Good location. Friendly staff. Good restaurant and bar tenders.

Big but comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and reasonable facilities.

Came here for a soccer weekend. The staff was friendly, the hotel was amazing and the food was fantastic.

The room was very clean and afforded a lot of space for a single room. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The pool is beautiful and also very clean and the food and service at the poolside bar was excellent.

Nice Place to stay! Would stay here again.. Nice staff,rooms are clean,nice lounge, great breakfast. 30 minutes or less to Ft.Lauderdale, SoBeach and 15 minutes away from a 300 +store shopping outlet. Great place to stay.

The Hyatt is a great facility. The rooms are spacious with great bathrooms including a shower separate from the tub. Oddly, the TVs are from the '80s but that is the only negative in the rooms. The facility has 9 separate building and parking can be dicey as guests park everywhere - including on curbs and many do not seem to understand that the lines […] are meant to guide you to park between them. The two pools are nice. The larger pool is loud due to families and when I was there most were hearing-impaired and shouted a lot. The clientele seemed to be mostly smokers do by 11 on Saturday you could smell smoke from across the parking lot. Given the chlorinated water and the lush vegetation that is really amazing. Devamı

Hotel was great. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and loved the walk-in shower. Food was great and the pool was beautiful. Great hotel for families with kids and just for couples. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Right when I didn't think it could get any better; I went to the spa. Awwww!!!!! OMG!!! What a great experience; all 48,000 sq. ft.

Very nice hotel but expensive. Would stay there again because of the location and amenities. Clean and staff very accomodating.

We had a high expectation and looked forward to stay in a high end "resort" until we got there! Not sure why we were assigned to a room by a swamp, with NO balcony, when the rooms with balcony seem like they were empty. FAR from the pool. Then worse of all there were bed bugs. I was going to show the fromt desk what we found creeping in our bed, but […] the bugs looked so disgusting so I flushed them in the toilet!!! For the price we paid we could have stayed in another high end, closer to the Everglades (since we were going to a cruise)., but we really had a very high expectation on this hotel but we were very disapponted and will never go back! Bonaventure markets itself as a Resort when in reality it has the feel of a cheap motel at Resort prices. We switched after the first night to a fancier hotel for half the price. On positive note the pool was very attractive and there was a ping pong table at the pool. The gym was large but had no windows, cheap equipment and was depressing

Nice hotel with good gym. But it was very noisy and extremly thin walls! We could here every conversation that our neighburs had.. The night staff should go to charm school or something, the women in front desk had a cranky tone when we needed something.

Hotel was nice and clean but in my opinion not a four star hotel ...(closer to a 3 star).

Wonderful quiet getaway...30 minutes from airport and downtown Fort Lauderdale in case you want beach and more action.

Only complaint was for such a beautiful room and bathroom it had a 1980's style bath tub

Exelent neigborhood, close to sawgrass mills outlet, i recomend a lot this hotel if you plan to stay at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome. My only complaint is that when we arrived they moved us to a room in building 6 which is the animal's are ok building. I didn't bring an animal and wasn't to happy about staying with them. This room was also a double bed and my reservation was for a king.

This hotel was a good value. Service was very accommodating. The 24 hour workout room is large, fully equipped, clean and...barely used. lots of kids the weekend we visited so be prepared if that's not your thing.

We really loved our 3 nights at Hyatt Regency. The pool was elegant--the ambiance was tropical with flowering native plants everywhere. The work-out room was amazing--huge--and the spa was every woman's dream! The breakfast buffet food was wonderful--great variety, colorful--delicious. There are service people everywhere--there to help you--but not […] in the way--very kind and attentive. The only thing I was disappointed in was I didn't bring my laptop, and couldn't get the internet to work in my room with the keyboard provided. Devamı

Great value in this area, great location and fantastic facility.

The hotel looked great in the pictures but the double room we got didnt have a flat screen tv, had a musty smell, had terribly uncomfortable beds and all in all appeared old and worn and in need of a renovation. Not worth the money, won't stay again.

I was really impressed to get the amazing quality for this price. If you book it you will be happy. The staff was amazing as well!

