Good Service. The location is good being near to Termini station, although some of the streets around the station are seedy. I had a spacious room on the street side. Fortunately it was quiet. The only problem is that the lighting was insufficient for the size of the room leaving the room poorly lit.

This is a basic, no frills hotel, but everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are small and breakfast was pretty basic. The reception staff were friendly and helpful though and the location is great when arriving by train as it is an easy walk from the station. The surrounding area is ok and there are a host of reasonable restaurants […] serving good food around. Despite choosing a room with a street view, we slept quite well with not too much traffic noise. This hotel was perfect for a 2-night stay as we spent most of the time sightseeing anyway. Devamı

Great Hotel, The staff are excellent which each one as helpful as the next. Beautiful peacful litttle Garden out the back which is unusual given that the Hotel is so close to the centre. Rooms are just about sufficient, but are exceptionally clean! 9/10!!!

The hotel completely suited our needs, as we spent most of our time enjoying the sites of Rome. The staff were probably the most friendly and helpful we have met. The room was small but very clean and the breakfast was enjoyable.

From the moment that my partner and I arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. This continued throughout the duration of our stay, with all members of staff. The helpfulness and willingness to assist was a pleasing delight and made the stay all the more relaxing. The cleanliness was apparent throughout the hotel and especially evident in the […] room. I would say that the room was basic and small but adequate for a place to stay in comfort after a day of sight seeing in Rome. There was a safe in the room, T.V. The bathroom had a shower with no bath however, this did not disappointment as the water wa hot and the wer plenty of towels. Breakfast was a part of the price, which was again basic and a help yourself style. There was not much choice but it provided the basics such as cheese, meat, bread, yogurt and hot and cold drinks. The location to Termini station was fantastic as it enabled easy travel throughout Rome and was a few minutes walk from the hotel. There was also some lovely restaurants and shops in the vacinity. I would stay at this hotel again however, if you are looking for luxury this would not be the best choice of hotel. Devamı

I found the hotel experience great. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very professional and overall I didn't find any complaints. Consider this a safe bet when in Rome.

If you are looking for a nice, clean hotel near termini, in a good neighborhood, than this is it. The rooms are clean, the TV lets you switch to English sound track for movies (you have to find a way to do that on remote), the breakfast is good and it's within a walking distance to termini. Great location for city centre of Rome, close to buses, termini station, very central. Arrived late, given upgrade room, very comfy and warm as it was very cold and wet when I arrived. Room had good ensuite with bath which was very relaxing after hectic days of sightseeing. Was told it was non-smoking but could get the hint of cigarette smoke in the […] room which diminshed (or I became used to it) after the first night. Staff very helpful with advise on tours, restaurants, wifi etc. Wifi connection was poor (very slow) but cheap at Euro 2.50 for 12 hrs or Euro 5 for 24 hrs. Internet cafe close by if needed for faster link. Good discount for restaurant around the corner (ask at reception). Would have liked to been able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room,(love a cuppa) but this was not an option. Only stayed 3 nights so wasnt a problem and didnt check if hotel provided tea or coffee as required. Breakfast was excellent, great choices. Cereal, muesli, fruit, yogurt, hot and cold drinks, lots of varities in pastries, bread, cheeses. Definately keep you going til dinner with a snack for lunch. Would definately return to this hotel. great value, clean, comfortable and convenient (CCC). Devamı

Hotel location is perfect to see Rome and access other parts of Italy from Rome Termini Station, Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was to a very good standard. Only stayed one night before going on a cruise, but would hapily stay for longer in the future.

It's a very good hotel for the price. The room was clean, the people were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was just enough to start the day. This hotel is good for people who don't expect 5*-service from 3* hotel. For 3* rating hotels this hotel is very good.

Location is convenient to train station and hop-on/hop off tour buses. Hotel staff very accommodating with our early arrival. Large breakfast buffet. Rooms small but inviting with all that is needed. Nice neighborhood.

