The room was completely horrible! It was not clean in the least, I will say one word...bugs. Desk attendants were very nice, the manager and a cleaning staff member were extremely rude. So the quality of service was low. Location was in a very bad area, however it was close to shopping

Hotel staff were very helpful in switching me to another NON Smoking room. My original non smoking room was overwelming in smoke that you just could not breath, other than that it was a Great Stay.

Overall okay place to stay, could use better outside lighting. Bathrooms need to be updated, and more utencles in kitchen would make it actually useful...Staff was great and very helpful with directions getting around town.

I stayed here one night for New Years Eve. I live an hour away and did not want to be on the road after spending time with with a friend for her birthday. I did care that the bed was hard and old. I did not care that the furniture was well worn. I liked having a little kitchen so that I could put the birthday cake in the refrigerator. I did care that […] when I went to bed, I was not alone. I was bitten repeatedly and had to leave. The fleas or bed bugs came with me. It was a nightmare to get them out of my car, my hair, and my clothing. I left messages for the manager and never received a call back. I cannot recommend this hotel even for an hour. Devamı

I needed an inexpensive hotel that wasn't too far from the airport, and I only needed a place to sleep. Check in and check out were both very quick, and I slept quite well.

I left within 5 minutes of checking in. No exageration.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I felt like I was at home. Very comfortable and cozy!! I will certainly be going back again and will look for a Homestad in every city and state that I travel to!!

It is hard to know what kind of room you get when you register online, but I must say this hotel was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. I would put it up against any of the major chain hotels.

Lot's of restaurants and shopping nearby. Shows some age but is well maintained. Despite being a "Queen Suite" the room is quite small though it does have a full kitchen. If you're on the go all day and just sleeping there, it's fine. If you like to hang out in your hotel room all day, you should pass. I like a firm bed, but this one was on the hard […] side. If you are a federal employee, DO NOT STAY HERE! They will not honor a tax exempt status request I presented at time of check-in. I have made repeated requests, but have gotten no resolution. The hotel is away from everything. It smelled. It is in need of general upkeep.

The room was not clean. There was condom wrappers on the Floor. I was supposed to be on a non smoking room, but as I walk into the hotel it was smelling like smoke. I was very disappointed with the hotel.

The room is nice but internet for 5 dollars extra and the connection is really slow for the price should be fixed. The internet should be included!

What is the point of having a room to cook in when there are NOT Utensils to Cook or Eat with ? Glad I had some plastic forks and knives in my car and ate out of the box . The bed was ok and that was the highlight of the room . I had to sit on the edge of the bed to see the TV I think it might have been a 17 or 19 inch TV .I did not feel safe as the […] surrounding area was SKETCHY at best .Could not wait to leave and get on with my trip . Decent room for the price. Beds are very firm. Lousy non-hotel wireless reception, including cell phones. Storms severly disrupt connectivity and even take out TV reception.

this was the worse place i have stayed. Inter net dident work the room was too small the bed was called a queen bed,it was a full bed had to pay for changs of room. no ice merchane, no room service ,also the people go home at 11pm .never again worse place

And that's all that really matters, isn't it? I read the reviews already posted before booking. I was pleased to find the bed firm, and nothing like others described it. I've stayed in many hotels between Brandon and East Tampa over the years. This is the one I would recommend.

Room was very clean. Very few pans/dishes/utensils provided. Bed was okay, but firmer than I care for.

Stayed on 2nd flr,had asked for ground flr.the room had a closed up musty odor,we enjoyed the pool,other than that was ok.would of liked if the room had a kitchen.

Did you ever hear of bathroom cleaner? Mold, Mold, Mold. Lots of mold in the shower and showerhead. I think they need a new housekeeping staff. I did get a room change after bringing the mold to the attention of the front desk. The front desk service was exceptional, but it does not make up for the condition of the rooms. My first room was smelly, the refrigerator doors were taking from a different color refrigerator, the cabinets need updating, the carpet was dirty, and the beds are cheap. my chair and ottoman was very stained and I could not bring myself to sit on the chair. My stay at homestead hotel was okay i loved the mini kitchen area even though i felt a little watched which i paid the same amount anyone else would pay to enjoy the stay in so many words felt alittle under rated.......

I enjoyed my stay; I travel often and would love to here about great reates.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at and that goes back for over 50 years. The first room we tried stunk like someone had peed the bed. So we had the room changed. Than the second room stunk of a moldy / old smell. And than twice during the night people tried to get in to the room. The clear had forgot to enter in the computer that she had […] moved us. Then there was no control unit for the television, to change stations. The place was noisy, you could hear people in other units flushing toilets and talking. Also the outside environment was noisey with all kinds of traffic noise. And the airconditioner stunk badly when it ran and it made lots ossf noise. In all - I would recommend that no one should ever stay at this hotel. I tried to get my money back right at the beginning (when I saw the first room) and they said they couldn't help me. I would have to go through the booking company to get a refund. In the meantime - they said to stay here and work things out later with expedia etc..etc.. What a terrible way to spend a night on our 45th wedding aniversary. We are VERY UNUNHAPPY with this whole event. Devamı

This room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It smelled fine when I entered the room, but when the air conditioner came on it smelled like an ashtray. The front desk said they would look into it, but nothing was done. I will never use this hotel again.

Needed hotel that was pet friendly. The ease of checking in and out was quick and no hassle. Great location and great price. Got what we were expecting for a pet friendly hotel-slight pet smell in room and puppies found stuff under the beds which was our biggest disappointment of the stay. Would stay again.

Every time we stay here it is a great experience. The hotel staff are great. The rooms are perfect and so is the location. Everything you need and more.

The hotel rooms were nice, especially for the price. Clean, and affordable. Not being from the area, I knew nothing about the town or surrounding areas, the receptionist in the lobby was extremely helpful, even suggesting places to eat. I would definitely stay in the hotel again, the price and service are unbelievable. Thanks for the help!

The hotel is in a great location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, close to highway. The staff was very nice and the only promblem I had is with their maids. Asked for non-smoking room which I was in but smelled like smoke then went away. The next morning really woke-up to smoke like they were in the room smoking right in front […] of me and no dish soap in the room and dishes were dirty. They need to do a better quality check of the rooms after the maids clean the rooms. They also need to cut off all the vents so there not all connected to every room. I would return to this hotel for one more chance and hope they fix the problems. Devamı