The hotel was about as nice as I expected, the exception being that I was expecting a flat screen TV in the room, but it had a TV from last decade. Free internet if you plug in, but a daily charge for wi-fi. I don't understand that, but I used the free cabled internet. Nothing to do or see off the grounds in walking distance from the hotel. You either […] need a taxi or a rental car to go anywhere. The hotel shuttle only goes to the mall and back once a day. I was hoping it would go into Ft. Lauderdale. The hotel staff was friendly. The health club is fairly well equipped, but if you want to use the locker room, shower, sauna, whirlpool, etc., it is an extra daily charge, or you have to buy a spa treatment and the locker room and other ammenities are included for the day. The extra charges for various things annoyed me more than the somewhat isolated location of the hotel. Devamı

This hotel is located in beautiful Weston and is immaculately kept. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We had a great one nighter with the kids!! We especially loved the little Asian garden and Koi pond with its spectacular Swan resident. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a getaway from home locally or to friends […] who visit from out of State. Devamı

This place was unreal, Im from Pensacola, FL and my boyfriend and I were taking a " romantic weekend getaway"...and this place gave us so many memories, We almost (I almost) cried when it was time to leave! The staff was incredible, the FOOD in the restraunt was amazing, and having breakfast in the white bathrobes sitting on the patio overlooking the […] golf course...theres not much left to say!!!We only spent 2 hours on South Beach( which was only a 30 minute drive) because we wanted to go back and enjoy our room!! Lovely place!! Would recommend TO EVERYONE traveling near the FT. Lauderdale/Miami Beach/Miami Area/ Devamı

Beautiful surroundings, excellent pool and spa, very nice hotel although maintenance not perfect (for example, the safe in our room didn't work and during our last morning there, there was no hot water).

My experience overall is always excellent and that is why I am a return customer

From check-in to check-out this hotel provided excellent service with cheerful, polite, attentive staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and groundsmen and everyone in-between. We got the impression that the staff is largely made up of foreign university students studying hotel management. This adds a young, fresh, multilingual atmosphere to the […] hotel, with everyone enjoying their position and opportunity to intern in the States. Rather than the negative connotation that usually surrounds university students, this was a very positive arrangement and the young professional energy was a boon to exhausted travellers as we were on arrival. We were there for the family Thanksgiving weekend so we didn't spend too much time at the hotel other than for breakfast and some drinks and appetizers in the evening. The appetizers were unbelievably delicious and very well priced, we rather wished we had the chance to eat a full meal there. The buffet breakfast was the standard fare with the option of a freshly cooked omelette rather than the scrambled egg. My only disappointment was that, coming from Alaska I was looking forward to an array of fresh fruit, (papaya, mango, kiwi etc) but only the basic staples were displayed. I didn't ask for any other so don't know if they were available or not, upon request. The room had a slight musty smell upon arrival, but everything was clean and being able to adjust the air conditioner to our cooler needs was a big plus. Overall the place was a delight, and we thouroughly enjoyed sitting by the pool with a drink well into the middle of the night. We will most definately stay there on our next trip to our relatives, which, now, with such a hotel nearby, might be sooner than later. Devamı

My husband and I loved the Hyatt Regency. The room was great! The huge bathroom had a separate shower and tub and was just beautiful. The room had the most comfortable bed that we had ever slept in. The gym was amazing! My husband is a trainer and had never seen a hotel gym like this before. The hotel is secluded which we loved and we fell in love with […] Weston, Fl. the bed in room 106 building 1 has a mattress that smells very bad. Hotel couldn't move us to another room because of multiple weddings going on. We stacked several comforters on teh mattress to sleep. I told the front office that the mattress needs to be thrown away in the garbage. The smell is deep down in the mattress and most likely cannot be cleaned. […] I hjope they follow the advice. Also there was a refrigerator in the room but you have to pay to use it.???....It is set up like a mini bar in your hotel room Very disappointing. That didn't make sense. Who cares about you trying to nickle an dime me... I just want to keep a couple of waters cold over night. Devamı
