The hotel was difficult to find. There were no clear signs to identify it as the hotel. On first arrival the hotel looked really great, however, our room on the first floor was musty. Yes, the sheets were clean and the room had been cleaned on the surfaces, however, it was obvious that the room had not had a good cleaning in a long time. The staff were […] friendly, but I believe that once they found out I wasn't there on business they stuck me in the first floor room past all of the laundry and maintenance rooms. Also, there was a lot of construction and refurbishing of the water front going on, so couldn't enjoy the river. Overall a disappointing stay. Devamı

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short drive to the gulf coast beaches. We visited Coquina Beach which was absolutely beautiful! White, sugar soft sand and clear blue water. Highly recommended!

This is a nice step up from Holiday Inn type of hotels, and below Westin type, in my opinion. Would stay there again.

Had a very large group stay over in this hotel for 3 nights. The customer service at this hotel was great. Igor took great care of everyone and made check in for 11 people a breeze. I will definitely stay here on my personal time. AA Rating

Hotel rooms cost too much for what you get. I expected more.

It is about 10 miles from Anna Marie Island, but it is very nice. They have cafe/restaurant in the lobby somehow affiliated with Starbucks. Had the oatmeal one morning thinking I'd get the modest paper bowl with dried fruit kind you get at a standard Starbucks. Not so! This is a lovely hotel, at a very reasonable rate. It is located on the river, not near the beaches at all, for anyone not familiar with the area. What is important for any guest to know is that the on site dining option is very limited, and there is no place within walking distance to eat or to greab a snack.

The location of the hotel was perfect from where we needed to be the next day and it was easy to find. Thank you for the pleasant experience because I really appreciate courtesy and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks. Sincerely. Lynn

The location is close to the downtown night life area. About 1 mile walk from hotel resort. Lots to do such as bands, bars, and saloons. Excellent River walk, Pool area is very nice. The staff was excellent with every request I had, directions, and or suggestions of sites to see close by, and or restaurants. However there was not a complimentary Continental […] breakfast as showed in the advertisement. After I arrived to the Hotel they told me there where not any smoking rooms available, and I would be charged $250 if I smoked in the room. I had to go out on the Balcony 2ft by 4 ft to smoke. Overall I would stay there again I just hope I can get a smoking room next stay, or I will stay somewhere else. Very nice Hotel, it is 3 star. Devamı

Nice comfortable room with great furnishings. There's a Starbucks in the lobby that offers a variety of sandwiches. Overall: great stay.

This is a very nice hotel. Very close, within walking distance to great restaurants, and the great downtown Bradenton. Also, quick drive to Anna Maria! I really enjoyed the court yard and the pool area, very serene. You can tell that the hotel was owned by another company that didn't care as much as Mariot, but they are doing a great job at renovating […] it. Right now it is easily a 3 star hotel, and once they are complete with all the renovations it will probably be a 5 star! This is definitely going to be a repeat for us! Devamı

Hotel was impressive as you approach entrance. Very clean everything appeared to be new. A pleasent change to most of my hotel experiences. As a construction superintendent I see alot of hotel rooms. The jacuzzi and pool a great relaxing experience after a hard day on the road. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others! Thank you!

When I go back to Bradenton, FL, this is the place to stay for me. The place is very, very nice and clean and the staff very professional. The river walk location is simply, beautiful.

A LITTLE HARD TO FIND,BUT WORTH THE EFFORT.VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND NICE GROUNDS.RIVER WALK IS BEHIND HOTEL,YOU CAN WALK TO RESTAURANTS.THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER UNITS IN EACH ROOM ARE NOISY,THEY WORK FINE BUT CAN WAKE YOU UP AT NIGHT IF YOU ARE A LITS SLEEPER.NOT MUCH BETTER IN BRADENTON FOR THE PRICE.

OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS VERY ENJOYABLE THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay my son was in a baseball camp and I was close enough to be a part of his expirience to his 1st nation camp thanks to all of the staff for making my stay enjoyable

The hotel was clean and personnel very helpful and friendly. The pool area and courtyard was really very beautiful. We wished the bar and food area was open throughout the day. I would stay here again and will recommend this place to others traveling in the area.

Great stay but elavators need to be rewired. Made trips to fifth floor and lobby when hitting 3rd floor button.

This hotel had gotten a little old, but when Courtyard bought it, they made some fantastic renovations! Really nice room and super comfortable beds.

Our stay was without event. The hotel stay was very restful. The room was very clean and has a nice view on the riverfront side. There is also a walkway along the river adjacent to the hotel.

ビジネス出張の1泊泊りで、観光はしませんでしたが、ホテルには、結婚式・新婚旅行の宿泊客が多かったように思います。すぐ近くに川が流れており、風景がとても素晴らしかったです。部屋も広く・清潔で、インターネットの使用も問題ありませんでした。 ホテル内のレストランはメニューも少ないので、外に食べに行かれることをお勧めしますが、徒歩圏内には無いように思われますので、車での移動が必要かと思います。
