Beds comfortable. Close to the amenities of Stapleton. Would stay here again.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating. My room was comfortable. I have no complaints.

The hotel was in a great location close to the freeways and the soccer stadium but far enough away from the traffic of downtown. It was also close to the museum district, zoo, botanical gardens, etc. The new-ness of the shopping area across the street and other close-by shops were so convenient. Hotel as a whole was nice. Beds are too firm:( Overall a good experience and would stay again!!!

The room wasn't large. But, it was comfortable. The bed was great and the room was fairly quiet. The toilet was painfully slow though. The pool and exercise facility was very nice and the conference room was quite adequate. Aside from being a half hour from the airport, I had no major problems with the hotel.

to much noise from the airconditionmachine at the back of the hotel

I would stay there anytime I'm in the Denver area. The staff was the most helpful I have ever witnessed at a hotel. The complementary shuttle to and from the airport was well worth the value of the hotel!! Great place to stay, you wont be disappointed. A++++

The hotel was clean and remodeled. I wished they offered a free continental breakfast and/or offered vending machines with snacks. There was really nothing flashy about this place, but it suited its purpose and provided us a place to stay for a couple of nights.

I enjoyed the room with a king bed and "the sleep number" bed. Very clean and liked the balcony. Not all workout equipment worked. Spa closed earlier than I had expected. Gift shop closed earlier than I had expected. Great meal from bar/lounge. Friendly desk staff. Shuttle broke down on the side of highway and they sent another right away.

I would recomend this hotel to everyone. Great service and style for the money. Good location, about 15 - 20 mins from the airport. The staff as a whole was without fault. The food was good. The one time room service did make a mistake, they fixed it immediately without any more problems to me. It's clean, nicely decorated with good service and good […] amemities. Everything about the hotel and its staff were great--- very friendly, helpful and responsive. I was attending a conference there which offered a continental breakfast. There was no hot tea available, very unusual these days. As I cannot drink coffee, I requested a pot of hot water (I always carry tea bags). I was told to ask upstairs in the restaurant, […] where I offered to trade in my breakfast voucher and was told huffily that they should have known downstairs that they were" too busy to mess with a thing like that." There were four tables occupied at that time. A waitress did eventually bring me hot water and bags....... I fix tea every morning, it's really not that hard to heat water. The second day was much the same, with the deliverer of the water stating "You owe me big time." I found the whole scene ludicrous, unnecessary and highly unprofessional. It was certainly in sharp contrast to the attiude and behavior of the hotel staff. I spoke with a hotel desk manager, just to pass along the information in hope this will be resolved and not happen to another person. Devamı

The hotel had our room ready, even though we checked in at noon. Great rooms, good service. Only one complaint - the free wifi was slow as molasses. And when we decided to try the room's hardwired internet instead we found out that the internet jack in the desk was connected to nothing (we actually looked underneath the desk...). All was great the desk clerk was a little short with me on the day before my stay when asked if they had a room one day earlier.

hotellet var strålende og servicen god. veldig greit sted og bo for og lett komme til det meste. lett og finne fra flyplassen også. kun en ting jeg irriterte meg over. internet på hotellet var dårlig. jeg måtte ut av rommet for og få kontakt med nettet og det skal ikke være nødvendig når tråløs nettverk skal fungere over alt. men i 10 etg var det ikke […] brukenes. ellers et strålende fint opphold! キングサイズ、禁煙室の予約でしたが、結果としてクイーンサイズ、喫煙室でした。タバコ臭さは尋常ではなく、客室係の方が何度か消臭剤を撒いたり、オゾン消臭をされましたが、効果なし。のどの痛み、不眠、頭痛と体調不良を招きました。客室係の方は、親切で懸命の対応には感謝します。予約通りでなかったのは、サードパーティ（このサイト）からの予約なのでとの理由でした。中心部からは遠く、タクシーでチップ込み30ドル近くかかり、コンベンションセンター利用の会議出席には全く不向きでした。 次の機会に利用する可能性はありません。
