I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was really nice! The bed could have been a little softer and the pillows could have been bigger, but for the price it was great! Will definitely stay again.

clustered around several other similar types of hotels. convenient to the irving convention center & las colinas. numerous fast food restaurants and other businesses nearby. good tv and internet service. room itself a bit crowded.

The hotel is located in a wonderful part of Irving, Tx. It has beautiful trees all around the property and it is very easy to go for a walk around the block. The bed was a little uncomfortable and extremely firm.

The hotel was completely disgusting and just filthy. The rooms had visible mildew around the tub surfaces. There were dead bugs on the floors and dirt caked on the ceiling in the bath room. We left for a hotel that was cleaner to take a shower. I woud not recommend this hotel to a anyone!

We checked in on Saturday and stayed through Tuesday. We were NEVER told, at check-in, that there wasn't going to be maid service during our stay. We would not have stayed there. We were stunned to learn on Sunday, that we had to haul our own dirty towels to the office for clean towels. Maid service wasn't until Wednesday. The bed was so hard, that […] a heating pad was purchased in order to get out of bed in the mornings. The air conditioner blew right on us and no way to adjust the vent, so the chair was moved in front of the unit to block the air. They don't clean the room everyday, but that's fine as I was only there 2 nights. Staff is very friendly. It's next door to a Walgreens and a few restaurants. I had a good experience overall. There's a mini-kitchen in the room which is usually a good thing (but the fridge is a bit loud so for light sleepers bring your earplugs). I felt safe and wel […] come. Devamı

Reserved room with two double beds for 4 adults, was " up graded" to one with one King and sleeper sofa which was not very comfortable

The hotel staff was curt with me and indicated that they didn't know WHY Expedia kept booking people in the hotel when they had NO VACANCY...then they said they could put me in an upgraded room - when they saw it was already an upgraded room they seemed dissappointed. They were very unfriendly. I got the room key and they told me the wrong place to […] find the room. Once I found it, I walked in to a dingy, filthy-stained smelly carpeted room with stains all over the sofa, chipped and worn furniture, a VERY uncomfortable bed and smelly linens. The noise in the rooms above and beside mine were LOUD with people just talking normally and having sex while banging the walls and drowning them out with my ancient 25-yr old TV wasn't even working. Its in a great neighborhood, comfy, good price, close to restaurants. Rooms are standard - not 5 star but very practical for a business traveler.

The rooms were in poor condition. The carpet looked as if it had never been cleaned. The toilet didn't flush well and the bathtub drained so slowly I thought it would back up. Even though I had a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. On my return trip to Irving, I stayed elsewhere.

I reached the hotel front desk at 245 PM and desperately wanted to checkin as i had to use the restroom . Unfortunatey the front desk employee refused and asked me to wait for 15 mins. Never experienced this behavior in other hotels . I have checked in 2 hours before 3 PM in many of the other hotels Also the front desk is not available in the night. […] So you cannot check out during the night . Devamı

Hotel is clean. Walgreen's is close for incidental shopping, within walking distance. Good for long term stays.

Hotel was in a very nice area. Close to my meeting area. But the room was not clean, wasn't stocked, and the pillows was flat. Pulled.back the covers and the.sheets were full of crumbs. Very disappointed...Don't recommend this hotel at all...

will not stay at this hotel again. had to request light bulbs, towels, plumbing was bad. room was not clean. night staff was very poor in assisting or responding. this hotel is not for a family to stay. would not recommend to anyone to stay here. worst experience for my family reunion. there are no meeting rooms.

The beds are HARD, the room smelled like cats, I found a bag of cat food in the kitchen drawer, the parking is horable - enough said!

Everything was good, except that the drain in the tub was very slow. Also, it took awhile for the hot water to get "hot", probably because I was on the second floor. All else was good. it was really nice and handy to have a kitchen & microwave!

If you needed a place for sleep, hot shower, and a relatively safe and clean place for running in the morning, I recommend it. Granted that there are many hotels surround it, but it has the lowest rate.

Room was OK but small. Accidentally left some clothes during checkout. Called about 3 hrs after checking out and requested hotel to get clothes out of my room and hold for me to pick up two days later when I would be back.
