I loved my stay at this hotel,the price was low,the room had everything you can need right there,take a look at all you have in the room,than you have Movie theaters,food,gas ect.all in walking distant.

This hotel need to be refurbished. Very outdated . Charge for internet. The door was old and security latch was pretty well worn. The door opens to outside balcony . Noisy.

I booked the hotel for two days but had to cut it short to just a day. Requested for a refund and got it after two business days. The rooms (both 1st and 2nd) were very dirty and the front desk person was not courteous enough. I was really disappointed. I have stayed here before. I have been disappointed in the past. Improvements have been made, and the rate was great.

Quick check in process. Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The first room I was given had a lot of mold on the ceiling and the shower hadn't been cleaned. The second room was better except for the stove. I will not be return. Totally unsatisfied.

It was barely OK. I won't stay there again.

this bath tub had standing water, so as you were washing up the water stayed in the tub. I called the front desk they never sent anyone, the pillows were horrible ask for more they never sent anything or anyone. I could not cancel our reservation or we would've lost out on our money,.but I would never stay here again.

the hotel was fine , but they need to update the rooms, i couldn't even watch my dvd player on their out dated television

My reservation was not updated in the reception office and the maintenance personal help me with accommodations, and one of the rooms was occupied...very unpleasant moment. Excluding the lack of administration... decent hotel with very helpful and resourcefulness maintenance personal.

We had to find a local hotel due to the hurricane. When we arrived, the front desk personnel was very pleasant. I checked into the room which had not been updated since it was constucted. The tub was rusted to the point we were afraid to bathe in it. I found dirty underwear in the only trash can in the room. It was the worst. A good motel if staying for more than a week. If you are looking for a hotel with decent service this is not the place to go. Beware of where you park your vehicle because it will be damaged like mine was.

Room was 95deg when I arrived, two lights were broken, and the sink and bathtub were clogged. The front desk was uncaring about the whole thing. After staying two days, nothing was fixed in my room, but it did get down to 82deg.

I arrived at the hotel around 9pm. I arrived with my friend and our children from a long car ride. The office door was locked. There was a courtesy phone next to the door that said to use if door was locked, no one answered. There was a sign on the wall next to the door that was supposed to "connect me with hotel office," no one answered. And there […] was a sign on the door with a number to call, no one answered. I called all three of these phones 2 times each - six phone calls. Finally around 9:20, someone came to the door and very poorly apologized to me for the wait. The hotel attendant said she need to help a guest with their t.v. I was very frustrated that I had to wait 20 minutes, made six phone calls with no answers and there was only one person attending this hotel, which was rather large in size for one attendant. The room itself could have been more clean. It smelled terribly of curry. I actually like curry, but this was not a pleasant curry smell, especially when my things stilled smelled of it the following day. nice little get away and conveient for cooking

Hotel was cheaper than surrounding hotels, but not by much. It was surprisingly maintained poorly. Dirty carpets and floors, air conditioning units broken, rust in tub, dirty tiles, stove missing a nob in one of the rooms we stayed, and much more.... There was roaches in the first rooms and both rooms we had there was a shortage of towels and wash clothes. […] Getting anything from the housekeepers was darn near impossible. The hotel though is conveniently located. Behind it is a very nice movie theatre and across from it are restaurants. It is about 10-15mins from baltimore inne harbor. Devamı

I WOULD LIKE TO FLAT SCREENS OR BIGGER TVS IN ROOMS, OTHER THEN THAT THE PRICE WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS GREAT, THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT TOO

Spacious for $. Kitchen was a fantastic assett.

The rooms were horrible and not liveable- I had to cancel reservation once checking in to rooms and stayed at a nearby hotel Comfort Suites for the night. I was very displeased with the presentation of rooms and cleanliness of the bathroom/tub. I will never will not reccommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks

We were given a first floor room, and although it seemed OK at first, we soon realized that the floor above us was so thin we could hear every movement from the apartment above, even with the air conditioning on full blast.. The person above us was pounding around from 10:00pm(when we tried to go to bed) until 2:00 am.(Apparently there are numerous […] tradeworkers who temporarily reside at these kind of places, and it sounded like he was moving furniture).Around midnight I called the front desk and got someone and was told they were sold out(I was willing to change rooms) and they would check the situation out. Friendly attentive staff. Excellent location near airport and highway. 20 minutes from downtown or outlying areas.

The room wasnt very clean, to include the bed and bathroom. The mirror was broken, no remote for the tv, vanity in the bathroom was peeling apart, the shower didnt work correctly.

This hotel is conveniently located in the hotel section of BWI airport. Everything about the room was great, except there was no shampoo. This is understandable since it is an extended stay kind of place.

Affordable and conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment, airport and major roads. Rooms are a bit small for all of the amenities that are offered and a bit outdated..... still have modular televisions as well as no oven to prepare meals. My overall stay was a pleasant one.

Average in just about every sense. The location is convenient, with a few restaurants within quick walking distance, as well as a movie theater--which you can take advantage of since TV viewing in room is limited by older equipment & bad reception/cnxn. If you want internet, you must buy it (LAME). Be aware there is NO daily housekeeping, nor breakfast […] of any kind. Compensation is an OK kitchenette in room. Devamı

If you are looking for moderate price this is the place for you. Our room had lots of damage...crack in window, missing faucet parts, cracks and puddy on the walls and old countertops. Time for an update!!!

Rooms and key cards were switched. Toilet was filthy in one room, the same room was also missing the shower head. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked..

The stay was great, closed to Annapolis, Baltimore and Columbia. There was plenty to do or do nothing. The outlet mall and many resturants were available. I would recommend stays here and I will use it again.

The room had a horrible smell, much like that of cigarette smoke. the kitchenette area was horrible. the dishes were not clean and the stove had food stuck on it. the bathtub had two spiders in it. we did not bathe there. we slept there and in the morning got up and checked out way before the required time and stayed with relatives.