Very friendly and attentive staff, although required a small tip! The rooms are a little on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate. A nice touch was the small courtyard garden you could sit in and enjoy a night cap. The hotel is in a convenient location 5 mins from the main Termini from where you can get […] trains, metro and buses. In a quiet road with plenty of local restaurants at reasonable prices. The old part of Rome is a good 20 minute walk but easy to get to on the bus or Metro. Being a little out of the centre was certainly better for the price of eating out and quieter. I probably wouldn't recommend it if you want night life on the door step though. All in all excellent value for money for a short break (we stayed 4 nights). Devamı

I stayed here for my last night in Rome because it's walking distance from Termini train station where I'd be taking their train to the airport. I had a double bed room which was clean but not very lavish and it was a bit small but they had ample sunlight in the room. The bathroom is small but clean. It's a bit of a walk from many sights but I prefer […] wlaking everywhere in Rome so it's fine for me but not safe for walking late at night. As a single woman traveling alone in Rome for this trip I would not recommend staying near the Termini train station area if you'll walking everywhere as it is not convenient and neither safe late at night. But it's perfect for if you're taking the train. They had free-wifi for first 3 hours but it did not work and I was very disappointed with that as I needed to check-in for my flight. Devamı

Nice hotel, had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is a continetal breakfast, so don't expect any hot food, but what they provide is good. Area around the hotel isn't the prettiest in Rome, but it is perfectly safe and only a five minute walk to Termni station which will get you to all the major sites. My only slight moan, would be that the wifi is […] limited to one hour. At first I could not get the code to unique code to work, I went to speak to receptionist expecting to get a new code printed, but he said there was nothing he could do. Great location near the train station. Lovely staff, reasonable breakfast. Room was small but as we were hardly in it and out exploring Rome most of the time not a problem. Clean and comfortable, good A/C , strong shower. Cannot complain at the price!

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Rome train station (about ten minutes). We needed a quad and they aren't always easy to find. The room wasn't huge but adequate for 4 family members, and the hotel offers air conditioning. There's a very nice courtyard in the center as the pictures show, but it was too hot to use in July. […] The breakfast was fine with a variety of food. This is a very nice hotel. It is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and it is within walking distance to the Termini train station (which also has a metro stop). We have stayed here twice, and found it a good deal. The breakfast, which is included, is very nice too! Would stay here again.

Standard double room is a bit small, but adequate for a 3-5 day stay. Rather typical size for a Europe 3 star hotel. A/C worked well (thankfully!!!) Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. Wife and I were comfortable. Hotel and Room was clean. Real pillows and towels! Good shower, crowded bathroom though. Not enough shelving for toiletries! We really enjoyed our one night stay here, end of holiday and we wanted somewhere near Roma Termini, this was ideal, about 5 mins walk. Really quiet and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Would recommend this hotel 100%. Staff were very courteous, also little garden to sit out in if required.

good location . clean hotel. nice garden. breakfast fine. did not know that we have to pay a city tax on top of our orignal bookiing. Was taxes and fees already charged in our booking. but was told the city taxes are extra .

This hotel is perfect for those who just want a clean, quiet stay. There are not many frills, although the garden in the center of the hotel is a very pleasing touch. The professionalism of the staff was beyond compare, though, and it added to the positive experience of our stay. The gentlemen at the front desk were always helpful, recommending restaurants […] which were great, and even giving us a complimentary session of WiFi just because I had to wait a few minutes while he attended to someone else on the phone. The rooms are fairly small, even by european standards, although another hotel we stayed in in Venice had even smaller rooms. However, everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is not bad either, a very typical european buffet with decent coffee. The location is very convenient for the train station and Repubblica metro stop to begin your journeys around Rome, about a 5 minute walk to each. Devamı

The hotel has a beautiful outdoor patio and some rooms have balconies that look out on it. I had a single room (for one person)--the bed was smaller than a twin bed and the room was tiny but with a full bathroom, desk, and TV. If you are claustrophobic, ask for a room with a double bed. Good breakfast and very close to Rome Termini train station.

This was a lovely hotel in a fairly quiet area,but close to a metro station and Termini station.The hotel staff were very helpful and helped with any information we needed such as the best bus to get to where we wanted to go.Breakfast was buffet style but with lots of choice.The bonus at the hotel was a lovely courtyard garden to have reasonably priced […] drinks in.Although there are a few steps up into the hotel there is a lift , I mentioned my friend uses a stick we were given a ground floor room. Spent 5 nights at this hotel. It is a clean and quiet hotel and street. Not too far from the terminal but be aware that the Castro Pretorio Metro station is near if you like to take the Metro to visit the Coloseum, etc.. Like most european hotels, the bathroom is small. Great service and breakfasts!

Good location. Very neer to the city terminal. The personal was very pleasent and service oriented. The room was very dark, didn't look very fresh and the shower was not working properly. But still considering the location, the service and the prices, it was a good choise for two days stay in Rome.
