Otel konum olarak güzel, ancak daha merkezi sanıyordum ekstralar çok pahalı, otopark kart sistemi sürekli arızalanıyor ve çözemiyorlar, oda çok küçük, double yatklara ancak 2 çocuk sığabilir- çok küçük

Loved it !!!!!

Choose to stay here w/ my wife on our 23 wedding anniversary and evrything met our expectations. Was offered a free appitizer at the Bar and Grill which was Very nice. Third time I have stayed at this hotel and every stay has been ecxellent.

The room smelled like smoke and i have asthma asked for a marina view room the bathroom was dirty pulled out a towel with a diry sock in it i have stayed here before at the other tower and never had i seen the room so nasty looking unable to take my shoes off couldnt sleep thinking about the room awful makes me not to want to return. Pleople were smoking […] pot next door and the smell was coming through the bottom of the door.I left a message for some one to call me back but so far no one has contacted me. The room was wonderful but the bed was squishy and not comfortable. Lacks support. Pillows nice and long but mushy --no neck support.

Hotel was lovely. Great location and good views. Only slight disappointment was having to pay for internet services as extra. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel. My family of 3 had a great stay here for 5 days. The hotel is beautiful & located in the heart of everything. The amenities are great! Large pool, hot tub, firepit that is sometimes occupied, tennis court, free gym & ping pong table that was fun. Drinks at the Quinn's bar was reasonablly priced. The room was in good condition/-just […] be sure to stay in the marina tower & get a good view. We were above the parking lot which I would've changed but view was still good! The balcony was a bit outdated but everything else was good. Didn't eat at the hotel but plenty of options close by. I recommend Vigilucci's Italian restaurant on Coronado island which is only about 10 mins away. The best meal ever. Also Corvette Diner was good. If you have time drive out to LA which is only about 2hrs away! Plenty to see & do. Devamı

Close to nothing except airport. Fraternity party from UCLA checked into my floor Friday night and were very loud until 3am. The hotel did relocate me and gave me a $80 hotel credit. However, the fact that they put me on the same floor in the first place, was poor management on their part. I would never recommend the bay tower and would not stay there […] again. Devamı

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was as expected with a little bit more (view!). Solid hotel for the price. Only drawback was the surrounding area - had to drive to get to anything you might want to see.

The stay was very nice. Not a fan of the daily fee for parking our car.

Great staff of happy to serve you people....from check it to shuttle to airport- maybe a special rate for a 2 night stay?

We stayed in the Bay Tower which is the older part of the hotel. It was a little worn looking compared to the main hotel. The gym was under renovation and a shuttle was provided back and forth to the Marina Tower(main hotel). Our room was spacious and clean. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels were provided so we had to request more bath towels because […] they did not dry overnight. With the airport being so close, the jets taking off and landing were very noisy. I heard that they did not take off after 11:30 PM and the nights were quiet. As our room overlooked the lagoon towards the airport it was very noisy to be on the balcony. The shuttle also went to and from the airport which was convenient for using public transportation to town. Staff was polite and helpful. Devamı

The best place to revive and reinvigorate. The fire pits and the sunsets were perfect. The staff and the housekeepers were the best. We have stayed there before and will do it again!

Hotel was fine and we ejoyed our stay.

Good location close to airport. Not too far to get to many attractions, food and the I5. Only complaint is be very careful when you book on a 3rd party as it is not very clear where you will be staying at the hotel. Harbour Tower, Marina Tower or Lanai. It is very misleading. They will check you in at the wrong location and then tell you to take another […] shuttle to the other tower. Very confusing. The lanai tower is alot lowder! Over all a good hotel. Devamı

The hotel is located on the harbor and offers beautiful views of the harbor and marina. However, the hotel is old and realy needs to be updated. I would not have been happy at all if I would have paid full price for this hotel. The fact that I got a great deal through hotels.com made the visit tolerable.

the room are very nice .but parking fee is 20.00 per night .we did not know and got charge for watching movie we did not see. what can i say.

