The Staff allowed us to check in Early because they had rooms. My young daughter was very excited about a Mommy weekend and told the front desk and word got around because everyone on staff asked my daughter through out the weekend how it was going. When they didn't have pancakes on the Buffet which are my daughters favorite.. without us asking the […] waiter went to the kitchen and had them make some special. came out and told her that her weekend need to be perfect. It doesn't get any better than that!! The location is perfect ( Time Square).. right across from theaters and next door to Madam Tusos, and Ripleys, Oh and Starbucks is across the Street!! Devamı

great location nice hotel

This hotel was very clean and very well kept. The price was reasonable for its location. The location was great! The only con about this hotel was parking was difficult and they didn't offer a valet service. Great hotel and I would recommend to others.

A great place to stay. Close to major sights (either on foot or via Times Square subway 2 mins away).

It looks like outside is being updated, but inside needs changes as well. Rooms look tired and needs a face lift.

The staff at the Hilton Time Square was very helpful, personable, & interested in making our stay very pleasant. The reception area was very comfortable. It had a bar with a great view & a small restaurant if you wanted to have a bit to eat. Rooms were fairly large, modern, clean with comfortable beds.

The hotel is in a great sport with access to the main Times Square area and easy walking distance to all amenities. Check in was friendly and efficient the rooms were comfortable with great views of Times Square and the Hudson River! We only stayed one night but were very comfortable, the beds were great.

On top of that, the room was spotless, the hvac worked great and it had an unbelievably comfortable bed. Great location, overlooking Times Square or downtown. Go there. You won't be disappointed.

We had the best experience with our stay. The view from our room was amazing! In a great location for shopping, subway etc...

Apart from the fact that you have to get a lift to reception and then on up to the rooms, I loved this hotel. So convenient for shopping, sightseeing, very pleasant staff and comfortable clean rooms. Nice bathrooms also.

The hotel accommodations were perfect, staff was always available for any services you needed, hotel was very clean, and is in a perfect location in walking distance for anything you wanted to do.

I thought the hotel was worth the money. Construction going on so entry was a little tough. Only disapointing part was the cost of drinks at the Bar upstairs were absurd.

Nice room. Disappointed that there was no refridgerator, and disappointed that they did not want to cash a personal check for me, but otherwise very satisfied.

We found this hotel on a com website while sitting in the lobby of another hotel, which was was 40 minutes outside of New York City. We wanted to stay in the heart of downtown, so we booked the Hilton Times Square on line (sight unseen)..And it was outstanding. From the minute we checked in with guest services...Val was outstanding he took great care […] of us! He went way and above putting us in a wonderful room with an outstanding view on the 37th floor! Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The room itself was fine but the staff of this place is so above and beyond it's incredible. Every single place they could have gone above and beyond, they did. I honestly can't wait to stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, wonderful staff and extremely convenient to nearby subway access and Times Square and Broadway Blvd. Will definately go back!!

The rooms are surprisingly large (for NYC), beds very comfortable and, to my utter astonishment, there was absolutely zero street noise. This is a bargain!

My first time to see lockable, computer-managed mini bars. Just a note to be aware if you need or want to put any of your own items in refrigeration (e.g. medication) - be sure to request an empty fridge ahead of time.

The Hilton Times Square was a great get-away place to stay. Wonderfully located just off Times Square with several subways within a block, it was easy to move around from this location. Room was roomy, very quite, and comfortable. No complaints at all. Have been to NYC several times for vacations and this was better than a number we have stayed in. […] Will remember this one for the next visit to NYC Devamı

This hotel, location, and pricing was perfect for my needs...

Really enjoyed everything about this hotel, the staff was very courteous, from the Doorman at the valet parking to the luggage handlers to the front desk. Everyone had a smile with a great sense of humor and was willing to answer any and all questions we had about the hotel and the city. The room was excellent with an incredible view of lower Manhatten […] and the Empire State building. I would stay here again anytime! Devamı

Great spot for New Years Eve activities. Pricey but excellent. You get what you pay for!

Hotel staff were in general helpful, professional. Room was clean. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Placed us in a great restaurant that was exactly what we were looking for. Note if you are driving in: The hotel is listed at 42nd street, but you have to pull around the back on 41st to unload your car and/or have it parked. […] We did not realize this until later and ended up parking up the street and walking in the rain. I would have been quite happy to have a valet handle my parking arrangements. Overall a good place to stay. Devamı

We checked in early and asked to change a king room to two queens. The front desk person said they "can accomodate" this request, that the room was not ready, but that we did have a room . We came back in the afternoon and said the room was a king and they had no double queen rooms left. They offered to give us a roll away at no charge but the room […] was for myself and my adult daughter and a roll away would have been cramped in the room. We had breakfast in their dining room off the lobby. We got there about 9:30am. It took forever to get service as we wanted to order off the menu. They were out of muffins which is what my daughter wanted. The bellman down on the entry level was rude to us, as well as sending me the opposite direction when asked how to get somewhere. Maybe it's just New York, but I think the staff needs to go to charm school. Devamı

Very nice, large, clean room. But, Hilton needs to catch up with other hotels by offering more conveniences such a complimentary breakfast especially for the price that is charged. We stayed in a very nice hotel the night before our reservations at the Hilton and were treated to a WONDERFUL complimentary breakfast and their room rate was less than Hilton. […] This other hotel also had a message waiting on the room phone welcoming us to the hotel and telling us about their services and ammenities (nice touch). Great Staff and very nice hotel. We had a room with a king size bed and it was roomy, quite, clean and very nice. Start to finish it was a great stay. Nothing like NYC right before Christmas.
