarm. This room was supposed to have a recliner, which it didn't. The 3rd and final room was fine, though my mom never got the type of shower she really needed. Perhaps their computer information needs to be updated, or else their staff can't read. "Non-smoking" room, with signs all over to that effect had overwhelmingly smoky air.

We just need a place to crash for the night that was afforadable (Other hotels were charging double the price) The hotel is a little old and outdated, but CLEAN. My GF was surprised ( in a good way), and being the princess she is, she didn't complain. Staff was very nice and professional. This place was HORRIBLE. I only booked it because it was cheap and I was staying in San Diego for less than 24 hours. The place smelled horrible. It was not clean. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Would never go back even if they offered for free. I would also discourage any one I know from staying there.

If you need to stay in the N San Diego area, especially in Mira Mesa... this is an excellent choice. This is probably the best value in the immediate area. There's no breakfast included so factor that in there, but still a very good deal and a nice basic stay... especially nice for longer term stays.

My room smelled horrible, the bathtub was broken, and kitchen dishes not very clean. I definitely won't be returning.

This place is in dire need of major interior rennovations. Closet was missing its sliding door. Towel rack was rusty. Holes in carpet. No shampoo provided for guests. Yes, having a kitchen was nice, but it is otherwise a bare bones studio with no other furniture besides the beds. No desk, no lounge chair. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Highway was so close it kept be awake and then woke me up in the morning again. Parking was also limited. I wouldn't stay there again.

I made these arrangements for my mother to come see her grandson graduate high-school. She has a medium sized, very well behaved dog that she did not want to 'board'. She's also 73 and smokes. She needs a room on the ground-floor with easy access outside. THIS IS THE PLACE! No, it's NOT the Ritz (?), it AIN'T fancy, but it's convenient, affordable, […] and allows liberties you can't get other places. Inexpensive. service was great (they discounted my mom's pet-fee!), and it's close to everything for even an extended-stay. Devamı

Smells like a smoker’s room but it says it was not. Pillows were uncomfortable bring your own. Staff was good but it took forever to check out, no one was at the desk in the lobby. Overall experience I would stay else where there rooms do not stink as the one we had.

I chose this place because it was relatively affordable and I knew it wasn't in a crummy area. The room was just mediocre. The bed was hard. The bathroom was slightly worn down. The TV was ancient. The alarm went off at 5 in the morning & I couldn't figure out how the turn it off for 5 minutes. Finally I just unplugged it. My experience was horrible!!!! The room heater did not work, it was cold in the early morning hrs and could not sleep. Shower was not working. When I complained about this at the front desk, they told me that their handy man does not come during week-ends and so they could not do anything about it.

We were very happy with our stay here. A full kitchen to save money on eating out and we were able to have our dogs with us. I looked up a dog park for them to play at and there was one just a couple of miles away that was very clean and the people we met were very friendly.

We were very happy with our stay here. My husband was taking a two day class just around the corner about a mile away. This was very convenient and we were able to have our dogs with us plus save money since these rooms have full kitchens it was just like being at home.

This place was relatively cheap and in a good location surrounded by large corporations. But, this place was dated. I had a missing remote for the TV and one would think that is one of the things the maid would check and clean. The vent was loose and hanging from the bathroom. Bed was not great. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. The room and internet access were very reasonably priced. The room was clean. I would stay at Homestead again.

Nice and quiet. Room was clean, and furnished with all that I needed. Staff was helpful when I asked for help to look for an internet cafe place nearby.

I was very disappointed with the room the night I stayed here. The room had a bad smell that hit me as I opened the door. i was tired that night and just slept with the window open, not wanting to go through he trouble of asking for another room. As I looked closer the next morning, there was dirt smudges on the walls and the floor was dirty. The soap […] in the bathroom had water stains and stuck to the soap as I tried to open the wrapper - not very classy. Hopefully they can improve these serious housekeeping issues. I really liked your set-up! But I wish you had more larger comfortable pillows and comfortable towels to bath. I liked it very much and will return again.

We asked for a late checkout but was it was miscommunicated to morning shift. checkout was at 11:00 am and we asked for 1:00 pm. We had arrived very late 10:45pm to attend morning funeral services. We wanted to change after services (11:30am) to drive back to sacramento. We laid out our clothes and when we got back room had been cleaned and our stuff […] gone. It took over 30 minutes to retrieve stuff back because they were out to lunch. If we stay there again, we will definitely make sure there is some communication with staff. Susie Devamı

Ligger langt utenfor byen. Store, rene rom til en billig penge, men ligger langt fra byen og også et stykke fra hovedveien.