Rude receptionist that could not find our reservation on arrival.On check out they didn't mention "self parking" was $ 22.00 per day until the bill was printed. No water pressure in the shower and unreasonable internet connection.No shuttle service to Sea World or Zoo. Way to close to the airport runway. Would not suggest this hotel.

They need free wifi and need to better screen who they accept to rent their conference facilities. Looked like drug rehab and biker members had a convention the last three nights of our stay this last week.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean and attractive. The food was not very good and very expensive for what you get. That would be my only complaint. The location was excellent for all the "doings" in San Diego, CA.

Was very disappointed to find that nothing was easily accessible from this location. Took a cab to dinner that was only 2 miles away and it cost $20 in each direction. Bell Hops told us should be $7 - $10. Although right up the street from Island Prime...highly recommend eating there!

Somehow communication broke down regarding what I needed for my 89 year old father. The front desk had me parking in an opposite area of our rooms and forbid me to park in an area that was more convenient. I had to leave my father on the curb with his cane and no where to sit until I parked the car and then ran back to him to walk him to his room. At […] one evening they allowed me to go in to an area but insisted I come out immediately before I could even walk him to his room. By the end of the stay I finally spoke to someone who explained this was a true misunderstanding and did not charge me the $44. for the 2 nights. As nice as this was and appreciated it was a huge nightmare for me and the worry I had regarding my father and the possibility he could fall while waiting for me to return to help him to his room. I spoke to several people about this and no one seemed to have any understanding of the stress they were putting me through by not allowing me to help my dad. I feel a better training needs to be put forth so that the outside staff understands the needs of the elderly and accomodates that need regardless of the rules regarding where to park. It turned out that no one understood what I was saying as they all seemed to think our rooms were in a different location and that is why I was put through this no matter what I explained to them. It was only at the end of the stay that they realized I could have parked next to our rooms all along! No one was listening to the details and this small but very valuable part in service to the customers was missed. I am glad that my dad was ok but it was very scary for me to leave him alone while I went through this process. Devamı

When I checked in on Saturday, I was told by the front desk that all the rooms in the tower that I had a reservation for were booked. They offered me a room in the other tower, which is about a quarter mile away. The lady at the front desk also said that this distance was easily walkable. When I finally hauled all my luggage to the other tower and […] got into my room, I noticed that the room was not the deluxe suite I had originally booked. I was/still am incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism of Starwood. Needless to say, I will not be staying with them in future. Devamı

I did not care for this hotel. You could hear the airplanes taking off an landing all night. I could hear people running down the hall at 3:00am and then hear the people by the pool till late at night and early morning. The parking was far. Had to pay too much to park in dirt!

My fiancé, son, and I stayed here after our trip to the San Diego Zoo. Our view was incredibly beautiful. We had a view if the marina and the SD Airport. My 1 year old loved watching the planes take off and land. The room was incredible and was kid friendly. The bed was so comfortable. We ordered room services and I felt like a queen when it was delivered […] with the way we were waited on. The walls are a bit thin and parking is overpriced at $22 self park, but overall this was an incredible hotel to stay at. I wish we had more time there. Devamı

Stayed here for a conference, as I'm sure many of the guests do. If I came on vacation, I'd probably stay somewhere in a better location. It was easy (shuttle + public bus) to get places (downtown, beach) but I'd rather have stayed somewhere more central. It is RIGHT next to the airport which is GREAT! The staff was very helpful and the place was always […] very clean. The beds are very comfy! And I liked having a balcony. Also liked how you can easily walk between the two towers and there is a sandwich shop, and Starbucks, etc. Overall a great stay! Devamı

I was very disappointed that there was no free wifi in the room you had to go sit in e lobby to access the wifi.

My husband and I really enjoyed our recent stay at the Sheraton. The location was right on the water and we had a room with a marina view. The room was spaceous, tastefully decorated, the linens were soft and the Starbucks coffee was bold, just the way we like it! I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel and room with very comfortable beds. However, be wary if you have a rent a car of $22.00 per day parking charge (self-parking) and also Internet usage fee of $11.95 per day....this adds up quickly for a multi-day stay.

Very nice stay. The staff is great. Food in the sports bar was good. The room was very well priced.
