Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine - Grapevine

As usual, I had a very quite and relaxing evening in a very comfortable room for a fairly decent price. I will continue to book the Hyatt Places as I travel. They are a great extension of home.

staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Nice suites, nice breakfast, and a shuttle that took us wherever we needed to go in the near vicinity.

exceptional value for dallas area. all self contained and very business and family friendly

Older hotel, nothing special. Clean, friendly staff, good location. close to Grapevine Mills Mall, Bass Pro. Complimentary breakfast is very limited...cereal, toast, juice. For the price, it's fine.

My wife and I spent the night here while on a layover at DFW. The bus came right away to get us and all staff was very courteous. The room was great too. Recommended!

the room was very clean, just disappointed with the breakfast.

Shopping and restaurants close by and complementary shuttle to airport was our deciding factor in choosing this hotel. Would stay here again when traveling.

The hotel was okay however my whole family got sick due to the ventalation and we didn't acknowledge it was the room till our second night when your up late and see dust falling from the ceilings and instead of guest services immediately having sympathy they asked, " WHY ARE YOU JUST NOW TELLING US".. it wasn't a 30-50 dollar room where that could be […] expected. From this point on no matter the cost observe and inspect your room before you pay also be prepared for them to hold additional money till you check out. They did reimburse us for one day however now that we are gone I have spent the credit and then some due to illness of all 6 of us. The complimentary breakfast was pretty lame as well no protein or even waffles... #lessonlearned. Devamı

The hotel was very beautiful comfortable and clean.. we live in the area and somtimes my husband and I just get a hotel to "get away" when needed and most of the time we go to the embassy suites for the beauty of their atrium but the rooms didn't compare and will definitely come back to the Hyatt Place!

The room was large and clean. It was a suite with two spaces: a living room/ tv room and with a pull-out couch and a bedroom/bathroom. Continental breakfast was included. It was tasty and plentiful. The Grapevine Mills mall was just across from the hotel. We drove, so we used our car. But they have a convenient shuttle to the mall for those who are […] stopping on their way to DFW. Overall, the Hyatt is a quiet, clean and family friendly hotel. I would recommend it to my friends. Devamı

This was a very nice hotel to stay at! I loved it so much I'm thinking about going back for the weekend just to get away and lay around the comfy room all weekend.

This hotel was just right for my family and me! We walked across the street to the mall and spent the evening, then came back to a room that had plenty of space for all of us. Bathrooms were nice, atmosphere was casual chic, good breakfast... just right for a fun weekend.

The hotel itself and the rooms were very nice. The decor was great, the couch and bed in the room were very comfortable. As for the staff, the first person I spoke to on the phone when I tried to request a late check-in was very rude and I kind of wondered if she actually was listening to me when I spoke. Then when we arrived and checked in the staff […] barely paid attention to us. Once we arrived in our room the first thing we saw was a very large cockroach climbing up the wall. Finally the "breakfast" leaves a little to be desired. Other than that if you're just looking for someplace to spend one night it's not bad overall. Devamı

Great location to anything in Grapevine!

As often as our family frequents hotels, I have to say that we were very disappointed in this particular visit to this one. The first night right after getting off the elevator we were greeted by the biggest roach I've ever seen. I use to live in Hawaii and know how big they can get...ewww!! Then of course it was hard to go to sleep for fear of being […] greeted by more. We placed our belongings on the top of tables just in case. The built in air-heating system was so loud and had to be on all night or the room was too musty and warm. There was not a way to make it lower so it wasn't so loud. The bed was lumpy and we noticed the mattress pad was very thin so we could feel the mattress on our backs. The pillows were too hard and it hurt our necks the next 2 mornings. On the second night there was a sports team that apparently took up our floor. These young adults literally ran up and down the hallway, slamming doors while visiting different rooms. My husband complained on the phone and in person to a night mgr, which he got the coach involved. It scared both of our kids and we didn't sleep a wink that night either. It looked nice on-line and we were very excited about our short get away. Unfortunately it wasn't what we had hoped for. We should have been comped at least for one night or both! Devamı

This was my 1st time at this hotel. I selected it due to the convenience to shopping and walking distance to various restaurants. I truly enjoyed my room. I liked the large tv and sitting room area. It had a nice fridge and coffee maker. It would have been nice to have a small microwave in my room as well, since there is enough space to accommodate […] one. Staff was excellent; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; check in/out very smooth and fast. Great location for DFW access and for family in Denton to pick me up for visiting. Room was spacious and quiet; with TV off there was some aircraft noise at times but not objectionable even for sleep. Fast and courteous shuttle service to DFW. THe only issue that we had was the heater in our room didn't work, so it was pretty cold. They didn't have another room to move us to, so we had to stay there.

Hotel was nice and personnel friendly. Bed was a little uncomfortable for my taste, but pillows were awesome! Also, rooms need microwaves.

Hotel was very nice; staff friendly and helpful. Facilities very clean.

The hotel is perfectly located in Grapevine. It is off and away from the busy highways and settled close to everything you would want to do in Grapevine, Texas. Comfortable and friendly too.

Walking distance to Grapevine Mills Mall & nearby restaurants, nice breakfast, great room. Very close to airport. Only negative is patchy wifi. Would recommend.

The staff was very friendly but lacked multi tasking skills. We had to wait over 15 minutes for a glass of wine while two staff people checked in guests with one computer. Other staff was around but apparently couldn't assist with check in or pour wine. Unfortunately we were given a handicapped room that made it somewhat awkward for us.
