Had a good stay for a week. The hotel is situated between Berlin and Potsdam, both of which are no more than 30 minutes away by either Taxi or train. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were very late back one night after work and the kitchen was opened so a meal could be cooked - I can't ask for better than that! Only disappointment […] was the powdered milk in the room rather than little pots of milk, however when I mentioned this at the end of my stay, I was told they would be happy to provide milk had I asked! Sauberkeit der Toilette läßt zu wünschen übrig. Das Fruhstück ist zu teuer. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und wenn man mobil ist, ist die Lage schön.

Wir sind Nachts gegen 0 Uhr eingetroffen. Bei der telefonischen Anfrage auf dem Hinweg ob es Besonderderheiten zur späten Anreise gibt, wurde uns die Straßensperrung vor dem Hotel nicht gesagt. Das Navi leitete und Nachts direkt in die Staßensperre und wir mußten einen großen Umweg (20 min) zusätzlich fahren. Darauf hätte man uns vorher Hinweisen können. Sonst […] war alles sehr angenehm. Es war für den Preis alles in Ordnung,das Hotel ist für einen Kurzurlaub absolut zu empfehlen. Den Aufenthaltsraum, das Foyer war nicht unser Stil, aber ohne Reklamation. Ganz toll fanden wir es, daß hotel.com uns ein paar Tage vor Antritt der Reise noch einmal die Buchungsnummer zugemailt hat. Herzliche Dank dafür! Für unser Ziel lag das Hotel opt […] imal! Devamı

ruhige lage/sehr gutes frühstück - man kann im freien frühstücken/gute parkplatzsituation/attraktives preis-leistungsverhältnis/businesshotel/nichts für honeymoon

Hotellet var bra, men frukosten, som inte var inkluderad i rumspriset, var extremt dyr.... 17€/person!!!!!!!!

The hotel is located outside of Berlin city, but only 20 minutes driving time! We hired a rental car before our stay, and that way we easily managed to visist everything we wanted in both Berlin city, Potsdam and nearby surroundings - all within just a few minutes drive! The location of the hotel is purely idyllic in it's own way, hidden inside a little […] forest - but still close to both cities and community stores! Hotel service was okay, but you could get the feeling that entering the restaurant actually bothered the staff! You never really understood wheter it was closed or open - even though it was open. But the food was great! I would certanly recommend this hotel to many others, but not entirely due to the behaviour of the staff as we encountered them, unfortunatley. Even though the hotel area and surroundings and also the entire hotel-theme, was fantastic. The hotel also had free car-parking and free wireless internet in the lobby, and pay-internet on the room. The NH Berlin Potsdam is an elegant middle class hotel located at the Teltow river in the middle of a green area. The surroundings are peaceful, the rooms are cosy and clean and the bathrooms have all the standard amenities. The only downside is the extreme difficulty reaching the hotel.
